I order only nugget and coke but they give me one set

WHY DIDNT GIVE HASHBROWN I GOT ON BUS AND THERE NO HASHBROWN THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT MCD BREAKFAST IS THE HASHBROWN REEEEEEEEEEEEEE

If you wanna visit one of the slowest McDonald’s branches in Johor if not Malaysia, this is the place to be.

We had bought 1 set of hotcakes and a big breakfast but was given 1 butter, asked for 1 more and the staff mention we had to purchase for the other extra butter! The outlet dont have knive but we are expected to eat with fork and spoon instead 😂.. (hotcakes were served cold and we got melted butter too)

Mcdonald Malaysia, if you care about your reputation, close this branch down. Service is a joke. Ordering machine has no slip. I thought this was just the morning that I ordered. But from the review, its apparent its their branch sop. What a joke this bunch of clown.Service was painfully slow and food quality was not worth the time spent waiting for it.Hotcake was just cake. Butter was melted. All 1 of them which was GENEROUSLY given to us in which any request for extra, not even 1 (since we also orders big breakfastwas not entertained. To quote your service clown, "Your big breakfast is not entitled to any butter, pepper or salt"Wow. The clown has spoken.For all be warned! Avoid at all cost!

Very bad service. Unprofessional service.Let customer hanged there for nearly 5minutes to wait manager come to changed the order. While waiting, staffs still able to play around

The kiosk didnt give out order slip. After asked the staff, they didnt bother to check it. Waited for 20mins only got my food. The seat at there was limited too.

Worst place to eat.. staff keep the dishes at the counter eventho the food was ready to be served. Will not come again ..

Service too bad, too slow, the order kiosk doesnt give order slip and not even have tagged to inform customers. So not sure the order goes thru or not. I have ordered new burger Ham Keong, it took 15 mins to get. Those came after me, about 10 ppl got their orders. Tables did not wipe clean.

Service slow like turtle. Wait for a burger and hash brown for more than 30mins. Is this still a “fast food restaurant” ???

Please update ur timings im all the way from skudai to buy Mcdonald... Wasting my time...

Interviews of new staffs is in progress...The restaurant is getting ready for reopening after being closed during MCO...

Order at kiosk, however did not get hold of any receipt or order ID, then I ask the group of workers for assisting however no staffs care about it and wasted more than half of hour waiting and still get the wrong orders at the end. It caused me force to throw away the drinks for rushing to on board my bus. Next time I may not visit this branch anymore, slow and bad service!!!

I make an order from GRAB FOOD, theres no tissue no straw for the iced lemon tea and the nugget which usually put in a box, was put inside the paper bag like the pic below. Also they compressed everything in 1 paper bag until everythinf becomes messy. Verybbad experience not recommended to go for delivery from this outlet.

Order double cheeseburger with no pickle tpi terima burger with pickle... Please improve your services..

Cleanliness is a bit weak especially at the first floor area...need to improve on it!!!

Felt like they re-fry everything! How can the coke dont have any gas left?! Felt like they let it in the open for days. The fries are terrible! Not crispy and soggy! Ordered Spicy Chicken McDeluxe and you can see it was re-fried or left under the heater for hours! Terrible!!!

I order side dish large fries and the quantity they gave me is medium fries. I pay more for fries no for the freaking large packaging. Mcdoanld is known as the friendly and fast fnb but in malaysia is a freaking nightmare. They just dont wanbto serve you. They just to laugh and play around there. The manager should really train the worker to be more profficient and friendly. I know you are tired due to large crowds, if you dont want to smile fine BUT GIVE YOUR BEST SERVICE IN FOOD AS I PAID FORBTHAT AMOUNT!

Bad management system, can not order food directly from counter,less flexibility.

Dont bother to choose send to ur table option at automated kiosk. They wont entertain. Food serving is slow.

Convenient location, delicious servings

Small space but quite nice. The traffic is not that heavy and can easily walk in when you hungry

Stupid system. There are two cashier counters but none will take your order. You have to queue up to take your order at the automated kiosks, then if you pay by cash you proceed to the cashier. Silly! The kiosks are slow, and coupled with some customers who have no idea how to use it or who take a long time to chose their items, the queues snake up. The management really have to wake up their ideas. And, poor staff customer service.

Service there really sucks!! Staffs work in slow motion and I request for straw as stated there ‘Jika anda memerlukan straw sila minta daripada kru’, the staff respond very rude to me said there is no straw..I mean you put the statement there yet you can’t supply when I really in need.

Making an order thru food panda , had ordered set 4-5pax set which is included 4x french fries , so dissappointed i didnt received it as i had call the store but not pick up !!

you have a very very rude employe he is supost to help us but insted he let his temper out on us im so diseponted in you guys like this one time when i want to buy take out i order my stuff n i say to the cashier that i want to take out but she things i want to eat so when she give me my order n i said that i wantted take out she gets engry at me and she even forget to give my fries i wish i can give you below then one star cus you dont deserve it...😡

Some of staff no manner and not friendly during service at counter especialy night/midnight team.i ve few bad experience in product and service issue.1 girl at front handling for ice cream kiosk a bit act rude when i ask for availibality product.
