There are times they have a lot of customers that no matter how much they clean, the place look messy.

Promoting proudly a new prodict line on their screens yet majority are out of stock LOL.During the afternoon be ready with a good number of students in their laptops studying/meeting in pairs or groups. Probably best to drive thru or takeout as it is very challenging to get a seat.

Just ok. Food was as you would expect. Their Filipino breakfast is definitely not as good as Jolibee though. Also, can we get over this stupidity of “mask on sir”… just to order, then take it off again to eat anyway. Seriously, the world has moved on.

Druve thru is the slowest ever. 20 minutes in line for 4 small soggy fries. The drive thru also encourages motorcycles to jump the line. Unfair for those cars in line.

So happy .. satisfied by their service ☺️

Went here twice, only in the drive-thru. So I can only talk about my experience there.The first time the fries werent very salty, the second time around they were a little more salty. The chicken nuggets was pretty good and the presentation and service of the order was pretty good.There was a lot of street kids begging for money around the drive thru window and in front of the building, so be prepared to run into them.

Accommodating, clean and fresh place. Safe to eat.

Inside the building air-conditioning system must be corrected/improve, and some glass window must install blinds or cover to minimize sun ray effect during late afternoon.

Clean, friendly staff.

no vaccine no entry. we stopped by to have lunch on january 29, 2022 however kids are not allowed inside. we ended up having lunch at the parking lot. thankful for the staff who helped us bring the food to the parking lot. parking lot is located behind the edtablishment.

Chicken is good.Been there yesterday evening and bought 2 buckets of chicken asking for spicy chicken but not available

it appears to be mcdonalds, including the food packaging and the staff uniform, but unlike the usual, its quite warmer inside than outside.Other than that, i did not see hot chili, and soy sauce condiments on their tables.

The food is good no doubt about it but the service is slow...it took 30 mins to receive my take out that is just burgers and coke floats 😁

Love the place! Great foods for kids. Safe place to dine-in.

Took almost 30mins for line & have my order. I think they are short handed of staff. Not so satisfy. Hopefully they can adjst to add staff since alot of customers are now going outside to dine

Dont serve burger 10am.Was on drive thru waiting 10 minGot to cashier 10.01 and she was not there because she tried to take my order earlier and said only breakfast menu which was correct at at 9.50.Very rude behaviour disappearing.Will never be back!!!

Best for drive thru passing by the long stretch of Zambales from SBFZ to my home town Candelaria Zambales.

Came at around 4am. Crew were very polite and accommodating. Clean toilet and PWD friendly.

Get McDonalds I remodel and have worked at McDonalds in 34 states and 4 countries and I swear this is the best McDonalds Ive ever been to out of all of them.

good place but utensils are somehow not serve well.

Friendly staff, fair service, always busy so cleaning and maintenance is usually second rate at this location. My car took a little hit and was even scratched on the driver side by a tricycle due to crowding of all the tricycles parked at the location side entrance.

Its good but needs a bit of cleaning though EXPANSION TOO IS A MUST

I just attended the 7th birthday party of a friends daughter today, and I do not think that this branch is worth any kids birthday celebration.The celebrator made her entrance without a birthday song or any music playing, even the kids games went boring due to lack of a playlist for the event. Well, there was music but it was as if they played whatevers on the list of one of the staffs mobile phone- it never seemed and felt like a kids birthday party.The serving of food was poor. Almost every guest had finished having their meals when we received our food- burgers, and sundaes (half the cup, meltedbefore the "real" meal, which were served approx 30mins after.After the party, when my friend and her wife was about to settle the bill, they were asked to pay 7k more than their original order but the staff couldnt come up with a clear explanation how it turned out like that. To avoid further discussion, the couple just decided to pay and shared feedback with the branchs management. Unfortunately, one of the staff couldnt even give an apology and kept being defensive. Later on, it turned out that everything was due to the branchs lack of coordination and planning, thanks to one of the managers in charge at Mcdonalds Iba who sincerely apologized to the couple.So, to those thinking of having their childs birthday party at McDonalds Iba, you may want to think twice before doing so. Good luck!

This place is notorious for shorting you on fries on take out and drive thru orders (e.g. giving you a medium fries in a large container for a large meal).

Right on the main hiway, car parking at the front and back, motorcycle parking at the back and a drive-tru, 2 airconditioned floors and an openair dine in at the back

My wife and I go to Iba once a week for groceries.We used to do breakfast at Jollibee but the place is slow and full of flies and nobody care.We tried the old Mcd and it is clean, no flies and the staff is friendly and accommodating.Coffee is good so good breakfast here.

A nice and comfortable place.. the visual and ambiance of the place also adds to its greatness.. down side is the waiting for the order no number you wait..

Very slow service. That said food was hot with a good taste.

McDonalds Iba is a friendly place. The crews are nice and they are attentive to customers. They serve food as soon as they can. The comfort room is clean too, even though the male and female have to share one. There are a lot of tables on the ground floor and even on the second floor. They also have a party hall.

Nice ambiance, good quality of service and a delicious food..

My favorite place to chill and relax. Open 24 hours fpr those who are in it for a quick snack or fun time with friends.

once had a worm in my chicken fillet, then a fly in my float drink and my mother ordered a cheese burger deluxe but got the regular burger.

Staff gave a us a lot of ketchup without asking. Great service decent parking space. Clean tables. The tables were cleared out as soon as they were vacated.Relatively clean parking area. Only complain was the fish smell in the parking area. Someone must have throw in their baon somewhere and staff missed it. 5* if the seats were comet but of course most fast standard chair are just minimalistic.

I dined in this fast food chain a couple of months ago. Unfortunately some staff I met in this branch seemed to be of less knowledge of their brand itself particularly about their food. I spoke to one of the staff and didnt I hear good response to what I was asking for. I should have find another food chain rather leaving uncertain and unsatisfied.

I think The AC was not working at the firstfloor but in the 2ndfloor it was doing fine.

Just ate here today, place was clean. Service was just fine. No greetings given upon entrance though guard was looking directly at the customer. Matigas ang kanin 🍚

Mickey Dees in the middle of nowhere. Certainly a welcoming sight for some travelers!

Very poor customer service. Refused to give glass and ice for the bottled water we purchased there. The manager refused to attend to us even though we requested it many times.
