Very dirty place no hygiene at all

Long queue. Lack of staff.Self order machines out of work.Had to wait looooooonng to order and to get the food.

The place was dirtyNo clean tableThe bin was full no space to put trash after diningTissue and box all over the floorService was really slow at some moment every staff disappeared

Really pathetic service. No one ready to take order at first place. Further when they take, they are really slow. They have displayed 15 mins back that order is ready where as it was not ready.

I was not satisfied. Nobody was at rhe the till, 1 client waiting to get his order, a lady came to deliver his order while chewing something in her mouth, she left... I waited ...then trying to call for assistance..then she came to get my order...Service need to be improved... seriously

Drive through and counter are both really really slow!!! Need to improve delivery time

Cleanliness of the place always poor. We went there a Friday night,there was a bad smell from the restaurant that we chose to sit outside to eat. :/

Before investing in giving free Mac Donald for 1 year PLZ INVEST IN TRAINING YOUR STAFFS. BEEN TO MAC DONALD TRIANON ON 10th MAY 2022. THE STAFF GAVE ME SHORT CHARGE ON DRIVE THRU. ASKED FOR THE DUTY MANAGER. THE STAFFS ARE UNAWARE WHO IS THE DUTY MANAGER. WHEN THE MGER CAME UP. HE HAD NO FORMAL MAC DONALD UNIFORM/ NO NAME TAG. HE REFUSED TO GIVE HIS NAME.WENT TO MAC DONALD RICHETERRE ON 15 JULY. MADE A COMPLAINT VIA HEADOFFICE. The receptionist found my complaint funny. Could hear her smiling. I ORDERED AGAIN 15 JULY THRU DRIVE THRU. I ORDERED A LARGE MEAL. MY LARGE FRIES WAS MISSED.

The food is not as per shown in the images when you select your menu. There is no table service as stated when you order by yourself by taking a table number (you still have to go and get it and our food was already cold by the time they informed us to collect it). Though i understand its a fast food service

Only go there for the toys that come with the Happy Meal.. 😊.. Tasteless at times, lacks consistency... not the best burger in town but competitive pricing..

Worst experience ever! We get 2 big mac without salad, we get 2 hot chilly sausage but we order 2 x ketchup, dey forget to add big mac sausage even we pay for it. A lot of flys inside, worst experience ever!

Best McDonalds when it comes to food generally. Though I once had a bad experience with a Grilled Chicken Burger they gave me with a cabbage’s stem. That was the only time, but it never happened again afterwards

As usual, theres always something missing in the order. Whether its chips, straws, etc. And sometimes the person taking your order rushes you and thus unable to place desired order. Apart from this, all good so far.

Do not understand why they can deliver warm and crispy fires?Each and every time you have to remind the staff or send back.The Grand Chicken Spicy is nice.

Food is ok as you would expect from McDonalds, however staff need a bit more training and smile a bit more as well. Also we place our order on the machine and were offered with table service which did not happened as our order number was shout for collection from the counter. It was a bit of a surprise and felt like staff could not be asked, theres is always room for improvement.

Unprofessional. Have come across many wrong order1. Been asked to pay for ketchup once2. Drive through takeaway , they didnt add cheese when I have ordered n paid for it. Since it was Drive through I realize it at home and it too late to change.3. Just recently my grand spicy chicken burger came without cheese and large fries was half filled.

Drive thru. Just a suggestion. Maybe repeat all the clients order to the person to confirm. Happened to me twice. Person gave a spicy grand chicken instead of a normal one. Couldnt hurt to repeat the orders and ask confirmation from the customer. Thanks.

Their card machine doesnt work so they improvise using a spare one not practical as you need to get to delivery for your receipt, no problem. They then told me to wait up-front to get my paper. Up to 20 minutes. Nothing. You effing kidding me right? Bad service.

7th MacDonalds I visited, Place was on par with the one in the centrum but was too far away from place I stayed. Also very small. Food and speed was good

Relatively small but comfy. Neat and Clean place. Nice staff. Service up to McDonalds standards. Drive thru available and plenty parking in the trianon shopping park.
