Just a regular McDonalds. The service is slow but the food is ok and the employees are generally helpful. I would avoid it during lunch hours because its very crowded with teenagers.

Mcdonalds in asia is always bettet than the UK cant fault it. More choice than at home and more care taken to cook

The toys are very rude, girls and boys toys are disrespectful. then again there are people in this world that want to be a girl and boy isn’t that ok! your showing kids that they have to pick one gender can’t this world be more accepting, change your toys to children so children don’t have to feel pressured to pick one gender

A tourist from Philippines here!Brace for the experience because most of their combo offerings do not have rice included. Also, there is no gravy. There are only 4 varieties of sauce which includes chili garlic, mayonaisse, ketchup and chili sauce.

The food and serve was ok, but I can’t order online with any apps. The restroom was dirty. Some time the space just like a trash yard

Sunday Mango and Pineapple yogurts was very good

My wife got yielded at when she asked for not taking chicken breast if possible. The Managers response was unhelpful, rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful and unacceptable. The service level at this place is way worse than those same branches in HCMC. Wont ever come here again!

Very busy and only had 3 screens youvcould order from. Food took ages to get. The bun itself was wet and horrible. Not a great experience.

Very bad.... open at 7am nothing ready... change the manager. At 7.01 I ordered by 7.15am I ask for my order. They asked me to wait 10 mins more! Omg!!! When you open at 7am you need to be ready at 7am. Not open at 7am and nothing is ready... very Angry 😠 😡

It was good and I tried fried chicken with fries and coke but it was crowded.

Crowded and doesnt care about customers. Took 1 hour to receive an order of 2 fried chicken and 6 pieces chicken nuggets. Really?! 1 hour just for that order?!?! I understand if its a big order but only 2 things yet it took you an hour? I didnt realize that fastfood means you have to wait for an hour to get your order. Thats what fast means now. Very disappointed!

Felt like I had to try McDonald’s from a new country so I ordered a few items, it’s definitely terrible compared to the western McDonald’s. I don’t know what is inside these Vietnamese McDonald’s nuggets but it definitely is not chicken

Typical McD. The time we had been there they skipped table service due to personal shortage. Only two toilets. Needed to cue up.

Seen them now 3 times give out the same order, to locals that ordered after us. 30min waiting period is a joke for fast food. Everytime you ask whats goung on. Wait 5 minutes. Joke

This is good standard McDonalds with a lot of seating space upstairs. I felt inclined to leave a review because the management was very accommodating and kind to me after there was a mistake with my Grab order. They went out of their way to contact me personally and make sure I got what I actually ordered later. When I went in the manager was super friendly which is nice cause it could have been an awkward situation :)

Sometimes the staffs wont let you go upstair if its late. Otherwise, its fairly good service and food

Located at the busiest street in Hanoi Old Quarter, opposite Ho Hoan Lake. The price almost the same with others country. Service quite good with English speaking staff.

Theyre slacking. The service is not the world class McDonalds service we all know and love. The food is standard though. That tastes the same. Also, be careful not to shock yourself on this plug.

Very cool to discover new dishes from this chain. The rice and pork was very good, the chicken too cuz its not the same as in France. Peach tea was nice too but too much ice in it.

They really know how to get a nice view and location for their store. I had a great times here with friends. It always crowded here, but the waiters and employees were great helps. They made a mistake tho lol I ordered a cup of Sprite but they gave me a cup of water instead.

This is the only McDonald’s in Hanoi. The food taste is as same as everywhere. And it’s located in the best spot for international tourists. Just next to the Hoan Kiếm lake, and very close to the Sofitel.

The combination of drunk American frat boys, terribly slow and disorganized service and the filthy dining room, made for a terrible experience.Yeah, I know. Don’t come to Vietnam and eat McDonalds. That advice certainly rings true here. Avoid!

This is the only location in Hanoi and isn’t in a convenient place with minimal seating, but if you want McDonald’s, you want McDs haha. The staff is nice and puts in an effort to serve you properly.

Its MacDonalds, not much to say apart from half the cost of UK and better veg, also get a can of coke not pump stuff. Burger, fries and coke was £2.50.

After eating so much of Vietnamese food it’s always good to stuff yourself with good old Mcdonalds hahhaha. I was really happy when i found out there was a new one open at the Old Quarters of Hanoi. Yummm!

Staff being polite and speak English.The whole restaurant is clean and tidy but with huge amounts of customers come and go, staff are always busy here.

Its a McDonalds... but only one in Hanoi :This one got really good selection of ketchups and sauces and clean place. Its like something special instead of low level in western countries. So if you wanna get yourself a Big Mac...

I love mayonnaise and mustard honey sauce here. It is a amazing combinded with fried potato. However, burger is normal, it dosent meet my expectation. Price is more expensive than other fast food brands like Lotteria, KFC. Staffs service quite fastly

Providing a good shelter, comfort fast food and WiFi for international traveller and locals alike.Service is good, same standards everywhere. Most of them speak good English.More seats available upstairs and the toilets are clean too!

I was born and live nearby ho guom for 40 years, but this is first time i visit here, the first Mc donal in Ha Noi. Cafe shop right at the center conner of Hang Khay and Hang Bai. I find the taste of Caramenl Frappe is so delicious and diferent. Also i love much the us country music style here. Let come and enjoy in a sunday morning the taste of life

First McDonalds outlet in Hanoi. Burger VND25000, Apple pie VND25000, Nuggets VND60000.

They managed to keep the store in order although there are hundreds of people waiting for a meal. And the waiting time is competitive! Food was good as usual.

Today was an opening day with balloons and flowers etc. There was a lot of people inside, like you know, ordinary people. But when we tried to step in, we were stopped and told “sorry it is for friend only”. Who’s friend? Ronald McDonald? Owners friend? Why I have to explain my son what we cannot buy ice cream because “it’s closed” although there are a lot of people inside?
