Restaurant was the worst I have ever seen in a restaurant every table in the place was dirty with old food and drink on every table with just as much on the floor drinks spilt not only looks bad but is a hazard old pickles stuck to the walls that look as though they have been slowly drying out for weeks ants have also made there way into the store but at least they are cleaning up some of the mess. NO ONE ELSE IS staff and manager had plenty of time to joke with team members but no time to keep food standards area manager needs to ask themselves how many bad review before action is taken ?????
Was left sitting in the drive through while at least 4 other cars where served. When finally I was served I politly questioned why this had happened the reply from the McDonalds employee was condescending, dismissive & really quite rude.To make matters worse ... When I received my order ... It was incomplete. I pointed this out, only to be met with the same attitude as when placing the order.The experience made me wonder if the incredibly poor customers service I received was promoted or indeed part of the workplace culture of McDonalds at the forum
Very dirty food all over the floor and tables six staff on so plenty of staff to clean ants in restaurant and old food stuck to walls drink spilt on floor near counter no staff seemed to care was discussed and left before I could get food poisoning
Stuck in the drive-thru for ages waiting for coffee then just ended leaving because they are useless.
Food took ages to come out. We also ordered two drinks and they took like 10 minutes. There was no where to pay as the machine was glitched. We were forced to go around and pay again.
No matter what day or time of day it is when I order from this McDonald’s, my chips are always old and my nuggets are hard and stale. This isn’t a one of thing it’s a regular occurrence.
This McDonalds was slow & filthy, they had a dirty customer sitting on the bench where they were dispensing the food and they didn’t ask him to get off, nor did they clean the bench after he left.I could staff yelling and joking with some friends (that were customers), the friends were yelling to the staff “hurry up” to which the staff were yelling back “shut up”. We have been waiting for our food for over 15 minutes now.

Im usually very happy with the customer service here but i gave them my code for a free coffee on the McDonalds app, they used it, said it was used already once i got to the drive through window (of course it was just used nowand insisted i pay insinuating i lied about my free coffee even with it clearly showing the 2500 points used on the app and they had no interest in sorting out this issue.
Ordered breakfast, was told to park on waiting bay. 20 minutes later still had no food. Went inside and the order hadn’t even been packed, finally got food, missing hash browns and one of the McMuffins wasn’t made to what I ordered and to top it of they gave me the wrong drink. Absolutely bloody useless at this McDonald’s. Not the first stuff up we’ve had at this maccas.
Every time I pay for the sauces,they barely give me.Sometimes they just take the chips and put it upside-down.Use some logic
Not the best experience for a senior wanting counter service. Joined the cue at 5 to 12 and by the time I got to the attendant it was just on 12.00 and they would not serve any breakfast items.Too much reliance on ordering stands which are good for young people with smartphones.
They purposely gave me less, and terribly made burgers (Patty is in the paper bag and soft serve (the cream was only just above the cone itselfonly because I knew one of my friends who works here. Also the ice cream tastes "flour-y" I couldnt get served for around 10 minutes, most of the tables are never clean to sit, but the bathrooms are clean though.
Bought a coffee frappe apparently it was a caramel tho and then as handed to me spills all over my interior retards

I ordered 2 bacon and egg muffins I got 1 sausage and egg muffin and 1 sausage muffin. ANNND I was the only person there🙄
Asked for a cheeseburger with extra onion and they gave me with no onion at all!!!It this the 3rd time now!!!!!Always check your order before leave. They have kids working that are not trained properly!!!!Stop using the excuses of staff shortages!!!!And always giving priority to drive thru…walk in or Uber Eats have to wait 30 min for a meal!!!!!Last time I will go there
They need a lesson on customer service. Unbelievable, the person served me by the name of Christopher refuse to apologise for the mistake he did. Will never come back here
Brilliant customer service from the staff especially the blonde female manager who served me today (23rd July at 10.45 amwhen I placed an order for 14 Happy Meals for my granddaughters birthday. She supervised the order with my special requests and even carried them out to my car. Sorry didnt get her name but great customer service. Thank you
Stopped by for a quick drink and brekky yesterday morning. Placed a long black dine-in-order at the machine ,waited by the counter. The manager was nice and courteous and got my drink out quickly . Guys, why are you using disposable plastic coffee cups when the machine clearly shows ceramic mugs for the down in option!? Finally, I would never order coffee at Macdonalds again; I learnt my lesson , tasteless odourless brown lukewarm liquid!
This place is absolutely shocking, the management or lack of , shows in the stores appearance ( which was disgusting every single table was filthyas well staff and organisation. Save your time and money and go some where better. They couldn’t even get whole orders out at once or correct. Spoken from someone who actually works in hospitality .
Worst coffee we have ever had. Made a complaint and received a voucher for 2 more coffees… nice gesture but they were still dreadful unfortunately
Not good. Worst fries Ever..What happened.. 2nd time here, thought we give it another go . Nope fries cold and hard. Sunday was like a Monday tasted off. We left everything but the burgers. Wow. So Macers
There was no toy in the happy meal I purchased. I’m not feeling very happy and the smell of McDonalds makes me sick to my stomach.
No front of house staff so ordered from the machine. Machine didnt print out my receipt so I had no number to listen out for. Explained my situation and what I ordered- a sausage &egg muffin meal with bbq sauce and decaf coffee. Was given a burnt muffin with no sauce, chips instead of hash brown. No coffee. Was given my hash brown when I complained. Still no coffee. Showed the line of waiting people my burnt muffin. They all started to voice their disapproval of their experience. Left after 10 minutes of waiting without my coffee. Wont be coming back.
