This place has awesome creamy ice cream, nice salty fries, big juicy burgers, good orange juice, crispy apple pies and delicious chicken wraps must try👌the mozzarella sticks & salsa is delicious, the Angus beef burger is nice but the beef paddies is over portioned. McDs has fast service, friendly staff, comfortable sitting and nice atmosphere. Thanks guys😁👍. Big Macs is the best. Online order picked up through the Drive Thru. A burger was left out of the order. Staff were very nice and organised a voucher to be sent out.

Yet again, the order was wrong.Incorrect burgers and missing drinks.Seems it’s normal customer service these days.Staff were friendly though.

Great delivery through Menulog, they forgot chips but brought them with no problem, they also added some more muffins to our order for forgetting the chips and added more chips, very great full. Delivery guy was nice and friendly too. Exceptionally great work.

This is the slowest McDonalds in Australia. Waited over 25 minutes at midnight with only one car in front of me. Hillbillies running the place. Disgraceful service.

Cant really comment. I had ordered & paid there was cooked food which the staff member had tongs in hand. When the power went off. Apparently when the power goes off the timer for the time food is left in the warmer stops working. This is during the Broken Hill hail storm 20 min. Storm flooded all the streets

I placed my order at 5.50 pm they didnt deliver it till 7.15 pm with cold chips the so called manger was no help at all

I ordered 2 coffees and food I had to have 1 coffee remade but the time I got the food the coffees were cold some of the staff are rudeWe won’t be going there on our next trip to broken hill

Good beer. Great food. Pool tables are free. What is not to like about having a drink with real miners?

This could have been an A+ experience but unfortunately no walk in customers allowed after midnight.Fun fact you can get a Yellow Cab Taxi and they are more than happy to take you through the drive through lanes which are open all night.We also ended up shouting the taxi driver an iced coffee for his troubles.

When we went here the Food was good, chips hot and fresh, but there was group of rude teenage kids hanging around outside causing trouble, hurling abuse at people going into get food, I told the person behind the counter to get the manager and they just shrugged there shoulders at me, I said someone needs to go out there and give them some move on orders but again they shrugged.

Today I walked in the this McDonald to get some coffees and some snacks. I was the only person. Somebody asked another staff member 3x to serve me before I was finally served. Then I had to repeat multiple times my order and the staff member rudely said "what...?" when she didnt understand me. I didnt receive a receipt with a number. The manager called a number and looked at me. I said sorry I dont have a number. In a rude manner she stated: "two coffees isnt it?" I know McDonald for their good customer service, however today I didnt see any.

I usually order online then pick it up on my way home. Usual issue: Missing order -usually the chips, no butter for pancake, no maccas glass even thou it is in the invoice. Not just once but multiple times. The staff at the counter who gives the order does not acknowledge or greet the customer.

was it really a good idea adding a "dual" ordering box lane... All it does is encourages peoples egos to block other drivers and ensues chaos

Great service, ate in and they brought our food to us. They also serve Lactose Free milk in coffee which was great. Not many places do.

Broken Hill has often been rated as the worst Kentucky fried chicken in australia. Today i tried the southern fried chicken at McDonalds and it was worse. Oil just oozed out of the overcooked crumbs which covers the stringy pieces of chicken. Wont be back in a hurry

The customer service is good and so is the coffee. The staff are wonderful and are always cheerful. The only thing I dont like about McDonalds is the food. Its simply not as good as it used to be. Between the prices going up, the burgers getting smaller, its just worth it anymore. Although (againthe coffee is good.

Quite a busy place, especially the longest drive through before 9AM everyday. Usual Mac standard with enough indoor & outdoor tables and a playground.Next to Coles and others.

Decent size seating areas, very modern counter menu, excellent background music, friendly staff, and kept clean during my stay.

Hate leaving poor reviews but Staff need more training reading grill slips, more times than not my grille burger is wrong and have to go back so much so most of the managers know my name. When going back it usually always takes 15-20 mins to get my order. today for example walked in at 4:06pm for replacement walked out at 4:38pm . also to much priority on drive through making front counter stupidly slow.I get that they have drive through times to beat and it’s all logged to head office but don’t think they should sacrifice the service of all for a few numbers.

Came here after stayed at desert sand motor inn for the night as the restaurant was clean, the staff were nice as the food I ordered was hot and tasty as well, as the drink was delicious and not mistaken for being lactose intolerant. As I wish I could stay a little longer to have a look around broken hill but had tleave straight away

Customer service was terrible. Went through drive through and she sounded like she did not want to be there at all. We then went around to get our order and they gave us the wrong food 3 times to then get a banana bread that was burnt and tasteless and then a large coffee that was only filled 3/4 of the way. Definately would never go back!

20 minute wait for a large hamburger meal and 6 nuggets.. drive thru was full so went in to order... Order soon order going out the window for the ones to lazy to get out of car. 20 minutes for the most basic meal you could order..NEVER AGAIN

Went past broken hill from Adelaide, ordered dinner take out and breakfast takeout, both were, as if it was cooked hours before and served from warmer. Fries were cold and very less salt. Big breakie and hash browns same. Staffs were polite and quick in service.

Food is up to McDonalds standard but staff on the other hand has very poor work ethic and customer service.During lunch time mid week food trays and rubbish was left on the tables as one staff was sitting down in uniform talking to her friends. She watch me clear a table so I can sit down and wait for my food.

I get Iced Latté’s basically everyday and this time majority of the cup was filled up with ice there’s only supposed to be not even a quarter of the cup filled with ice I’m extremely unhappy, sometimes they don’t even add sugar syrup when they’re supposed too.

After a long day and the drive from dubbo you be glad that McDonalds broken hill is open 24 hr time for big mac and frozen coke....yummy

waiting times are often long, often disorganised. Once served full cream milk instead of lactose free that was very clearly asked for and caused 3 days of agony and discomfort. more training is needed for staff.

Had the most amazing service there with a young Lady named Sue.. absolutely brilliant, obviously has a passion for customer service.. spot on Sue, should have the employee medal of the month.. have never experienced this happy helpful service at any Maccas ever!! Good one Sue at Broken Hill

I do not know if individual staff members are allowed to be given a thumbs up , but the young lass who served us was friendly, courteous and patient. I knew what I wanted. My friend is more your Hungry Jacks kind of girl. The menu was explained to her (up sized to large), and she had the pleasure of receiving the full table service experience.These people know how to treat older people.

Very helpful and smiley to all , new beginner at the place your own order, stuffed it up a couple of times , but they just helped me and smiled. I like that kind of real customer service 10/10 to the training of the staff at Macs at broken hill ( NSW... THANK YOU ... AND NEVER CHANGE...♡♡♡♡♡

"Terrible" young girls at the counter took there time with my daughters and my order, talking to friends that ordered , not caring about anything else. When we finely got our order burger and chips where cold,think shake was melted. Not happy what so ever

The order was incorrect. Fries tasted as though they had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. Fillet O Fish, hardly any cheese or tartare sauce & the buns werent nice and soft (definitely not today fresh!)But the meal wasnt cold!

Due to car trouble arrived later than expected in town, so came to McDonalds for dinner. Very good meals, though we were shocked when staff came around at 7:45 to say they were closing in 15mins. Was shocked they were closing at 8pm. That felt s bit early to me.
