Delicious variety of Mediterranean food , and a very welcome nice staff.Thank you for the nice time I spent at this beautiful place .

This place is the best Mediterranean/Italian Ive experienced in Montana. I love it and its my go to while visiting Helena. The stuffed grape leaves are as good, or better than being in Greece. Nothing on the menu is a poor choice. All is wonderful and full of flavor. The aroma of the place is intoxicating. Exceptional service and a story book type atmosphere. Like stepping out of Helena into a Mediterranean kitchen on a back street of Athens.

Great appetizer (antipasti), good sandwiches, and great dessert, and amazing service!Update: went back for dinner and had a wonderful experience again. The salmon salad was really good. Baklava was delicious as wellOnly criticism is that the stuffed grape leaves were quite dry compared to how they are traditionally prepared and lacked the citrus/vinegar flavor that normally accompanies them.

If you are looking for a deferent cuisine this place offers a nice selection. Their cuisine is oriented around southern Europe and Middle East. I especially like the Four Seasons Pizza.

The service was friendly....however when we taste the food we were surprised how delicious al the plates were!!! A great to eat dinner!! Love it!!

European save harbour in America. Great food and friendly staff! Finally a place that serves decent vegetables and Mediterranean food during our USA trip.

I’m coming 2nd time here from different city and they are closed. Come on make changes on Google maps, it’s said that your restaurant is opened , but in real life you are closed. One day it was closed for few days ,today you are closed until 5. Disrespect to your customers.

Sadly the food wasnt very good, filet medallions (Medaglioni Di Manzo Al Funghettoi ordered medium rare and one of 2 was well done. After letting server know about it, she had to go chat with owner. They then determined they shouldnt have taken a temperature on the filet, and told me thats the way it comes. It was pathetic on how they handled it

I went here with my friend and the service was terrible. We waiting for almost a half hour just to get our drink orders taken. (Which later we never got). Later we got our food which was sloppy and looked reheated and unappetizing. The wait staff took our utensils (except for one salad fork and a knife). We asked for some and they said they would be right back. They Did eventually come back but by that time our food had gotten cold and we had to eat with out knives and share the one salad fork we did have. We will come back to give it another try but not in the near future. My recommendation is to stay away from this place.

We waited a half hour for someone to say a single word to us, after which we waited another half hour for our entree to arrive. The waitress who served us was clearly not the waitress to whom the section was assigned,and for that I am very grateful, as it was obvious that the dark haired waiter and the waitress with the orange and blue scarf had no intention of serving us, and they were clearly the people who should have. Whats worse is that not only was the quality of our meals sub-par, the portions were very minuscule. The icing on the cake is that later that evening when new patrons were seated, not 5 minutes later their PROPER WAITRESS was taking their order. Unbelievable, will not be coming back.

Wow the ribeye and med rub was AMAZING. The waiter said “the kitchen takes a lot of pressure off us by delivering delicious meals” He’s right.

Delicious food, great wine, and excellent service.

I had the paella. Very little seafood. Mostly dry rice, peas and overcooked chicken. I would have sent it back but the wait staff never came back to ask how our meal was. I got my credit card out and we waited 15 to 20 minutes just to pay the check.

Was a bit disappointed to not have my order ready for pickup even after placing it an hour earlier. But that was the extent of my disappointment.Helena was a stop on the way to the Glaciers national park, and was supposed to be just a pass through city. Was not expecting much from the food scene here. Boy was I in for a surprise. The meal consisting of muhamara and humus were amazing. The bread was Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The lahmacun was delicious, hint of tang and the accompanying salad was paired well. Again, not the most authentic presentation, but who cares. The sheesh kebab with the lamb fat in between was mouth watering.Summary/TLDR: I would make a 1 hr detour to come eat this food again.

Truly horrible service. We waited over an hour for an appetizer. Never got a chance to order our entree. Tried to order extra flatbread for our appetizer while cashing out so we could finish our food. And waited and waited and waited. Asked a host and finally went and talked to the owner because we just wanted to leave and not pay for the flatbread we never got. The owner then gave us 3$ from his wallet for the food we never got and shrugged and said “weird night” and walked away.

A nice place to have a relaxing meal. The staff were very friendly. Their wine list is extensive and the meal selections are definitely worth trying.

Great food and even better service.