What happened to this place? Hard to find a clean table to use as there are crumbs on most table with leftover food and rubbish, all hand sanitizer stations are empty; my order was called in quick but missing my chai latte. I have to remind them again after 15 mins that I am still waiting for my chai latter and that’s when they made one but I must say, my chai latte was not worth the wait. I don’t think I am coming back to this Maccas branch
You have an absolutely beautiful staff member by the name of Aleisha at your Mandurah store, she was working 11.30am today.The caring nature she has and brings to your store is exceptional. Such a capable, happy cheery woman she is a prize to your store :)
The last 3 times I have been to McDonald’s I have asked for everything fresh. And nothing has been fresh.
Every time we order a meal here it’s always not right. It’s very annoying when you paid the right price of food and you get the food that’s not even worth eating. Chips very dry and it seems like it sat there for hours. Ordered for double quarter pounder you given with just a normal quarter pounder. Why can’t the staff serve a proper meal that’s worth eating and worth the money you pay????
The place smelt like old food, rubbish was everywhere and the customer service was terrible. I bought some fries and it tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in ages.
After many years of not eating at McDonalds I had one of their Big Macs. Looked smaller than the last time but maybe I am just getting older.Tasted pretty much as I remembered. Coffee was not too bad. Could have been hotter. For the price it was OK and filled the gap. Do not like the electronic ordering machines.
I dont usually complain but I had a Chicken Aveoli and the wrap tasted like cardboard..It wasnt fresh at all and I was left to wonder at what date it was actually made .I havent bought from Maccas for a long time however now I wont again ..Its put me off .
Waiting to place an order nobody around so I beeped my horn and I must say the guy serving was so rude with his black rimmed glasses. Then another looong wait and to top it off the burgers where dried out nearly no Mayo and a quarter of a peice of cheese on it .NOT HAPPY JAN!!!
Is anyone managing this place? Waited well over half an hour for food. Everyone waiting for food was complaining about how long theyd waited. Just about everyone got handed incomplete orders. The poor kid handing out the food didnt appear to have had any training. Food was thrown together and cold. Not a manager in sight. So so poor.
I visit this place once a month or 6 weeks apart and can never fault their service or the food they produce. Always hot and cooked to perfection. Wish other McDonalds would be like Belmont thats for sure.
The burgers were cold below. The toilets were not very clean (which is usually a problem with fast foodbut here the toilet door was defective and impossible to close. If fast food can be practical sometimes, nothing like a good little local restaurant if possible
Once again got cornered into buying food from yet another fast food cold burger and chip outlet called Meccas. I really cant understand why we all put up with cold chips. I asked for fresh chips ut this time didnt check before I drove away. They should be taken to task for charging exorbitant prices for poor quality food. I recommend some action be taken into this company doing what it does to the population. I asked for a double quarter pounder and got a single. Does anyone else question whats happening here?
We walked in at 9.10pm last night and ordered two Cheeseburgers. At 9.42 I was handed a bag with two Cheeseburgers. One was cold and had been sitting since 9.16. It was a special order but not our special order of no onion or pickles. The other burger was moderately warm. We asked for another two burgers which proved it was possible to produce them inside 5 minutes, receiving them at 9.46pm but still apparently impossible to get right. Just two stock standard Cheeseburgers, onion and pickles on both.. Not the only customer left frustrated. Most waited on average 30 minutes for their order
McCafe employee sticker-dating muffins whilst the queue for front-orders were about 10+ people long.Waited 40 minutes for food. Having experience of working at maccas, years in the past, this situation couldve been more efficiently handled.Our number was called and we were given an iced mocha only. Our order was 2 hash browns and a Mocha. (?!?!?!This was fixed 10mins later
Have ordered a few times through Menulog, I have never had a complete order. Mcdonalds trying to blame Menulog, pretty sure they cant put 2 small chips in a happy meal box!
almost every order has an item missing. Is there an internal memo or policy that allows an item to be left out. Imagine the profits,if the customer didnt complain. It isnt the only outlet that misses out on incorrect orders
Spent $70 tonight on dinner for my family. Half the order was wrong, the nuggets we ordered obviously were scraps or something as they were stone cold, and tough as rubber. Have been trying to call the store for 35min now and just keep getting the engaged tone. Either the Store Manafer is talking to friends on the phone or it’s off the hook. Absolute rubbish for a multi million dollar business. Shame on you McDonalds, how hard is it to supply at least somewhat fresh food and read words on a screen to ensure you get the order correct!!!
The staffs service was friendly and fast, and the restaurant was pretty clean. However the fries were brought out cold and tasteless, and the burger had way too much mayo and bbq sauce on it. It was extremely messy.
Cushions on seats need replacing makes eating area look rough and cheap. Wasnt busy this morning but table next to me stayed unwiped not cleaned for 30 mins. Coffee and pancakes nice.
Store messy, ripped seats didnt feel comfortable eating my food in-store but now I kind of wish I did to take it back.Chips stale, burger patties were not fresh I understand why they have the slogan the burgers are better at hungry jacks even more after this experience!
Manager needs to be fired. Waited in the waiting bay for them to get my burger wrong and my pregnant girlfriends chicken burger was disgusting and couldnt be eaten, that could of done serious damage to her.
Absolutely disgusting i used self service because im disabled. so i selected table service when it was ready thay demanded i come back to the counter an get it. Why offer a service if you wont actually do it absolutely disgraceful. last time i ever go to McDonalds.Update i spoke with one of the staff to make a complaint who proceeded to laugh at me because i cant walk properly its called service you should try it some time.
