Asked for a cheese burger without any sauce. When the burger was given to my daughter only the bun was in the wrapping, added with alot of tomato sauce.Eikestad McDonalds, service is good but the end result is always the worst. Soooo disappointed!

This specific McDonalds has left me disappointed time after time. Some aspects are good. The fries are always fresh, but other food items are always lacking. 90% of the time they are out of stock when it comes to promotional items. The machines don’t always work with the McDonalds app. Service is also lacking, with a lack of staff at the front desk at times, with orders just sitting out front getting stale. Staff seem to be uninformed with how the Mcdonalds app works, since one crew member told me to reinstall the app after one of my offers that uses points never went through. At the end of the day I never got those points back, what a shame.

Very very disappointed, I paid extra to get the large meal. It arrived and the chips box is barely half full. Extremely disappointing as I have ordered from this store before and it has usually been good. Barely Any chips and they are cold.

Waited 35min for my food. Cashier looked like she was about to kill me. Card machines dont work. BP Macci Ds for life

They never ever have ice coffee in the flavour u want. Just caramel and sometimes the dont make ice coffee they will tell u you must order sodas. Always never ever have chilly cheese fries. There is forever people (bergiesdisturbing u inside the shop. No air-conditioning-extremely hot inside the shop.

Thank you so very much for my terrible order and service. Asked for Ice tea, got cream soda. Half of my cold chips are missing, asked for no pickles, but guess who got extra pickles. Everything was wet. The delivery paper bag was completely soaked and everything fell through the bag as I went back inside after pickup. This happens way too often. My expectations were not high at all, but I expected better than this. At least the person who delivered my food was nice.

Staff are friendly and great. Shop is clean. Food is good. But its not a place to work, in spite of the plug points at the cubicle tables. Not only terrible music, but loud and trebly.

Ill never go there again, we entered for a quick meeting and barely even sat down before the waiter came and said what are we ordering we ask for a couple of minutes before we order. Next moment the manager arrives at our table telling us we cant use their wifi and space if we are not ordering. We explained that we will order shortly and that we are not using their wifi. We got up placed our order and left. I really did not like the way we were treated and will never support this business again.

Last night I went to Mc Donalds and bought a burger for my husband and I wanted a chicken salad, however I saw on the self service display that the salads are unavailable. I ordered the burger only and when I went to pay, I asked the cashier whether they have salad and she said she will go check in the kitchen. She came back with a positive response and I told her that I want a chicken salad please. She stood in front of her till screen, dont know what she was checking and started helping other customers........ I stood there for almost 10 minutes and she just ignored me completely, another guy came to get slips from the other till and she told him that I want salad and he said they have salad, but none of them placed my order and they spoke to each other, but never finalized my salad order. I eventually just walked out, shocking!!!

Would not recommend to order here for delivery, I received the wrong order and when I phoned to inform them they did not pick up and the driver was never minded. Had to pay for 2 meals and only received 1.

We were really disappointed about the ice cream. It wasnt the usual creamy delicious McD ice cream it was like sorbet

This is worst McDonalds Ive been to. The space was awkwardly small and layout not very customer friendly. When its extremely busy people dont know where to que. Ive been a few times to this McDonalds and its rare that my order is met 100%, theres always something gotta be missing. But I love McDonalds and the food never disappoints.

The food is always high quality, never have had a problem over years of going to them. Sometimes the touch panels / ordering systems are not working, which can cause a lot of delays, other than than no problems!

I am very disappointed in the staffs attitude at eikestad mcd in stellenbosch. Firstly they get my order wrong and secondly when i confront them they have the nerve to tell me my order is right the way it is when i clearly know my order is wrong. Very disturbed with the service and attitude of staff and manager. I will not support this shop again.

The first Mc Donalds that actually uses the machine that mixes the Mc Flurry.Nobody was at the counter to help customers. There was like 5 Mr delivery people inside. Maybe get a located space for them to collect food because there was almost no space for customers waiting for food

Always nice to go there.My son and I went there was n bit crowded,but nice.waiters always friendly. We ordered although I got a coke instead of creme soda. But the friendliness and quick service made up for it will definitely go again

Lovely place for a quick breakfast /lunch. Ideal open air sit down and eat.

Aircon was not working on a hot summers day. Chips was old and soft while just being served. Had to drive back to return the chips... Meal ruined... Manager was useless and refused to replace both chips! Place is run by an idiot!

