Complete garbage. Machines dont work half the time and front counter unhelpful. Go up Queen Street to the better McDs.

This place makes the BEST iced lattes! Way better then queens street who dont add enough milk & it often tastes burnt. Never had a bad latte from them <3 Only downside is they often run out of Almond milk & the restaurant itself is not fun to stand around in because its very busy

I just ordered one hash brown, and was waiting like 10mins, staff walk around and chat and learn how to make the coffee and just NO ONE TAKE MY HASH BROWN TO ME, even it was ready to go.I was no.170, and the manager just jump my number say 171??? I said can any one just take my hash brown?just one hash brown! The manager just say: dont so angry to me, dont be mad.... Fine, Fk u, i know u are the "M",and u dont care lose a customer, but I also have a lot of food shop around here. Thank you let me give up the fast food, i should take care myself and eat something good. anyway u are not fast.

Lots of the machines not working and wont take card, only one person taking orders with staff standing around on phones. Long wait to get to till to pay and a longer wait to get "fast" food. Food left sitting in bags for 5 minutes while the drinks were made. Then order was wrong when we got the food.. Quite disappointing

Used the screens to order, got the food and burger was fine but zero salt on the fries. Went to ask for some, but only 1 person on the counter and a long que so didnt bother. Threw the tasteless potatoe strings out.

Theres no surprises with the food which is what you want sometimes, something familiar and cheap when traveling.

Beautiful spot for a families that arrived at britomart station for all day meal but so dirty the floor the table so unprofessionalCustomer service a little bit unsure when I asked for share box meal she dont even know what to press (palagi staffso unqualified ,my quarter pounder was cold 🤣🤣🤣🤣 you will never find that service in south Auckland, lol everyone are well trained and well prepared.

On 12th October at 6:48 pm , the staff was horrible and rude and to top it off, the worker guy in grey, either he was tired or had a attitude, he was the worst. The whole thing started when we went to this britomart station McDonalds to get a soft serve for me and my friend, but the screen order was not printing our receipt so my dad went to the counter and for a few minutes the grey guy ignored my dad and then when he finally listened, he told the other 2 girls to make 2 soft serves but they didnt! We stood there for 10-15 minutes waiting requesting them to prepare our order but they were busy ignoring us, thats when my dad finally asked them again and thats when they started making the soft serve, like how long does it take to pull down a lever and fill a readymade cone? Anywho, the worst service ever, never going there again and dont recommend anyone else going there.

Dirty seating areas, kids vaporing in the seating area. Not a pleasant experience.

Would give lower than 1 star if I could. Ordered a big mac and waited until I got home to eat only to find that there was absolutely no meat in the burger. Essentially I paid $14 for a veggie burger which I didn’t even end up eating.

Visited this place around noon on a saturday. Place was busy but was able to order food via a staff member. Food was served with 5 minutes with the coffee soon after. Tables were clean and tidy

Shocking Service!It was 1045am I wanted to use my AP Coupon for 2 Hash browns. The offer was only available from 0500-1100am.When I presented the AP Coupon I was rudely told "You cant use that" when I asked "Why not as it was within the time frame for the AP Coupon" I was told " Oh the System is down and not accepting the AP Coupon "When I said " Ok well I should still be able to have 2 Hash browns for $2.50 can you adjust this please "The Staff Member grunted at me and said " Oh whats the Code" I gave my phone to show the Code and hey what do you know The Code from the AP actually worked!!!I also asked for a "Large Flat White with One Sugar" upon getting my receipt I noticed it said "2 Sugars" I went over to the Mc Cafe and told the young lady "Its meant to be One Sugar not Two nor had I asked for Two" with that the Young Lady made my Coffee.It was undrinkable it was bitter and awful tasting,I was not able to drink my Coffee and therefore I had to throw it out.If I had the time I would have gone and asked for my Money Back upon the Coffee as I had to throw it out.Please note I do-not live in Auckland I live in Christchurch I was on Holiday with my Partner, this whole experience has given me a very bad taste in my mouth when it comes to McDonalds Britomart.I would not recommend this Store to anyone.The Staff dont care,they dont listen to what you order and do not make you feel at all welcome being a Visitor in Auckland City.Regardless if I live there or not this is shocking. 🤬😡

Large woman in McDonalds uniform has been seated in the customer seating area the last few times I have been there in the morning (sitting in-between 2 tables making them both useless for paying customers). I assume you have an employee break room because shes the only one that I have seen sitting there doing nothing. I walked past a few days ago in the morning and the seating area was blocked off by a big metal scissor gate (despite having customers waiting for food but unable to sit downand she was still sitting back there doing nothing!28/07/2022 update. Tried to sit down with my food around 8am to find she is still sitting there taking up customer seats except she is now covering her uniform with a gray hoodie. Terrible.

They managed to lose my order and things seemed to fall apart during a lunch rush.

The whole point is that the experience is the same no matter where you go, but we all know thats not true. Ive had some fantastic food at Maccas, and Ive had food I would barely give to my dog. Luckily today was the usual, reliable, middle-of-the-road experience that just did the job.

We were there at 7 pm, when there was a heavy rain. They closed the dine in area and forced us with small child to run under heavy rain. The meals were wet and saggy when managed to eat them all wet and upset.

Food is good. Fairly expensive for what it is. Staff is helpful

My son works night shift and sometimes wants mcds first thing in the morning. He is at Britomart just before 7 and the sign says they open at 7am. However, nearly every day, they open past 7am..they never look ready, theyre cleaning, theyre faffing around - theyre just never ready to open on time! Get with it McDs..its not that hard to open on time!!

