McDonalds in Serang

I edited my last review. I just had an apple pie strawberry ice cream (their new menuand smoky chicken, their chicken was still half raw and their cutlery was dirty.I didn’t order any chocolate menu but my spoon had a chocolate dirt on it. I know the restaurant had been busy since the minions menu launched but please keep the quality

my experience eating there the place is comfortable, the employees are also friendly the size of the place is also big the condition when the food arrives is also good in the presentation it tastes good too rich there is a distinctive taste so there is also a place to play, a prayer room and what is definitely comfortable to eat there

A drivethru service if you wish to take it. The price is good for taste comparison. Limited parking location right at the intersection of the city of Serang. Very helpful for those who are hungry after Cilegon ..

Been a while since I ate the nuggets. Was freshly cooked.Too bad they gave me half a portion of fries instead of a full portion.I ordered through the drive thru, so it was my bad I didnt check before we left.

New Ice Cream from McD ala Japan.. Its Hojicha Black Meringue 🍦Crunchy crunchy and tea taste..Not so bad

During this COVID-19 pandemy, McD Serang is doing great job in preparing the necessary measures to comply with health protocols recommended by govt.Unfortunately for the wastafel, it is still using manual push valve, and the timing is without any delay, i.e. if you release from pushing the valve, the water will suddenly stop. That means you cannot wash your hand properly as recommended. Please fix this. Thanks.

It is a good place but has a small parking area, the outside room is for smoking, it has a WiFi for someone that wants to do his homework

There is many kinds of foods that you can buy at McDonalds such as paket panas which is contain of rice, chicken and a glass of drinks. This is a fast food restaurant located in the heart of city. You can buy many kinds of fast food here such as fried chicken, burger and also ice cream. The service is fast and also satisfying. In the busy hour you need to be more patient because there are so many people wait for their food here.

Since new management i feel the service is decrease in not like McDonalds for example Singapore and Malaysia

To many "fakir wifi". Theyre only buy some drink and ice cone and they will be there for 2 Hours. Sevel bankrupt because of this.

Good place. One of the closest International Fast Food Chain Restaurant from Serang Timur Toll Gate. Usually full of the youngsters and families with kids. They provide free wi-fi here but with poor connection because most of clients use it. The parking lot is limited, but they provide drive-thru. It tooks only 5-10 minutes from Serang Timur Toll Gate.

My baby boy love the burger and the play ground. Its at the serang city center. At the front of Carrefour shop. It is crowd by customer every time i came there. You should be prepare to line and take the seat soon after you come. Coz its quite full of mcd lovers who already LAPER. so, every time you need some fast food, its a fastest way to reach, at the nearest Carrefour spot.

Its your usual Mcdonalds except its only has one floor not two, unfortunately sometimes i found the table is kinda dirty(not cleaned properly)

Just love this place! The staffs are helpful, and i dont think there is someone will questioning McDonalds taste :pP.S : Just dont take junk foods too much, Im here just around once a month or maybe less than that.

Too crowded. I think Mcd needs to open a new outlet in this town and an expansion for this outlet. It was difficult to find a seat, no power outlet available, the wifi is so so, so is the the foods and drinks.

they put me in the waiting bay too long, they said 5-10 mins, turned out more than 15. happened 2 times when I was trying to grab a breakfast on my way to work.

The only 24 hours resto in Serang. A good place to stop by. It also has prayer room, it is decent and clean.
