Kiosks not printing recipts, take long time to get one from staff. No one at the counter, have to call out to get help.

McDonalds are consistent in their ability disappoint . I think the problem is the young people when under pressure lose their focus and sacrifice quality 4 speed much better to wait and enjoy the food than eat hurried badly cooked food.

Waited ages for bad food. Table was covered in dead bugs.

Drive through took too long, it would’ve been quicker to walk in and order. They missed giving us the glass for the boy.

Absolute joke. Staff have no interest in actually making anyones order.

Pretty clean and efficient. Usual fare youd expect.

Local McDonalds that has long opening hours and usually the food is of a high standard, only dwonside is the quality changes in the soft serve depending on how puts in the ingredients

Food all cold drink was completely flat

Food is easy. Customer service here isnt always good but I was pleased with my last visit through drive through.

Emerald mcdonalds has vastly improved from a fee years ago. Service was speedy and food was good.

One of the best coffee places in town. Their bean quality and skills of barista is top notch. They use good quality milk and dairy free options. Plus they are quick and friendly.

Bad service and i wait 1 hour for my order

Standard maccas, ordered some mc muffin bacon and ended different muffin.

Seems like a well-run McDonald’s here.I had a camper trailer hooked on and was able to use the drive-through with no problems.Staff were fast, friendly and efficient.Mc Donalds are the same all over, and that is why we all keep eating there.Heaps of car parks.There is room down the back to pull up in a big rig.

Disappointed having to wait for service...Not crowded at all a lady had to ask to be served...It needs more senior management on shift as it was rather un coordinated...Tables not cleaned in a reasonable time...also when Ive asked on several occasions fir an extra hot coffee it comes out just warm...I made particular requests for xtra hot...but it falls on deaf ears...so I dont go back to Meccas...

4th time in a row stuffed up order, only go here once a month, always missing items, management wont help sort out. Make you wait in line again. 30 minute wait most times. Store dirty and a health hazard.

Not very impressed with this establishment. We stood at the counter for at least 3 minutes completely unacknowledged, waiting to order. The food took a long time to come out, despite the joint not being overly busy, and yet it was somehow still not warm. There was also lots of rubbish throughout the car park, and the staff let a parent of an employee behind the counter.

For a Maccas its exactly what youd expect, lots of young staff, always hiring, small city vibes

2 customers staff complety ignore us 20 minutes without any service. We were ignored by staff walking right beside us as we stood waiting to be served.

Always busy, but never have to wait a long time to be served.The food isn’t anything special the same as it is at all McDonald’s, but it’s hot and served quickly which is better than a lot of other McDonald’s.

I mean, I only used the drive thru so, THAT was great.

Whats the point of offering delivery when the food that turns up at your door is cold, soggy and tasteless? Especially for the ridiculous price you expect us to pay.This store is falling further and further down and whoever is in charge needs to figure their staff and procedures out asap.The restaurant itself is usually filthy and staff ignore you at the counter or simply dont care enough to respond.It was only sheer lack of other options that we chose MCdonalds tonight but thought wed give it another go even after our last issue with your quality and hygiene standards and that was clearly a mistake.

Burgers are poorly put together. My Mocha coffee tasted burnt. They forgot my choc muffin I added as an extra. Defiantly will be going to the fairbairn for coffees from now on. Do not waste your time and money on this.

$5.40 for each large shake... always less product for more $s... and they say this is full.

Burgers are slapped together and such long wait times. Even when it seems to be quiet. The coffee was so hot it was 20min before it could be shipped without burning your mouth.

Im yet to get everything in my order when using the drive thru there is always something wrong or missing. Yes I could check it before I leave the window but I shouldnt have to.Edit: today I went inside to order so I could check my order in front of them. They were busy and it took about 20mins to get my order, which Im not to worried about.What I didnt like was that the mcmuffins looked as though they were put together by throwing the ingredients up in the air and trying to catch it in the bag and expecting it to wrap itself.I dont know why I go back.

This is actually the dirtiest MCDONALDS I have ever seen. The tables were grubby and the toilets were unmentionable. Im sure things are better now, but it looked to me like the staff were unmanaged.

Partner ordered: med double quarter pounder meal. 6pc chicken nuggets med meal. and a 3pc chicken nugget happy meal, and coke zeroes as a drinks with a apple juicewe recieved: quarter pounder, small fries and diet cokes...i do not mind getting a "sorry i didnt catch that, please repeat"this is not the first time from this store... Supervisor please fix your staffs.

Sorry people the quality of the food has gone down hill. Our burgers were slop in the box, the hamburgers werent properly wrapped and the patties more under the buns than in them. Disappointing as this used to be one of the good ones. On the up side the frappe and lactose free hot chocolates were delicious. Think well try KFC on our way back through.

The entry/ exit of this maccas would have to be the worst Ive seen! When entering the store there is no clear place to place an order with a person and you have to wait where people are trying to exit and pick up orders. Absolutely no chance of social distancing in this store!

