Nice facelift to the building. Itll be better still when they get the orders correct. Good service overall though

Vanilla milkshake is mad good

chips were half empty. but the worst part about the pram maccas is always the milkshakes. the flavouring added in them is so intense it’s sickening to drink it- most of the drink is the flavouring and it isn’t thick at all, it’s like water and vanilla flavouring.definitely worth it to drive to the paremata maccas instead everyone. much better service and food overall.

Long wait, forgotten about but after 27 mins lunch finally arrived

New lane split at order point is only creating a bottleneck with traffic. Very slow going to order food

Great Mcdonald meal with kids. Young staff coped well with a very angry customer.

If they get your food right 4 out of 5 times, youd have to say theyre doing well for a McDonalds. This is usually not to bad.

It took 12 minutes from using the self service screen to getting our food. Staff were laughing amongst themselves and ignoring customers. It looked like a lot of staff for not much work. There were three families of customers in front of us waiting. Drive through was the visible priority. No screen saying what number was due next. Cold gray sterile cement like decor. Better ambiance in a storm water drain. A homeless man was digging out cigarette butts and smoking in the childrens play area making people feel very uncomfortable. A staff member literally came out, said hi to him and ignored the fact that the creepy old man was smoking. Not a single aspect of the visit was positive other than the fact the kids got fed. Will not visit again. 29/10/2022 about sixish.

Dry, luke warm, old...Pretty average food and staff were worse. Lots of teenage staff that were not interested or helpful.

My first visit to this store. The food and the interactions with the team were good.

Always great here the chap that served us was worth twice what they are paying him think his name was Kayman he will go far in life.

Earlyvafternoon on a week day and the bins were overflowing, tables not cleaned and food on the floor. At most 10- 15 customers eating in so net even that busy.

Shocking McDonalds outlet. Cold cheeseburgers. Maybe the microwave oven was broken down. Who knows. No one realised that I hadnt paid for my order. Couldve got the food for free. My wifes double mcchicken burger had 2 chicken patties and some lettuce. What a ripoff. Will never go to a McDonalds outlet again and will warn all my friends to steer clear of McDonalds Paraparaumu.

Great place to go hang out and chill nice friendly staff.

Not the same atmosphere now that it has been refurbished which is slightly disheartening, the black and grey paintwork on the outside (and insideis horrid. McDonalds is supposed to be red and yellow, we need to stop unnecessarily modernising everything. But more importantly the food is still great in my experience. Definitely a lot better than some other McDonalds restaurants in New Zealand.

The Paraparaumu McDonalds has had a refit (October 2022- the drive-thru now splits into two where two customers can place their orders simultaneously. After the two lanes merge into one lane for payment and then there are two pick up windows - one after the other. Once you are aware, its very easy and fast. The staff are training up but even under training they are fast and friendly. Excellent service. As usual the food quality is consistently good - if one likes McDonalds.

Updated decor. Orders brought to your table if ordering in. Bathroom clean

Come on… ordered a big meal and got a Fanta in return for a coke not impressed 🤔🤔

I ordered a Boss combo and McChicken combo. Extra mayo on both. And got no mayo at all. Im trying to ring the number and its going straight to answer machine.

New (renovatedshop has a bad flow, kiosks are in doorway, food collection point gets overcrowded when shop isnt very busy and the staff seem unsure of who needs what because of the clutter... then you have to walk out through the queues at the kiosks with your food

Ordered a Frozen Coke. Took them ages to give me a melted coke in a McCafe cup which turned out to be sugar free.Huh?

Where is the all day breakfast ... where is the newspaper ... where is the free goldcard coffee ... not worth going here any more :(

When are you open again ???????? At least post the proposed opening date so ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

Great service and super clean store on a Sunday morning.

As a McDonalds experience goes, very low quality. Order turn around was about 10 minutes then the quality of the quarter pounder I received was below average, my partners big Mac mc chicken was no better. Maybe this day Saturday was unusual but I doubt it. If youre thinking of another option..... take it.

Renovating at the moment. They only have 2 machines to self order. Not the best at bigger orders delivered to table. Shame there was not enough staff.

Most visits have been okay but the standards seem to be dropping, the last few visits we have been given the wrong order. we received a voucher after we were given the wrong order and next time we visited they gave us the wrong burger again. Chicken nuggets in my sons happy meal were under cooked we did not notice until he had already eaten a few, the kid woke up during the night vomiting, more than likely due to those nuggets.

Gave me the incorrect order, after ensuring me it was correct when I reiterated my order to the staff. Very disappointing meal. I suppose everyone will have off days huh..

The car park a bit of a hassle coz of works going on but in the restaurant the food was delivered hot and tasty and in good time.

Its like a bomb site due to work taking place. The front counters a mess, didapoint with paying $7 dollars for a triple pattie cheese burger the patties were so thin it was like 1 pattie was sliced into 3 bits. Last visit from me.

Went through the drive through service was much better as the only McDonalds they needed to be

Excellent Service. My Caramel latte was Awesome. Just like they do in Johnsonville. Had one from lambton Quay and it was awful.So thanks guys. Excellent service.

Wont be back here had rude staff were were ignored while staff were purchasing own meals and the other staff were too busy chatting to them to serve us, when we finally did get our meals the fries were cold no point trying to get new ones as would of taken too long. There were managers sitting at a table chatting. The restaurant was dirty and rubbish all over tables and we were the only others in the restaurant. The floor was soo greasy and slippery were nearly slipped over. Made a special stop off the new motorway wont bother next time.

Eeek I just got the worst hot chocolate from here. We even watched the girl look at it twice before putting on the lid and handing it to us…My partner had to take it back and let them know it was a hot water. Usually really good hot chocolates but if there is no staff to make a decent one then maybe tell customers they’re out of stock or can’t sell it at that time. They ended up making it again and it was still pretty average.

Guess pram college doesnt teach MANNERS. C- for the high school age staff. Girl at the drive thru didnt say a single word to me and slammed the window on me when I was trying to talk to her.

Very poor service and menu items such as milkshakes unavailable even at peak times. Damaging to McDonalds reputation and needs firm action to rectify.

When Im in parapara, I always stop here, no matter what time of day. Service is fast and table areas clean

Love the location hoping for later hours on the weekend and published times of when frozen drinks and ice cream are available for sale. Nothing more disappointing than waiting 10 minutes or more to order my fillet of fish with a large frozen drink or barring that, a large soft serve ice cream, only to find out at the order window that youre not serving any.... and sorry... apple pies are a sorry substitute

Just wanted to say HUGE HUUUGE thank you to the wonderful staff. I recently experienced an allergic food reaction NOT FROM HERE! At the time we were driving and pulled into McDonalds to quickly use the bathroom. A member of the public heard the commotion and quickly informed one of the staff who quickly rushed to our aid..My husband was in between talking to the ambulance and checking on our children in the car (8yr & 14yrwithout hesitation the wonderful staff said theyd look after our children and wait for the ambulance to arrive. We are completely blown away and truly grateful to you all. Our children are also thankful for the drinks and ice creams that you kindly gave them. We just want to apologise also for bringing attention to your business that had absolutely nothing to do with my allergic reaction. Again, thank you so so much.

Another excellent McDonalds. Tasty food, good service and always clean. Recommended
