Pretty standard mcdonald food.Fries aint salty thou. Perhaps they forgot to add salt.

The volume of the music playing is always 9db louder than anyone youre talking to. Is this to stop people wanting to eat in? Baffling.

Went through the drive through. Drive through customer service can be so rude. When promised hot food its never hot.

Lot of staff training needed here. Every time I’ve been through the drive through I’ve had to repeat my order at least twice. Very frustrating.

as much as one McDonalds is the same as every other. this one stands out. soft serve machine always seems to work. service always good and a friendly smile

Typical fast food service in drive thru. Burgers do not look like photos as everyone is aware of, but hey, its maccas. Tried the "mcchicken big mac" and was disappointed to find patties are not mcchicken patties, but the other thin patties used in snack burgers.

mcdonalds slay tbh. Slay mamma boots down the house. 4/5 stars cause they need to give a pay rise to homie in the fluro vest that stands outside all night. McCapitalism slay

I knew something was off about this place but I only put my finger on why when I realized this restraunt is a blatant copy of our local McDonalds in Napier. The brazenness of this copy is insane with this knockoff using the same menu, same colour scheme and even the same name. I can not endorse this fraud that has taken sales away from our boutique local hospitality business. 4/5 stars.

Cold chips, long wait and completely melted butter

Inconsistent in term of the quality of the food. Most of the times the food tasted fresh but sometimes not.

Its okay here, food is sometimes okay, will get cold unseasoned chips, and cold burgers at times. little messy in the dining area, understandable for being in that area I suppose.

Not only did the futile kitchen hands give us less than half the ketchup we asked for, they also didnt give an entire burger. Extraordinarily terrible, 1⭐

ordered large quarter pounder last night, it was disappointing- to say the least. It was hardly warm and dry. Chips were half full, dry and pathetic. But was already on the other side of town, to bother.

Garbage self service machines that dont work half the time, and if you try to talk to a person to get your order, dont expect fast service, I was waiting for at least 2 minutes for some service and some help with my maccas app. I appreciate the attempt to try and switch to a technological mindset, but there has to be a medium ground where the customer isnt shunted to robots. I wish they can serve hot drinks between 10.30pm -5.30am for the sake of long distance travellers. Beside, Dunedin always has a cool weather

Filthy! food all over the floor and the staff were rude and not friendly at all. We were asked to move 2 times just for our Food to arrive cold. Staff members were inside smoking as well as just sitting in the playground. a large part is sectioned off just for staff to sit and smoke from what we saw- just go to wendy’s next door :)

Pretty standard McDonalds. Doesnt appear to have the same menu items as the Andersons Bay store. Sundaes and McFlurrys had all the syrup/sauce at the bottom of the container which isnt enjoyable to eat.

Driving 30min away realising half the order has been conveniently left out, not the first time this has happened. Guess its my fault for not checking on the way out, but the exit is busy and I dont like holding up lines. Will opt to drive to the other Mc Donalds in South dunedin, may they can fill orders instead of ripping customers off again and again.

Has a good atmosphere quite clearly aimed at the Otago University students but I like it too. Staff are friendly.The place is often very busy and sometimes they will get an order wrong but they have always corrected it if I say something. Its a convenient place for night owls like myself when most other stores are closed.

The hot choc was hot, the donuts were yummy, the sauce was plentiful, and the table service was quick. Oh, and it wasnt crowded. Unusual, and most pleasant.

Took our grandson to north end for a treat he got nuggets and chips asked for sweet and sour sauce as he cant eat the other sauces was also given 3 tomato sauce I asked if we could have another sweet and sour sauce in replacement but was told no and we would have to pay. He only got 6 nuggets. Wheres the common sense 🤔 wont be going back on principle

They get your order wrong 80% of the time. I ordered a bacon and egg muffin and they forgot the bacon. I also ordered pancakes and they forgot the maple syrup.Pretty consistent problem there.

Have been here twice, service is so slow, staff seem to ignor and turn their back to customers who are clearly lining up waiting to place their orders.Took way to long to get our food "fast food"Items were missing from our order and no apology for the inconvenience.Food is very poor quality honestly the worst Mcdonalds i have been to.Also seemed to notice that no staff behind the counters or on the service line were wearing hairnets. Yes they had gloves but when you have a member of staff with long hair on both head and face they need to be required to wear PPEGo somewhere else.

First Maccas Ive given 5 stars for. +1 star for the music jukebox in the store. Food was made well. We went on a Monday morning where it is was nice and quiet.

1September, 08:00: Store is absolutely filthy and really dont feel good about eating at it. Food is good. Service was okey, but they assumed i wanted a take away. Bathroom ok state.

After 10 Oclock any night of the week there is only one place you can turn to for bright lights, free Wi-Fi and something resembling chicken nuggets. Only one place you can jam your stupidly drunk student mouth with luke warm, but still burnt chips at 3 A.M. Only one establishment where you can ease your dry, crusty hungover mouth with the sweet taste of a pseudo-lime thickshake that was powder and water only moments before. Only one temple where you can truly feel at home as you sidle up to the bouncer to confess your nights misadventures. Only one home of the Gods where you can get paper bags full of tonights feed and tomorrows sad, limp breakfast. And to the Gods in the kitchen, thank you, you brave warriors. The keepers of the peace. Soldiering on through the night to feed the tired, the hungry, the huddled masses of young adults just trying to make their way. Youre doing the Lords work. 5 stars to you. And to all who come after, for without you there would be a lot less hope in the world.
