Mekong in Luzern

Fantastische Spare Ribs die auf der Zunge zergehen und in der Harmonie mit der Marinade kaum mehr zu übertreffen sind. Die Rindsfilet Streifen und der Tintenfisch sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Sehr netter Service. Die Preise sind leider deutlich zu hoch angesetzt und wären für 2 Michelin Sterne angemessen. Trotzdem komme ich wieder.

Service, Freundlichkeit, Menü verdienen 5 Sterne aber es ist so eng gestuhlt dass es unangenehm ist. Als etwas runde Person fast keine Chance an gewissen Plätzen zu sitzen.Schade

The food was very flavorful and delicious. We sat outside when the weather was just gorgeous. We had a couple of cocktails and a bottle of wine. Our server Sara was AMAZING. She was so kind and attentive and hard working. My only concern was the pricing, a bit expensive.

Ein super Restaurant sehr lecker Bedienung ist wirklich wunderbar die Auswahl der Speisen sehr groß Und dann weiß man nicht selber was man bestellen soll alles klingt so gut aber das ist auch kein Problem da kann euch ich empfehlen verlangtNach lorena oder justine Super nette Bedienung und eins muss ich dazu sagen die zwei Frauen wenn sie was empfehlen zu essen die wissen was sie sagen es ist einfach lecker

Nice and quaint place. The foods were yummy. The drinks are delicious. The portions are huge.

Very nice interior compare with others in town. The bento box in lunch menu is decent. It is so interesting that they call this „bento box“ in many Asian restaurants here. Obviously bento box means Japanese style packed lunch box but this is Thai! Love the salad with satay sauce.

Set in a five star western hotel, the food here is high quality and higher priced. Excellent flavors, but not authentic as it is aimed to appeal to tourist tastes. The decor gives it away, a mix of Mekong (typically would expect Lao and Thaiwith Japanese sake sets. Still, worth a visit.

First time I say in a restaurant that I can’t eat that very dry meat on my noodles dish, that I barely eat and I still have to pay for it( I got a ridiculous discount on drinksfor a restaurant in a luxury hotel it can’t be more disappointed NEVER EVER THERE AGAIN hopefully it came really high I worked 10 years in the Hotellerie, so I know what I talking about. A week an still no answer standards from hostel.

Go for about 8 years and a pity the card does not change on the contrary one has reduced it still caused corona… Cocktails made of Ikea glass and a chicken dish was very cooked… Too bad

Excellent food, fast serving, helpful staff.

A really good dining experience at Mekong where we tried some of the best Thai food available in town. Enjoyed some good quality beer as well whilst watching Real Madrid best Athletico. Yours truly @fooderarri

Immer wieder gerne. Hier habe ich ein hervorragendes Ginger Beef gegessen. Dank einem Tipp habe ich die Spareribs mal ausprobiert und diese bestelle ich seither jedes Mal wenn ich hier bin. Zur Vorspeise noch eine Mekong Suppe oder die feinen Calamari. Perfekt! Einzig die Wartezeiten sind teilweise etwas lang... Hängt aber vom Abend ab.

Nice place to eat Asian food with nice atmosphere.

Somehow quite expensive and the taste not really Asian.

This place never disappoints. Friendly service, great food, and relaxing ambience. Music can be a bit louder on the weekends but I personally don’t have an issue with that, as it’s pretty good music :-)Pricey? Yes - but you certainly get your money’s worth!

Nice atmosphere, good food, slightly overpriced.

Not a Vietnamese restaurant, as the Google Maps entry suggested, but a thoroughly unauthentic Pan-Asian hotel-owned restaurant trying hard to exude a cosmopolitan vibe. The food isnt actually bad, but entirely Western with plenty of prefabbed convenience-food components. The spice levels arent just Western, theyre Swiss.So in summary, its like an attempt at a suburban P.F.Changs, but blander and much more expensive.An extra star because the service was friendly and everything was nice and clean.