We had our 50th Anniversary dinner there with 18 to 20 people, and the restaurant was packed. Eliy was amazing, didnt skip a beat, had our drinks ordered and delivered, appetizers delivered, dinners ordered(we had just about everything), all while we were getting up visiting with each other and taking pictures. She and the other staff worked around us with patience and a smile, all while the other staff were waiting on the other diners. Everyone one, including my grandchildren, loved their food.

We started off with 3 sampler appetizers, which were dips & pitta bread. All very good. We also got shish kabob & steak. It did take an hour to get our food, however the samplers curbed our hunger and we also got soup & salad which helped supplement. I got the tomato basil soup which has been the BEST tomato soup I think Ive ever had. And they served it was some delicious bread as well. We also had excellent service in the mean time, with friendly staff, and an attentive waitress. When the food did finally arrive it was worth the wait. My husband prefers his meat rare & it was perfectly done. By lamb was DELICIOUS. We topped it off with kunafa, my favorite dessert from overseas. It was definitely missing most of the cheese, & drowning in syrup, but the flavor and crunch was all there. Aside from the wait & dessert it would be a 5/5 place for me. Would go there again.

Shockingly unimpressive restaurant. We have only visited once, which was enough to turn us off to the Mediterranean Grill. The pasta dish my partner got was among the worst dishes we have ever gotten. The rice in my dish was crunchy (Much too dry).Likely will visit again in ~5 years to see if the quality has gone up. Disappointed the place is not as good as I hoped it would be.

This is one of the better restaurants in Helena. The name accurately describes it. The have a broad selection of dishes from throughout the Mediterranean region with wine from there as well. This is one of the must visit stops in Helena.

The Mediterranean Grill is absolutely delicious with a side of outstanding customer service! Ersun‘s chefs do an amazing job at captivating our tastebuds with the Baharat Rubbed Grilled Rib Eye Steak and Tournedos St. George, ending it with a finale of flavor, the Kunefe! Timothy had great advice on the wine list and treated us like family through our whole experience! Thank you!

Great food, a fun atmosphere, and impeccable service. Ellie waited on my friend and I for a late supper on a Monday evening - she provided excellent recommendations on the menu and was gracious with us when we managed to stay after closing. Thanks for the great experience!

I was blown away by the quality of the food here. The menu is expansive and the staff was fantastic. My only regret is that I couldnt try more of the amazing dishes I saw on their menu, but Ill definitely be back soon to try stuff out. This place would be ideal for a date or any special occasion.

I regret not posting this sooner, as Timothy deserves recognition.Helena is not traditionally known for its food scene. The few unique restaurants that open up tend to shutter within a year or so. This place is an exception and a bit of an institution. A bit on the expensive side for Helena but not too bad relative to most other cities.We were there for 2 hours and it felt like an hour. The experience was so enjoyable that the time flew by (though I also have my company to thank for that). We were seated quickly and greeted by Tim. His service rivaled that which I’ve received in fine dining across the country. Courses were well timed and he offered great drink pairing suggestions.Our food was excellent. The seafood pasta was the favorite at our table. We will be back!

Sunday brunch is kind of a joke now used to be pretty good no more pizza no more babaganoush no more tabbouleh salad no more flat bread. The seafood chowder has very little flavor now tastes like it was thrown together on Friday and theyre trying to get rid of it on Sunday. I was there 45 minutes showed up half the plates on the buffet were empty never got refilled. I guess if you go early when they first open your doing okay but anytime after noon forget it.

If you go to Helena and want a delicious meal and an impeccable wine list it would be a travesty not to visit the Meditarranean Grill. I came in the middle of a winter snowstorm, and wasnt immediately blown away by the setting or one of the over the top bars. Once I opened the menu and wine list I was pleasantly surprised. The owner must be a connoisseur of sorts, as the wines were extensive, and the brick oven baked pasta and Veal Romana were absolutely delicious.Being new to Helena our waitress humored our excited chatter about moving in a snowstorm, and the second we moved a plate to the side she was there to replace it. The peacefulness and relaxation with the vino was much needed at the end of the day. I could see why she said the place is much busier in the warmer summer months, but it made my night after a day of work.Thanks for the great service and attentiveness, as well as the beautiful food.

Service was a tad slow, but all the staff were very friendly. Definitely a more upscale experience. The food was good, though a little bit under seasoned. Proportions were good size and the price was quite reasonable for the quality of food and service.