Personally I think its really convenient as it is close to the train station. The commercial bay is also close to the train station. I can go to the tommy hilfiger store from the train station in thje commercial bay mall so I dont really see a point in going to mcdonalds as they do not sell tommy hilfiger. This restraunt is nice but they gave me food poisoning so that Is why I go go to the tommy hilfiger as tommy is a NICE entreperneuser and does not give me any hamburger and nuggets. HowEVER they do sell happy meal toys sepereately.

come here a lot for quick snacks, different experience every time, but overall ok, the place is a lot cleaner than it used to be, love their fries, but last night I ordered a mozzarella beef and it was a bit cold…

Make sure to check your orders in detail guys. Ordered a burger with an extra patty and didnt have the extra patty. Surely by looking at the order its not that hard to make it by.... following the order? 😱🤯

This McDonalds is not a great McDonalds very slow mix up your orders oh dont eat the hot chips I found here in mind does that mint to add to the flavour it was disgusting have not been back there since improve your service where a hat for goodness sake

McDonald is my go-to for a road trip coffee, Ive tried this store over 5 times over the last few weeks while in Auckland. The baristas here are incredible, the coffees have been the best Ive ever had at a McDonald. Thank you so much.

Literally never open for walk-in orders pre 7am. Would think this was the prime time to be open because of all the tradies in the area and the morning commuters.

I know it is Maccas but I have to say IT IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET COFFEEE FROM… taste is something else but not coffee, not even the cheap coffee. I have tried every coffee options with different baristas and all taste the same. Nothing good.

Went here for a blt bagel on Saturday morning 19/03/22. I’m not sure what’s going on in the young man’s life but he was seriously miserable. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I stood at the counter for just over 7 whole minutes with not even a smile or glance or apology for the wait. He walked blatantly past me about 20 times saying nothing. Finally he looks at me and I said “are you going to serve me?” With his response “ye” 🙄 it was terrible!! He needs a new job or a fricken holiday.

Good 24/7 Uber eats food delivery system, I just order from home. Good Technology, I hardly go to the shop, we truly living in the future. City center is best place for Mc Donald Uber eats service

I dont know which was my favourite part! The chips that were brought in from the storm- soggy and cold, or the sprite that came without the sprite (the machine obviously ran out of syrup). Best $50 ive ever spent, 10/10 would recommend :Give it a go

My whole order was wrong. Couldnt eat my burgers as i said no pickles as im allergic. Do you guys actually care about customers because someone will die one day if your not careful with your orders. I would never eat at this mcdonalds ever again.

I would rate it 5 stars if I was homeless because it seems to be a lovely hang out spot. Also the girl who was wearing a black t shirt was a bit rude and was clearly over it. I feel you babe but at least make sure you tell people that youre hiding some of their food behind the counter before they leave!!

I wanna thank the beautiful lady who served me through the guard at the door about 10 mins ago. As i was walking to mcdonalds i tripped and sprained my ankle. Then when i got there i realised my ph was on charge at hm and i needed it for the stupid vax passport and ask if the doorman could buy my meal for me so grateful cuz i didnt wanna have to walk back hm with my sore ankle then back to mcdees britomart to order my meal. So Thank u both for making exceptions for me.

Would give a zero if I could. Ordered Bacon & Egg muffin combo.Didnt mind the wait as busy, but when got meal Muffin was burnt plus had to wait a further time for coffee to be made. How hard is it to co-ordinate the two. It is not like there was a queue for the coffees!Very poor customer service 😡

Was really pleased with very quick service. Smallish premises with a lot of customers.Queue for ladies conveniences was out the door due to event on. We took our food outside to eat. Lots of seating outside in the square in the open air. Such a great location. The square is so large that the pedestrian traffic is barely noticeable. It was also night time. Queen St lights made a great backdrop for photos.

The worst McDonalds ever!!! The potatoes were raw and the order was the large size cold fries and the burguer were supposed to be the Angus beef and they put the normal burguer when we pay more for it. The double Quarter pounder was without pickles and with pickles on it . It was a take away orden and we just crossed the street to took the ferry straiggt away so was more than 5minutes of wait!!

This particular McDonald’s store is conveniently located in the heart of Auckland and surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants and bars. You can either order your meals using one of the many electronic ordering screens. If you are paying cash you need to do this at the counter. Once you order, you will be given a numbered ticket, which you then need to wait for until your number is called out with your order. There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit on if you want to dine in and the entrance is easily accessible.

It’s exactly what you’d expect from McDonalds. Burgers, fries, soft serve ice cream and fizzy drinks. It gets very busy and messy on popular clubbing nights in town due to its location. So could be cleaner on those nights. Also has a McCafe but that part isn’t open 24/7. Has lots of self service ordering machines/kiosks. Quite efficient with orders. Very close to major buses, ferries and trains. Reliably open 24/7. It’s got toilets and seating inside. 5 stars because it meets expectations but it’s just your average macas.

Best McD in cbd and closest to britomart train station! Their wifi is fast and free, u just need to sign up to mecca online. Their frozen coke is real bargain deal for just $1.

Two Hot Chocolate, one taste like water, other never truely full fill, and both not HOT! Other day lunch time, all the order mechans out if order, wasted our time to waiting in line for a long time then been told we couldnt use EFTPOS!!
