Service was slow but meal was hot, it was a very busy period.

Even when given the clearest of instructions, Grape Frozen Fanta and Coke no sugar these bots were unable to process the order. In return l got 2 frozen cokes and 2 happy meals where my kids said the nuggets tasted weird. 8 hours later both kids are vomiting. The staff at this location are not managed properly. This is fast food, not rocket science. If a customer clearly states their order you must listen and furfil same, that is your job.

Always missing something if we buy from drive through, today also happened again and come back to shop.

Ive been charged twice for one lot of food, got told my card didnt work , so had to use another then I find Im charged twice

Ordered a Chicken Salad, after handing me the order, they told me that they dont have any Cutlery, and had run out! The manager offered me a spoon to eat it with! Seriously clueless! She didnt even know what a Store Transfer was - to get stock from another store!

Today have very bad experience at yall ambient McDonald.I find the chicken nuggets is missing in the family meal box . when I am back to MacDonald and tell the staff I didnt receive the chicken nuggets .The manager named start with J is very rude and bad attitudes .I cant believe he can be a manager. Im Very disapointed .

The drive through coffee is like ***t.

Went inside to order as they hardly ever get the order correct through drive through.They assured me everything was correct when passing it over the counter.Got home and theres a large chips missing, burger and a sauce.If you can’t get an order correct at Maccas, what hope do you have in the future of furthering your employment anywhere else!The Y & Z Gens are such duds!Update 2 - a few weeks on and the order is wrong again. Nuggets missing and no sauce.I’ll keep adding to this post as they stuff the order up every couple of weeks.Update 3 - Just ordered through Uber eats and got 4x 6 nugget meals for the kids. You think they could even send at least one sauce? No of course not, NO sauces at all.The generation of working kids today are brain dead and can’t follow simple instructions.One again, if you can’t execute your job at Maccas correctly, what chance do you have in the real world!Update 4Just ordered through Uber Eats, 3x 6 nugget meals all with sweet and sour sauces. At night 1am, store was closed for drive through and in store but there is one man inside the store. He was cleaning the stuff but still all lights were on. Weird 🙄

Came here to get some late night food and the staff were incredibly unorganised and couldn’t process a simple food order

Playground was excellent for my little granddaughter and her friends unfortunately the Playground was abit small for adults too fit in when the kids wanted to go down the slides🤣🤣

I barely eat anything from McDonalds now but was craving a cheese burger. I decided to get a small deal. Burger was very dry and Chips were terribly cold. Went Straight into the bin. Very disappointing

Went to get 2 take away coffees on a Sunday morning, no one in front of me. I was asked to wait in the waiting bay, after 5 minutes I was given something completely different to my order and told them so. After another 5 minutes I was presented with 1 of my coffees and not the other one, and finally after another few minutes they came back with our coffees both cold.15 minutes to make 2 cold coffees?? I could understand if it was peak time with people in the line but with no one how hard can it be???Very disappointed

Terrible serviceWas left sitting in the drive through for 15 min whilst they kept serving in the other laneAlso had to ask three times before receiving the correct sauce.

At first, they served me somewhat warm old chips/ fries, so I had to ask for fresh ones. When I went up to ask for new chips, I noticed that they had about 5 medium fries and 5 small fries under the lights that looked like they had been sitting there for some time; hence the original ones they gave me being barely warm and old. Then after that, I went to open my burger packet and saw they had given me the wrong burger.There were lots of kids working in the place, which probably explains why they made mistakes.

Yallambie use to be the best maccas around. The last 4 years or so has gone really down hill 8n all aspects. Very disappointing.

lived most of my life in Europe and i can tell that mcdonald’s food overseas tastes much better and the menu is much bigger. but filet o fish was delicious though

Unfortunately this is the closest Maccas to us, for years we have had poor service, smaller packets of chips that are old and over cooked, missed items from our order sooo many times. We only ever (rarelygo because of convenience but really wish theyd lift their game.

Great all round service, fast and more importantly efficient and helpful staff who not only got my order right were dealing with about 20 other customers instore as well as the drive through. I was very impressed with the team leader who knew who was where and kept the team focused on their respective tasks. (organised KAOS at its best )

Ordered some food and 4 pairs of Grimace Silly Socks. I was quite upset when the food arrived with no socks. My friend needed socks as it was quite cold. He walked home crying and I haven’t heard from him since. I’m not upset I’m just disappointed :(UPDATE: I have completely lost faith in Yallambie McDonalds. Not only have they once again forgotten the silly socks, we didn’t even get any straws AND no sweet and sour sauce. How am I supposed to enjoy my nuggets. Strike 2

Maccas, what can I say. Hmmm., well the staff here are great. Havent had any issues to date. The food - its maccas, as long as it arrives fresh and hot then what more could I possibly have to say about the eating experience... my one big gripe, the wait. Its excruciating!

Good McDonalds. Quick service. Taking away 1 star because last few times I visited, there were patrons inside without masks and the staff did not say anything. No one was checking in either. Plus, some staff members had their masks in chin diaper mode.

Undoubtedly the cleanest Macdonald’s I have ever visited, and great staff with customer focus. The Coronavirus restrictions meant that there were only a few tables free, but we still had somewhere to sit and the table was fairly clean. The fries were hot and delicious, although the crispy chicken burger was a bit dry, but that is my only criticism. A nice spot to grab a bite to eat.

This location is "Hit and Miss". Sometimes the order is right and other times (for examplethe sauces we ordered and paid for, are not in the bag when we specifically ask the staff to confirm this before driving off, or the fries are cold or half full. Tonight I ordered a medium chocolate thick-shake. It was overfilled and went all over my car console and it had literally no chocolate flavoring in it. As I loathe the taste of Vanilla, I had to throw it out! Its convenient location keeps us going there in the hope they will be more consistent! But I am sick of wasting my money there so when my kids are older, I will never go to Maccas myself!

A nice McDonalds branch! they are quick, professional and friendly and also very patient. I normally order a very customised coffee, and they make it as I want every time. Well done guys!!! highly recommended !

I came here because my wife needed to use the toilets. They were clean and welcoming.Since I got bored waiting, I bought an alright coffee, and frozen beverage from the drive through. The windows are set at height to suit 4WD vehicles, which is mildly annoying, but entirely reasonable (statistically).

A returning customer, mostly via drive through for my morning/afternoon coffee. Staffs are polite and professional especially Roy always service with a smile. Hands down best McDonald in term of consistent customer service and food so far! highly recommend and definitely will come back.I am shocked to see so many 1 stars review.

There is nothing better then working all day and coming home late at night just to open your bag of McDonald magic to find that delicious triple cheeseburger is simply a single cheeseburger? Along with the chicken and cheese you ordered, they both seem to have been sitting around for a while because workers cant be arsed making the 10 orders an hour TO ORDER! 5/5EDIT: Can confirm they know how to make the only burger that McDonalds is known for.

Chips always underpacked, and thrown on top of my hotcakes and fell all through them! Commen sense seems far and few between! Otherwise good location👍👍👍
