Ice-cream strawberry flavour is super good.

Very good. Burgers with chicken, veg and fish. Amazing.

Service was really slow. The tables were dirty. The bathrooms were even dirtier. The food was average, I didnt get what I wanted as most items were unavailable.

The service can sometimes be slow even when there are not a lot of customers

We were looking for a late night dessert in Caudan, and virtually everywhere was closed at 9pm. Our only saving grace was McDonalds which shut at 10.The store was clean and fairly well presented inside, however the terminals were out of order by the time we got there.We ordered quarter pounders and mcflurrys which tasted OK. Both were passable but dont have the flavours that Ive experienced both in London and USA, whereby this was kind of bland in comparison.Still, we were grateful to be able to get something, and there was comfort in seeing the golden arches from far away and knowing roughly what to expect.

Came to mc Donald port louis several time and each time the staff behave really rudely with people, they keep cleaning and brooming where people is eating. Bad customer service experience, if youngsters came in for a date to they come and peek as if were are doing illegal things. They indirectly make bad comments such as There will be some 18+ movies freely which is going on. They also ask elderly people to make bad comments about youngsters. They often clean and spray sanitizer on tables and this gets into peoples food and they dont even apologize. The staff always behave arrogantly as if they owned the place. McDonalds port louis is the worse one Ive ever been too.

This place is always busy. If you dont mind the waiting queue....

Extra,regular and light are 3 different things 😂😂.Ive been eating there since I was a kid...Its okay to sit and have a good time,Ac and all ..But please do check your meal when you take it,they make lots of mistakes.

This place is always busy for lunch, but luckily i managed to find a seat.I ordered mc wings and mc nuggets, the order was ready within minutes. The mc wings were good so was the nuggets.

Gotta say, the food at McDonalds is up to McDonalds standard and cant therefore be criticised on the basis of taste. People who criticise the food must acknowledge that its indeed a fast/junk food franchise, so not much extravagance can be expected. The speed of service is decent and staff members all do their jobs just as needed, no fancy business whatsoever.The place itself is well situated and accessible. The seating variety adds to the afforded freedom customers benefit off of regularly, so thats another bonus. However a worrying factor is that most days it gets pretty packed and loud. There seems to also be an excessive influx of individuals, wearing a certain blue and white checkered uniform, who always leave a mess and/or generate just way too much noise. It is, after all, a family restaurant and should be managed such that it is family friendly.The music choices could also be improved. Every single time One frequents the place for over 20 minutes, the same Ed Sheeran and Lil Nas X songs start playing. So as a little nitpick, Id say this could be fixed easily.Finally, the toilets are in absolute ruins. If youre serving food that can literally send me to the bathroom within minutes, at the very least the state of the loo should be somewhat welcoming.Overall, 3 stars.

Natural, Attractive, interesting breach

Passed through for lunch ...except for a wairing time ....it was ok ...clean ... not too much of social distancing .....

The staff at the counter was very rude.no manners at all!! Very demotivating to go there.

Seems like any other McDonalds around the world. Busy, chaotic and messy. Bunch of chicken meal options not available in other counties. Our sandwich was served lacking tomato.

Its a McDonalds. And its in MU. They have a nice play/bouncehouse for the kids. I remember a couple years ago going there and seeing a dude dressed fémininely going into the guys bathroom. I never went back.

Service is fast and reliable. Its close too many shops and Incase youre tired of shopping its always available for a quick bite.

Quite ok but the problem is mainly noise and hygiene. You reach satiety at a very low price despite the nutritional value of the food. The main concern is the fact that employees clean the room along with you eating around with a very dam mop which can sometimes smell. They tend to leave the floor damp leading to so many accidents with the customers and their plates despite having signs indicating. The queus are sometimes quite long and the food gets prepared when you command, which can be a good thing but a little long when youre hungry.•Last edited October 2018•Service really bad, shouting tired looking employees. I ordered a LVM Grand Chicken with Xtra Lettuce, Tomato and Onions and look at what I got. There was no lettuce. I dont if know if the lettuce were out of stock. I was not even informed about it. The tomato and the onions looks like...(I cant find anything to describe it). Worst experience ever. It is not the first time. This is why I decided to share this.

Good and nice ambience just like any other McDonalds joints in Port Louis, the capital city of Mauritius.They have only McVeggie burger in vegetarian options. I went there twice and had to wait than usual (15-20 minutesto get my order. I think this is the case with most of the Mcdonald outlets as there might be less demand for Veg Burgers. Restaurant is well cleaned and maintained by nice staffs.The restaurant is close to Port Louis Metro Station and Caudan Waterfront.

Very organised with a person welcoming you in checking your temperature and covid pass. Floor marking for social distancing and frequently sanitised tables and chair.

As an indian & vegetarian you need spicy food.veg burger i ordered was not good because it was not spicy at al and also they appllied sauce very less . So really unsatisfied with burger.

I ordered a mc chicken after longtime but its not the same quality (taste, sizelike before (1 year ago.... staff not friendly.... again for the guest to be happy the staff need to be more train about how to welcome greet and speak with guest.... most important a smile on there face will help. very disappointed....

Mc Donalds remains of of the most popular fast food.. The food... The place... The service is McDonald standard... Price wise McDonald is an. affordable choice for all pockets...An a crave for a McDonalds is one of those none else can match...

The place is quiet and cosy... on the way to order is quiet easy and quick but the Caissier is not good as she make fun on the face as if youre a joke and she was not friendly at all...The food are tasty and delicious....

Overall the food is good as in other Mac Donalds! Main issue is that you have to queue up for about 30mins to order then you discover there isnt any desserts.. Maybe they could have put a notice to inform people in advance so that we dont waste our lunch time to wait and finally not get what we want.. A little lack of professionalism I would say..

The air conditioning does not work everywhere, there was a foul smell near the checkout, the staff was a bit rude and the milkshakes were too sweet but other than that the food was good.

A few months back, I posted a review leaving 5 stars rating. A bit recently before confinement Ive had an issue with the burger I ordered in which Ive found a big piece of chewed paper or something like that. So I emailed the administration about that.The staffs was horrendous and as I complained about the incident, they only looked at me in pure confusion, standing still as if they were waiting for me to go away.What I am so surprised about it is that a big establishment such as McDonalds has such a weak customer service because at the end of the day I didnt expect anything monetary or consumable in return. But I only wanted a respond knowing that my complaint was considered.I wont give a 1 star review. But that experience was certainly worst than that.

Food was decent as usual good. Not complaining, I ordered a small coke, I got a supersized one. The girls were joking amongst themselves instead of serving clients. They need better training.

Nice place for a quick bite. Had the McVeggie which tastes nice. It is on a special deal for Rp99 for the set. However, it is out of Sprite and Fanta , only Cola is available. It is quite unbelievable because that is just 1:40pm.

Nice place to have some meal in the middle of town Foods are tasty. Only problem is its always crowded. some time have to wait little longer time. Staff is friendly and effective.
