Drive in very busy. Went inside for takeaway. Quicker than drive through

Great food as ever good service thank you all.

Decent service for a busy period in the day. Food is McDonalds, as you expect - nice.

Half the tables were filthy and staff just stood about chatting. Had to get the cleaning spray myself and clean our table....Will drive through next time

They seem to have got themselves sorted at Coulby. Well Done

The majority of the order was missing, what did come was freezing and un worth to consume.Tried contacting both the restaurant and uber eats to no answer.

No coffee because machine out of action. Why no back-up?

Went to a 24hour place for food yet unable to take orders at 12:40 pm at night

Food was cold, I try not to use this McDonald’s as it’s constantly poor

Everytime I go there is no milk shake or ice cream

Food was fast . Lisa brought a balloon over to the table for my daughter and she loved it . She also then brought a Smurf hat over and a Smurf flag my daughter was chuffed . My daughter is only 1 and accidentally dropped her flat bread on the floor and the lady offered to get her another one . Made us feel really welcome 🤗 the other staff were also lovely. I think someone is due employee or the month :)

Ordered food over 15 mins ago and asked to park anywhere in the car park.Food still not arrivedRang and no replyMost of my lunch spent waiting wouldn’t go againStraightforward order of Big Mac meal with apple pie?Disappointing

Delivery seems unavailable so I ordered through the app and picked up oh dear the order was completely wrong a lady asked if I had the email that would have been sent no that will be on my iPad which was at home I replied but my phone had a code like J47 which luckily they were bringing the order over related to that code number as we were speaking and the app was still running so we checked that too to make sure I had the right order this time so you wouldnt need an email to verify the order not sure how it happened

Worst customer service trophy goes to Macdonalds Coulby Newham.Constantly changing teenagers who dont give a dam.It baffles me what the management are doing.Is there management??🏆

Went to drive through at 12pm ordered food ok asked to wait in park up bay ,food order came out wrong, and on questioning it with the member of staff was given very bad attitude she went back in store to rectify and upon return food was pretty much thrown through the car window not an apology in sight for the mistake or the the now cold food after the wait wished wed turned right and gone to kfc shocking attitude well never go again11

Food was average. What youd expect from a McDonalds.

Its the standard McDonalds fare but be aware it can be a busy store and with that comes the need to check your food if you make any changes (like adding baconas it can be wrong. Prefer to go inside as opposed to the drive through for this reason, plus it is often quicker.

Wouldn’t order from here any time after 11pm cos the Staff are all lazy af and not only that every time I’ve been in the tills are always down waited an hour cos that’s how long they said the tills would take and after the hour they told us they aren’t coming back on waste of time!

My experience at this restaurant in particular was great. The service was fast, quick and efficient. My stay at this restaurant was made memorable on 31/7/22 as Holly (assistant managerwent out of her way to make me feel comfortable and assisted me with a problem I had with my order which she quickly resolved. She is a credit to this restaurant.

The drive through is not very fast for a fast food restaurant.

They Always forget parts of your order and then when you point it out the staff are not very nice about it 😕

I ordered a chicken legend burger and when I went to bite it I got a mouthful of grease

McDonald’s coulby newham must make a fortune out of people as they never deliver the full order😡 and when you try and ring them to rectify it, they never answer the phone. Absolutely disgusting😡

Got to be the worst fast food place in Teesside, I live local and every time we go there the order is wrong or the food is disgusting, or cold.I will not spend one more penny in there.

Terrible ! Ordered on uber eats for 3 ice creams no drinks and ketchup to come on a 30 pound order ... called store to be told Id have to drive down .... pointless gettin a delivery then.... spoke to a rude girl on the phone .... daughter having a sleepover very unhappy how am I suppose to drive to macdonalds ... apparently its their procedure not to then redeliver and amend their mistake wow !!!!!!!!Pure let down!!!!!!!!

Stopped to charge car.Only had McFlurry.. no sauce in it. But otherwise ok

Usually no problems but remember to check your order before driving away!Update,, poor staff response and food provision ( no ice in drinks, ice cream melted with sauce sat on bottom of cup), long waiting time

Service was very hectic. Queued for quite a while for order to be taken drive through was very very slow then the guy tried to give me wrong order as he was busy talking to other team members and I was very disappointed with meal chips were cold I had asked for No pickles in quarter lb cheese burger but yes it was there I did try to go bk to complain but queue was so long I just put whole lot in a bin and drove off wouldnt recommend this MacDonalds whole experience. Was very shoddy

Me and my boyfriend went to drive through today at McDonald’s. We ordered 2 big tasty with bacon meals and 20 nuggets to share with sauces between us . When we got to payment it had our full order on there , However our burger came with no bacon but we decided to let that go and thought we would enjoy it anyways . But the big mistake they made was when we got home we noticed our 20 pieces chicken nuggets wasn’t there but our sauces we requested with the nuggets were . No receipt was given so couldn’tProve it and was a carry on driving back . The staff on shift today seem to made loads mistake today as the car in front had same issues and my partner sister had order this morning that was messed also I hope this mistake isn’t made again .

