Not open 24hrs as advertised

Been in Karratha for about 7 weeks now. Haven’t had a bad meal yet.

You guys have to opened 24 hour.

Went to go grab some food and coffee at 10pm satursay At the karratha McDonalds. The drive thru was closed and didnt look like there was anyone inside either. What the HECK?! It says 24hrs??

Very Bad customer services

Waited 20 minutes for chips and nuggets and paid four dollars more than what I would in Perth absolutely disgusting

We are from Perth and stopped here during a recent holiday. Giving 5 stars because the burgers were the best I have had in about 10 years. They were juicy and tasty and did NOT have the usual dog meat type flavour that I assume comes from Perth stores microwaving patties. Even my husband that doesn’t like Maccas at all said his burger was good. On top of this my grand Angus had a proper amount of salad rather than the scant burgers that I’ve had in Perth.Obviously this cafe has a good manager - well done

As always, quick reliable and convenient for a quick feed and coffee.

100% better than the maccas in Kalgoorlie.

Went for a coffee and it was warm at best

It was McDonalds. Looked like it, tasted like it. Fast food as you want it.

Very salty, but 2 flavour soft serve icecream was great.

quick, excellent service as a walkin. can be a battle of the cars at the drive thru in peak hours tho. might try the late next time

Dirty!Hard to pick a clean table or chair, came three afternoons in a row and there were the same pickles stuck on the wall 🤮

I know they were busy; rude, impatient and forgot 2 large fries.

What a goldmine is this Meccas. Drive through a nightmare. Too slow. Coffee great, but it must get made quicker than anything else, as not so hot when you finally get to pick it up.

There is a bit of a wait for after school hours but asides from that everything is good

9 out of 10 visits either the frozen drink machine is out of service or the soft serve/shake machine isnt working or both.Ive given up going to the Karratha Maccas drive-thru to get a slushy as a treat for my kids only to be told after I have paid sorry its not working.Toilets are always filthy, floors greasy, its one visit from the food safety inspector from being shutdown.

Just got back to my room with dinner. Disappointed to receive only a quarter pounder when I ordered and paid for a double quarter pounder meal. Chips and drinks were large. One of those things but too late to drive back and get any help for my troubles.

Location is handy and staff are friendly. Dining space layout was a little too cosy.

Used the app today!!! Took some navigating to actually order. Certainly took a lot longer and I mean longer, to just upsize the drink selection!!!!

We ordered the Big Mac meals, the chips tasted like they were reheated from day before and too much salt, the burger looked like the meat patties were cut in half they were that thin- Never ever again for $30.00 absolute waste of money. I certainly will be advising friends and families to think twice before buying take-aways from this Karratha Store.

It would have to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.I have been down south for 12 months and before I went away, the coffee was great and so was the food. Now it is shocking!! So disappointed!

I bought 3 chai latte. Holy god I think they add 10 spoons of sugar. The hash was swimming in oil and made a mess over my pan cake

Free Wifi doesnt work. Asked one of the staff who said its been broken for months. Not good enough! Food/Coffee/Service all good.

Went in for a caramel latte and hotcakes about 8am. Really good baristas are hard to come by that make that perfect coffee. Enjoyed my coffee alot.

The last few times we have visited our order has been wrong. So annoying when you get home and realise you didn’t get what you ordered, especially when the prices up here are so much more expensive than Perth. 😡

Enjoyed a Sunday afternoon dessert with a former work colleague, self service very convenient, customer service good, fast turn around with receiving order.

The food has been good so far. If you have a good book to read take it through drive through you will probably get to the back of it when your foods ready.

Often stuff up your order so check the bag before take off! Expensive. But for a quick lazy meal its alright.

Great Maccas. Food is always hot and fresh. Unusually good service for rural Western Australia, dearer than Perth but it isnt in PerthPlace is always very clean

Worst Mc Donalds ever!!!! They say it is 24 hours open not true....only if you have a car. I went there at 1:30 and they refused to to serve. The girl suggested to hire a taxi otherwise they couldnt. Thats the recipie for profitable business dont serve the customers. I really wish for that store to close soon once and for all.

They forgot one of my fiancés meat patties in his burger, there were only 9 chicken nuggets in our 10 pack, and for some reason there were a few frizen fries in the bottom of my salad. Very disappointing meal.

Store seating area was unclean, it was a quiet time yet no one was cleaning the food away the food was on tables and floors everywhere, our salads arrived with out the balsamic for mine or caeser dressing for my partner (and hers was a caeser salad?!?!When my partner went to ask for the dressings she was asked if she was going to pay for them.. ummm NOWhat a joke.. it will be along time before I come back to this store.. very bad and not exactly cheap for a salad $18 each

Dropped in for a quick lunch, food was very fresh and fast. Service was friendly. Store is a little dated and could be kept cleaner hence the dropping of one star.Could do with more signage from the main roads to show where to get to this Maccas. This store is one of the few places that does delivery if you need too!

My significant other and I went out to breakfast on Saturday, a week ago. Service was above average for a McDonalds but the facilities were off-putting. The lock on the toilet door didnt work. Coffee was good though and food came quickly.

The worst maccas i’ve ever seen.I mean it’s a maccas like every single ones.But :- the pad screens doesn’t work.- i came with my laptop to manage some emails but they’re no power plugs.- i went to the toilets but the door doesn’t work. (I couldn’t close itso i went to the disable toilets and they were no paper.- lot of flys in the restaurant as well.Perfectly run 👌🏼

Waited ages for service because the poor trainee clearly isnt ready to be left on his own but the other staff were not supporting or helping him. Prices include Pilbara tax so more than Perth.Think twice if you have a pram because table layout hasnt been well designed and you will struggle.Place and play area are air conditioned so expect lots of little people around in the warmer months.Floor could use a mop but restaurant area was clean enough.Food is standard McDonalds fair.

Most Macdonalds have a standard for cleanliness but today when I visited it wasnt clean. The floors were disgusting, trying to wipe the left over food off the tables which havent been attended whilst swiping the hundreds of flies away. Not sure if any money is getting put back in to maintain the place but in urgent need of a shake up.Other than that the food they do serve has been good and their coffee is nice but sometimes during the day the smell in here is so bad I walk out. Just passing some constructive criticism over so hopefully management see it.

Great place/good service, food is what you expect for a fast food MACs. Small seating area in-side, but most customers use the drive thru serv. Play area for kids and clean toilets.

Great for a hangover feed and since they deliver you dont even need to try and make like your not dying inside but. You just order and bam its at your door so you pull yourself out of the cave you have made in your room manage somehow to make it to the front door even though you would push an old lady down some stairs to make this pain go away and there it is. The food that makes all the pain worth it and the driver dont even care you look like you have just traveled with Dante through the 9 circles if hell cause he has seen it all before

Karratha store has gone down hill. Not only is it expensive. The food is cold, coke watered down to much snd they are scrimping on what goes into food. Iv just had a $11.95 steak wrap with 1 piece of tomato, enogh steak to just flavour it and was so soggy it broke in half when i tried to remove from pkt...overdoing the lettuce is highway robbery!! SHAME ON U KARRATHA MANAGER!!!