Run of the mill McDonalds. Often very busy so make sure you dont have places to be. Only one register at the counter now after they added another coffee machine. Very cramped layout in store. Food is otherwise good 90% of the time, other 10% of the time is when your fries are cold or lukewarm. But its a McDonalds, I dont expect too much of them.

It is what it is. McDonalds.Based on the menu there is everything that you can get it any other McDonald’s in Queensland. They go to is the Mac value meal. The kiddies just get them the kids meals as they are very cheap and easy to obtain and keep the kids quiet. Typical McDonald’s store cheers big ears

Im not normally one to do a review but this place needs another 1 star. Waited 20 minutes to get my breakfast from the short goldfish looking bloke at the counter for them to only get the order wrong. Then I went back to get my order fixed up to only cop a blank stare from the goldfish and pretend he didnt see me. ( I would not be back if I was happy with my order, just a bit of common sense)I had to then yell at someone for them to acknowledge I was standing there and they almost get the burger wrong again!How hard is it to not put cheese on?Lucky they are a big fast food company otherwise they wouldnt be in business.

Really rude staff, they definitely look like they don’t wanna be there. Always looks untidy and dirty could definitely use a deep clean. When they don’t mess up my order or forget burgers out of it the food is at best mediocre.

The worst service with over a 30 minute wait for two raisin toast if you can call it toast ( more like warm bread1 butter to spread between the two and a cold coffee. The staff look like they don’t want to be there.

Not impressed. Friday night and the Drive through is spilling onto the street with a restaurant full of people and staff are goofing off and standing around. No communication, reprimand or organisation from the manager in charge. Rubbish all over the restaurant and kitchen and the floor was glistening with oil creating a very real safety risk (Wish Id gotten the staff member sliding on the flooring from the fryer to the front thinking it was hilarious). 25 minutes we waited for icecream and nuggets and only 4 other orders went out. Kudos to the young man doing his best to take orders and deliver them, who was very pointedly left alone to deal with other disgruntled customers by management.Not the first time weve witnessed this but itll be the last time we bother coming back.

Service level has dropped significantly in recent months. Been waiting in the drive-thru line for at least 10mins and still havent got to the payment window. Not for the first time either. Food is poorly prepared and presented.

Layout of store is the worst of any MacDonalds store Ive been in. The entrance opens straight onto the counter and pick up area leaving very little room to move. Food is average. Chai latte is best Ive tasted. Service is average.

This restaurant is an absolute disaster. There is an excess of staff on shift, standing around talking, using their phones in service areas, and also cleaning equipment left out in work areas and on top of service benches. I waited 20 minutes for a coffee when there was only 3 other person in store who had ordered. The McCafé staff member was too busy talking to the kitchen staff to notice that someone had ordered, and then proceeded to take their time to first make themselves a drink before the customers.I only wonder if the owner of the store is aware of any of this.

Waited for our food for about 15 minutes and could see the store was in absolute dire straights. Staff yelling and arguing with eachother and kitchen staff kicking things around. Too busy to tell us that there was a wait and too busy to tell us when our food was ready. Absolutely disgraceful service. Also saw another lady waiting at the counter for 5 minutes to ask if her food was ready and she was completely ignored.

Dropped in this morning for a coffee. After ordering I noticed 2 boxes of pre-made ham cheese and tomato sandwiches sitting on the barista counter. They were sitting in openplastic containers and temperature in the restaurant was easily 20+. These boxes were on the counter when I walked in at 5:52 and still there at 6:08am when I walked out, clearly not to worried about food standards.It took 16 minutes to get a sausage and egg McMuffin and a coffee and Double cheese burger with extra pickles. I received a single cheese burger with 2 slices of cheese and no pickles, sausage McMuffin with no egg. Honestly how hard is it?A very tall and young dark haired, glasses wearing store manager was well out of his depth and wait times for both walk-in and drive though were 10+ minutes.Another worker, not in uniform was cleaning the frozen drinks machine. A black bucket with soapy water was being used for the clean. The manager as above was inundated and called for the worker out of uniform to help with service. This worker did as asked and moved from cleaning a drinks machine to serving food with little more than a wipe of his hands on his pants.Unacceptable hygiene at the best of times let alone during this covid situation. Needless to say thats the last visit Ill make to this store.

Just waited half an hour in the drive through to be told by one of the staff, it’s busy & there’s nothing I can do about it. A simple, sorry about the wait would have been enough. The chips were old and cold and I specifically asked for fresh chips. I can’t believe the rude, disgusting service I got from a young teenage girl!! This happens on a regular basic. Whatever happened to great customer service.

By far best quality of McDonalds food Ive experienced. I travel a lot around Australia often pit-stopping at the nearest town, but havent come across such large portions of chips and burger size. I dare say it looks pretty similar to actually the display menu. Service can be slow at times but its a very busy outlet due to high traffic through. It is worth the wait!

Nice place for a quick meal 👌🍔 🍟🌯. Its very clean and has a lot of space for parking 🚗, you can eat there or take away, you still get your food very quickly 🕒⏳. You have options like beef, chicken, hamburguers or wraps, and soda or juices 🍊, also you can have some desserts or coffee and muphins ☕.
