Me - Mother's Street Food - Vietnamese restaurant in Odense, Denmark
The most authentic Vietnamese food ever❤️
Nice and interesting food. Good pricing.
Been here twice, both times the microwave cooked my food.
Vegan friendly and good food.
Do not recommend at all. The price is high but with extremely small portion. Maybe enough for a 5-year old girl only. We ordered the soupy pho(135kr), with additional noodle (+30kr)---still far from enough. I am actually not sure whether they really add extra noddles or not. But they insist. The taste is just average or below. They might just want to make money from tourists. I dont think many will come back again after the first time.
Not recommended. The noodles is less. And the price is high. The taste is below the average.
Worst experience - Dont come and really bad service and food.Today, we ordered Pho here. The price is ok, but the portion is amazing little, and we.paid 30 DKK for additional noddle, but actually they didnt add. After argued (really bad service), they gave us a bowl of noddle, but it is really bad and smelly. One of my worst experience in this lovely town.....
Located in the city center of Odense. Easily to find, it is near Føtex and McDonald. We try Banh Mi and Pho Bo Tai. That is so good. Although it can not be tasty as that in Vietnam actually. But this restaurant is a good place to try authentic Vietnamese cuisine. As I know the owner of this restaurant is Vietnamese.
its amazing
good, I feel the taste of home here
Good chop
Very good
Really good authentic vietnamese food.
Food are delicious and price are reasonable.
I am no expert in Vietnamese food, but it taste good to me. Their lemonade is very nice.
Delicious food! Can recommend the classic banh mi sandwich
Delicious. International friendly
Delicious and really fresh food!
I just tried the Pho soup here and it was really good. Very fresh tasting ingredients and a HUGE portion! The staff are very nice and polite. Definitely one of the best Asian restaurants in Odense that I’ve been to. The prices are also quite fair, especially given the amount and quality of the food.
Delicious and fresh food! I ordered it via Wolt 15 minutes before they close, and they went with my order anyways. I ordered two dishes: a pancake with tofu and fresh spring rolls. It was enough to get me full but not to have any uncomfortable pains afterwards (as it can happen with take-outs).
One of the finest food. No word can describe the level of taste they offered. People should definitely give a try.
Delicious food for a reasonable price. Simulated Vietnamese street food experience is a plus.
Great lemonade and awesome people. Got some good tips!
Decent food. Nice staff. A little pricy. Nothing out of the ordinary.
The food was nice and service was fine. Prices are not cheap, but ok.
Delicious Vietnamese food in casual authentic street food styled restaurant. Love it 👌
Very authentic, fantastic cuisine with fresh products.
Great soup!
I would give 5 stars because the food its amazing.I eat here often and I have lately started to be disappointed. The dishes have been gradually become smaller and some items have raised price. Since this place have become quite popular and very touristic. But I would ask Mothers Street Food to remember their loyal customers and get back to the bigger portions so that one can leave the restaurant satisfied and not ending up going to Mc Donalds after and so that we keep coming back !
Authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Must go for a hot bowl of Pho. Spring rolls are delicious too.
Extremly good Vietnamese Food! Nice People and good prices.
Great food and reasonable prices :)
The food is really good compared to the price. I recommend sitting outside as it can be a bit noisy from the kitchen when sitting inside.
We were visiting the area for a couple of days and came into the city to look around.Grey clouds gathered as we arrived and then the rain poured down.Having drawn a blank with a couple of more traditional eateries, we came across this one and dived in to escape the rain as much as anything. So glad we did. The staff were really friendly and spoke English. We selected from the menu and sat down for a drink. The food arrived really quickly and was absolutely delicious. Generous portions too.Very reasonably priced as well. Its not fancy, but feels really authentic. Give it a try!
Nice cozy place, they prepared their Pho in individual pot, food portion and lots of beef, tasted really good 👍
CAREFUL.The place is cozy and not super modern but rustic, aesthetically pleasing for the eyes, but dont let their phō fool you.Bought 3 bowls of hot noodles here the other day, and basically what was recieved was three bowls with nice hot broth, slices of meat and 4-5 noodle strands. And the side dishes arent well portioned for 3 people, perhaps for just one. Overpriced for what youd get.The staff is nice tho and theyre smiling
Vegan friendly, allergic friendly, good taste, large food portions for an $ price and super good service. :)
The lady with the glasses was incredibly impolite and unpatient. Barely spoke English, and when my girlfriend asked for a dish without pork, she later said rudely "You happy now?" Highly unrecommended. These people have never heard of customer service.
Great food, great staff and very nice ambience. Always feel happy and welcome here.
Great Vietnamese restaurant.
Now its not the same anymore and its more expensive, really disappointing actually. Only tried the two soups, so cannot speak for the rest of the menu...
Best Pho soup ever. Nice and big portion. Unforgettable taste and source of inspiration. Bit pricy but great quality.
I would rate 3.75 stars if I can. Taste not so bad but not so good either.
Such a cozy place and really great food - you get a huge portion and a very full, happy belly for a great price. I had the vegan pho and it was delicious - served in the pot to stay warm as you eat with a lovely side of sauces and a basket full of mixed green herbs and lime~
Nice vietnamese street kitchen. Seems very authentic. Prices are reasonable.
The food turned out to be alright at the end, in spite of the fact that the pork tasted kinda funny which I must admit made me doubt that I was going to sleep all night...Their sitting situation could be improved, plastic buckets turned upside down are not my standard of comfortable sitting to eat and chit chat.Lastly, prices are ok although its not cheap.Altogether I wont be going back, one time was enough.
I felt almost like back in Vietnam.Coffee done the same way. Dishes similar and tasty.Place feels nice. Just the chairs are not comfortable.Price high considering they call it "street food". Apparently, to get right food and drinks, you have to pay extra.I cannot image not visiting them again, later.
I had the wantoon soup an vietnamese rolls and both were delicious. Price was good an the plaxe really cozy
Great food and service. Fresh place in Odense. Reasonable prices. Recommended!
Its the only food place in Odense I dont feel "meh" about. Awesome quality service and the food is about as cheap as a kebab. Speaking of which - amazing food, especially for bland little Odense!
