Staff doesnt seem to understand English. Need to repeat 3 times

Great spot, tasty fresh food, plenty of seating, easy parking

In comparison with European Mcs this one is not so comfortable, food doesn’t look fresh. Seems like oil is old and makes food dark.Hope, Mc will become better as it’s almost the only place in the night to come and get some bites.

Has big car-parking behind and on the side... Use the entry/exit after the mcdonalds building. These parking spaces also service the neighboring KFC outlet.It is probably the only McD in Phuket with a drive-through service.

Its just not worth the high price they are charging for the food quality provided. Then the hygiene aspect is real bad, as those fancy machines cant be cleaned often. I rather go local ...

Please put up a shade to stop the afternoon sun shining straight into the first window where the lady takes the money. Lovely helpful young lady there getting roasted by the sun.

Ignorant staff, no service mind at all. Never know how to say sorry. Hung up the phone to customer.

It is open daily 24 hours, it was my best place for take a break when I had my work done in midnight or hot day ride. Good coffee sometimes, good environment to stop in.

One of the only places open late. Theyre open 24 hours, with a drive thru, seating area, and many grab delivery drivers going in and out all hours of the day. Youre allowed inside dining, even during covid. They have a temp check station, requiring face masks, hand sanitizer at the door, and spaced seating.The restaurant was clean the 4 times we visited, the staff were very friendly, they spoke great English, they accept credit cards, and have the standard menu youre used to.

This location does not respect any McDrive promotion, promotion coupon, multiple tomes they did not deliver the full offer - if this is how a franchise is operated, Micky Dee’s should investigate this place. Horrible service, even with a Thai translator.

Same as os orger McDonalds but the crew were a bit rude especially to English speaking foreigners.

Just a drive-through. Difficult to get back on the main road. Is it common in Thailand to speed up when you see a vehicle coming up on the road instead of breaking a bit and give way???

Typical McDuck! They speak English and orders come through fairly quickly. They have few slightly spicier options and french fries are also good.4 stars just because its a McDonalds

We took away by drive thru 2 big mac set ,when we arrive to home saw very economy variant french fries ..very disappointed,not will comeback again

I ordered the mc chicken. Soft bun. Hot Pattie and crispy lettuce. Served hot :not like in Aus where its warm. I mcloved it

We found this McDonalds at the perfect time. My kids were very hot and needed a treat. The restaurant was clean and the staff spoke Engligh, which was helpful for me.

Good place with cosy atmosphere. Cool enough air, unlimited ketchup, fresh burgers like at home. I like Mcdonalds for similar food and similar food quality at any country where I was. But I think Burger King is better blace with much more tasty burgers :)

Very nice McDonalds... more modern inside than back home in Australia... upstairs seating with sofa couches also...

Basically what you expect from a McDonalds in Thailand. Good service, but communication in English can be a little challenging, especially if you ask for changes or substitutions.

Mc Monald is low quality food and in thailand expensive

Who doesnt breakfast at MacDonalds??. It may give me cancer but Im cool with it.

Wrong order the past 2 times Ive gone. And even was asked to pay additionally to remake the sandwich.

This place has all standard McDonalds facilities. Daytime parking space is quite spacious. Apart from Drive through, there are also two regular McDonalds counters with indoor seating. One is Coffee station, another is burger and etc. catering. A small children’s playroom and clean toilets are a clear advantage.

Still dont have a lot of drive thrus in Thailand (u can decide if thats a good or bad thing). The actual MacDonald here is nice, clean, spacious, has a very small play area for kids. The drive thru isnt the fastest I been to, but ur never waiting more than 5 minutes