Great food and friendly staff! They do allow reservations. We are not used to Mediterranean food but ended up loving both of our meals. The lentil soup and vegetable soup were good. The bread that comes with them was freshly made too. The gyro sandwich was really good with a fresh side salad and the Egyptian chicken sandwich was good too!

The food was delicious and the presentation was excellent. It was more expensive than places than usually eat at and the serving sizes were just a little smaller than what Im used to, but I knew that going there. The waitress was extremely attentive and friendly, and even the owner came out and talked to us while we were there asked us how everything was. We really enjoyed our meal and I would definitely go back again.

First try was several years ago and it was average. I was happy with me meal but others in my party were not. Surprisingly busy for a Monday night, to their credit. Were promptly greeted and only waited a few minutes. Were told our was ready but when we got their it still had food scraps on it. Waited for them to clean it and were seated. Never got acknowledged or even a sideways glance for the next 10 minutes. No water. No menus. No nothing. Just some water and a chance to view the menu during those 10 minutes is not too much to expect. So we left.

Had a nice dinner with family for Mother’s Day. After being seated, we waited for twenty minutes, before the waiter took our drink orders. The waiter was apologetic and the restaurant was at full capacity, but would have been nice to get a drink while waiting (or bread basket, something?).Soups and salads were very good. I had the vegetarian stew, which was really good and flavorful, however it was lukewarm.Main courses were very good across the board. Lasagna and rigatoni dishes were excellent. My daughter had a Greek salad with salmon that was very good and another family member raved about the pork kebab.Would have scored a 5 if not for the wait on the drink order and the soup not being hot. Still enjoyed the meal and will definitely be back. Only place I know of in Helena where you can get good quality Mediterranean meals.

Great restaurant! The ambience was nice, very mediterranean, Turkish. The food was good as well.We ordered lamb chops, shish kabab, and spanakopita. All their lamb items are Halal. Flavours were good and authentic.We also tried their seafood chowder. One of the best chowders that Ive had!The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.Everyone looking for a Halal option in Helena, MT should try this!

This is a hidden gem in Helena! They have so many Mediterranean options. Baba ganoush, bisara and muhamahara dips were so delicious! Imam was an egg plant based main dish and it was yum. Swordfish kebabs were so tasty, kebabs were so tender that they were melting in mouth! I would highly recommend this place!

Yummy food. We got the appetizer sampler, I loved the one with the red pepper. Flat bread was amazing as well, we got several extra orders of it. I got the steak special and the spices were perfect. Will definitely be going again

We sat on the outdoor patio and both ordered the Lahmacun. It was fresh, perfectly spicy and delicious. Highly recommended!

Amazing! Great service, food and wine list!! Went with my dad while visiting Helena. We had a great time. The food came with tons of vegetables which was a bonus. The salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The swordfish was also cooked perfect. Nice and tender and not overcooked. I would come back here again.

The first sign of concern was the number of mixed cuisines that were on the menu. Its not to say that it cant be done. But, unfortunately, it ultimately ended up being a bust, which just re-enforces what Ive found.I decided to go for the gnocchi as it was advertised as homemade, and its one of my favorite dishes. Now, Im open to trying different styles of presentation. This one came out as a cross between a ravioli and tortellini. But what was piled on top was unbalanced, which killed the taste. There were grilled peppers, a lot fresh scallions, and shredded cheese. The flavors were competing to each other and over powering. Ultimately, I picked out the gnocchi and left the rest.Service was a bit on the slow side but friendly. The decor made it feel like you were sitting outdoors, which had an open feel. Overall, it was a subpar experience that missed the mark.

I’m from out of town, I picked this place because I love Mediterranean food and it had good reviews. I just paid $25 for this! Chicken is dry and rice has no flavor. Ordered it to go and it took them 30 mins. I do not recommend this place, very over priced and not delicious!

Very beautiful food. Good beer. More than friendly staff.Some of the food I couldnt pronounce but Im sure its amazing.Would recommend to other people and people who are more cultured than I am.Chairs are not American sized. Im balancing on a single cheek. Worth it.

Great service and nice food. Received an exceptional service and make you feel comfortable. Good place for lunch and wine specials. Only negative I felt is that I had to wait more time for my food.