Didnt bring all my order they could care les wen I phonetic going on app wat a waste of time

Fast service, although they nearly always forget something, last time they forgot to put my fries in the bag, its not the first time that this has happened, I dont drive so it was too far to come back.

Best Mcdonalds I have ever been to with my family..food excellent,very clean and great staff.will return again 😁

This is McDonalds what can I say....there is the famous big Mac , gorgeous chicken nuggets and fantastic ice cream , plus lots of other lovely delights ,there is a drive thru, takeaway and eat in restaurant , the car park is quite tight but adequate, the staff are friendly and helpful

I ordered two large chicken big mac meals with Strawberry Lemonades. 20 Chicken nuggets with sour cream dip and sweet chilli dip. I also asked for tomato sauces and bbq sauce.I received two large Mc Chicken Sandwich meals which where freezing cold, the fries were cold and soggy. I didnt get the sweet chilli dip i paid for, also didnt get and tomato or bbq sauces either.

Yet again poor quality from this sham of a place ive ordered a few times from this place for a delivery only to find half the order missing once i opened the bags,phoned the restaurant up all you get can you pop into the restaurant to sort this matter erm no i cant thats why i placed the order for delivery in the first place no word of reimbursement or an apology nothing the place is a total sham use at your own risk people

Shocking experience. £35 order, only one meal was right when my wife got home and she had to go back. To then argue with one if the staff members who managed to totally balls up the order before eventually bringing home cold chips. Unfortunately I am isolating and cant leave the house to sort out the ignorant little piece of s*@t. But its not forgotten.

I used the app to order the food which was fine. We picked it up, got home, the order was wrong. Had to go all the way back to get it corrected. In all honesty, this happens all the time. Its not my favourite macdonalds but it is my local one.

These must win the award month in month out for being the slowest McDonald’s on Teesside.No tomato sauce. On 2 occasions Within a week. You might as well close.Some staff are nice and friendly, some chewy as a wham bar.Sort it out

I dont understand everytinre the macdonalds are busy they always stop serving milkshakes why? And how lazy are the staff its also not great customer service nor you are losing customers and intignity I want to know why you do this???? This evenings their was a massive queue from the store to the main exit coming in to the store I queeed up for ages this evening to be told that their where not serving milkshakes. And I tried to phone the management team but no one answered

The road outside is pathetic blocking the road with there delivery drivers and they litter saw one throw a half can of redbull passed ppl on the footpath . They drive on opposite side of road on roundabout also they drive very dangerously. The queue of cars needs managing from the drive through they block the road up all the way passed the second roundabout . And multiple times now Ive went from work early hours and they block the drive through off with cones and have no service wen questioned they manage to move the cones and let you through so the service thats supposed to be 24hr is actually many times not . Alot of local people feel this way and this needs fixing .

Best one in the area, I have 3 other mcdonalds closer than this one but this is my go to every time. The staff are very polite, efficient service and well put together food. I havent sat in for a meal only used the drive through but I use it at all hours and even at 3am the service is brilliant

Absolutely horrendous experience here. Myself and mate were treat like second class citizens here by the covid police on the entrance. To make matters worse, my 15 year old daughter who wanted to use the toilet was told she needed to use the track and trace app for entry. As i tried to explain this is for over 16s and my check in would cover my family under aged members, unfortunately it fell on deaf ears. Avoid here at all costs, spoilt a great morning Easter outing!!

I wouldnt even give this 1 star tbh. Went through the drive thru, shouldve checked my food before driving off. Bought a large big tasty with bacon meal, the Coke was warmer than the burger was, and I dont mean the Coke was warm either!The "large" fries were the biggest joke, I literally got a small fries in large fries packet.I actually ordered 3 bbq dips, which I asked the operative to confirm he put three in, which I he said he had.More lies as there was only 2 dips, but I guess he knew due to the pathetic size fries that I wouldnt need 3 dips!!!Terrible portions and terrible cold food.

Ordered 40 meals as a treat for some of the students I work with in a special needs school, spoke to Nikki and Alice. I arranged with them the time I wanted to pick it all up, it was all there ready on time for us when we got there, all packed really well to keep it warm! Thank you all so much, our students loved it and we hope to be back soon.

Not my favourite McDonalds. Even though the staff try their best, there always seems to be a problem with the neighbourhood kids. The food is well prepared and hot & fresh, but the atmosphere isnt great.P.S. I enjoy being a Google Local Guide. Usual experience at McDs, i will say though the place was clean & tidy including the loos & the lady that brought my meal was very polite had a nice big smile she asked me how i was & was there anything else i needed, food was fine no issues at all.
