Mediterra in Hamilton

This was a nice location, very conveniently located inside the Fairmont Southampton, but the food was quite bland and under-seasoned. For a Mediterranean restaurant, thats not a good goal. I havent been in some time, but the food was extremely lackluster and subpar.

Conveniently located at the Fairmont Southampton and reservations can be made through opentable but the food was subpar. From breadsticks that tasted stale despite being served warm (usually a sign of freshness), to bland pastas and branzino, there’s really nothing notable about Mediterra. After one meal we knew there are better choices on and off property.

Conveniently located in the lobby of the Fairmont. We ordered the seafood paella to share. It was pretty tasty and plenty of food. The seafood was great. The atmosphere inside was made to look like a ship dining hall. Its one of the more "reasonable" priced restaurants on the property. You do need to make a reservation but they can be made the same day. Family friendly.

old yatch theme with attentive service and good food. tasty paella and tapas. cocktails were too strong and bread not so good. tableside tiramisu is a must.

The food in Bermuda is lackluster overall. This is less so than most.For Bermuda its one of the better places. Pricey as expected. Good service

My favorite restaurant at the Fairmont Southampton. Looking to go back to try their other options.Ordered their shrimp scampi pasta and it was delicious. They say it is home made pasta. Cant tell myself but definitely tastes better than most Ive had. Generous amount of shrimp too.Downside is its open for a short time and sometimes its closed randomly.

The seafood paella was overcooked. Was too salty and not very flavorful.

Amazing paella and great service!

We really enjoyed the new Mediterra Restaurant at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel (former Newport Room and then Gastropub). Friendly hostess & wait staff and great atmosphere. The new menu with tapas and shared dishes as well as land & sea entrees was interesting and delicious indeed! This is with the exception of the muffin pizza on the Kids Menu which was rather odd and not very tasty. All in all though, thumbs up!!

Great new restaurant. Nice menu, great staff and service.