Happy as usuall with scrumptious cheese burger, stick chips drizzled with ketchup and an ice cold cool drink. Sharing the happy space with teenage Valentines surrounded with red and white balloons was so joyful.

Forgot nugget sauces numerous times !!!!!!!

Service is terrible... over the years I believe that has just gotten poorer... name alone is selling the product ... people always talking to one another while customer is standing their and the always look like they are mad about something ... service with a smile dead and gone as it became a KFC service

Great service, we were welcomed and assited in great time - but I would not recommend sitting upstairs if you are sensitive to spaces in which sound echoes loudly or is very hot. The upstairs seating area is also right next to the toilets and is quite distracting

(EDITED)Had a complaint that was swiftly resolved. The management of this restaurant certainly are excellent and place high value on customer care. Was very upset with a bad experience we had, however, the manner in which they dealt with my complaint completely impressed me. Highly recommend.

Self Help ordering in store is a bit tricky at first. Once you have used the first time, it is actually great. Still getting the orders wrong somehow, but I suppose it cannot always be 100%. Friendly and helpful staff and great new interior.

Since the revamp a couple of months back it seems to be more streamlined and efficient. Food is naturally the same, lol, but this particular joint has potential. Sometimes I wish for longer hours though, a 2am burger might hit that spot )

New refurbishment is great. Self order machines did not give a slip, makes it hard for cashiers to give you the correct order.

Burgers are made really sloppy and the lettuce is all over the place. Advertisements would show a burger having a lot of sauce but when you buy it it doesnt even have a tsp of it applied

Occasional wrong orders. After having to walk or drive back to get it fixed you dont even get an apology. Slow service. Inconsistent quality. Otherwise not too bad.

worse service received today, my toddler was so excited for her suprise in the happy meal and i chose it for a girl. delivery took very long and the food was cold. so dissapointed

Orders are occasionally wrong. Isnt the most hygienic McDonalds Ive seen. Food sometimes tastes lackluster. People at the till are sometimes rude as well.

Not open 24 hours, like other McDs. They open doors for public when its filthy from previous night. Start mopping floor while customers are being served at counter. Management should be moved to cleaning duties. Staff indiferent.

Service is good. The place looks really amazing now that it was renovated. Might expect long lines on Wednesdays and Friday nights after students end partying and want something to eat.

the service was excellent, and the food was alright. only complaint I have is how rather unhelpful the staff was when it came to light that I had lost my purse. I returned to view the CCTV footage to confirm but was rebuffed for some reason. They should give their staff more power to respond to such events in a timely manner.

I asked for a fold over with cheese. I was charged for the cheese, but I didnt get any. My Sprite had black sediments floating inside it. I didnt even order a Sprite. I wanted Fanta. The poorest service ever!!

Disgusting service. I arrived at the mall this morning, 28/05/2016 at 7.10am to be greeted with utter pandemonium. Staff shouting, music blaring. Just as i was about to order, another customer dressed in pink and white came in from outside only to be served before me. I stood back and waited my turn. Eventually , after 2 minutes, I was asked by Busi ( cashier i think that is her name the cashier to move to the other side of the store as she does not take orders for coffee at her counter. I proceeded to do that, along side another school boy that placed an order for a coffee as well. I waited for another 15 minutes only to be asked if they can assist me after lady in pink and school boy has left. In the same time, the school boy had ordered before our lady in pink but of course she received preference as she had to get a taxi for work and the school boy and i had to wait. Now i start my mornings with coffee and i find MacDonalds coffee works for me, how ever after waiting for 15 minutes and having to place a order then, i actually gave up. If you in a SERVICE environment then surely the staff at this branch needs to be more attentive to clients and to promote client service. Not only has that branch now lost a client but how many other clients have they lost resulting in loss of revenue. Stella Yelani you need to up your game at the branch and take charge.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Never in my life have I experience this level of uselessness, particularly from their manager Amanda. It is her job so ensure customer satisfaction with her branch and it has taken 6 weeks (and countingfor them to refund me despite my best efforts. Ill be raising a complaint at head office and will involve the police if I must, I consider it theft. If you know whats good for you, dont buy here and if youre willing to risk it, just pay cash - dont test the system, it doesnt work. Go to the Merriman branch instead or better yet just choose a different franchise.
