Every single time I go someone always forgets something that was ordered its ridiculous really bad service
Clean toilet and fast service
Well, one operator would rather chat to a fellow employee (barista), when asked for sugar sachet he directed the customer to the dispencers where there was no sugar, serviettes, straws or spoons. Raison toast was over cooked and was more like a cookie than a lightly toated slice of raison bread. Why I received 4 individual packs of butter I will never know.

Cant complain about the service because there is none! Been waiting in the drive through for 35 minutes and still nothing. Utterly disgraceful. Suggest eating elsewhere I.e kfc

Computers were down, I was using the my maccas app, I asked if they would do the same deal as what’s on my screen and they straight up refused even after explaining without the 20% off I cannot afford my order, short on cash so I thought I’d swing by maccas as there deals are great at the moment plus convenient as I’m quite run down on energy, time and funds. Turns out I would’ve been better off eating a dry loaf of bread and staying at home without being stressed out. Not pleased and will not be visiting this McDonald’s again.
Signage is not user friendly to people who are not regulars, only meal prices on show, staff had to be asked regarding prices on single burgers

Waited 15 minutes and when we received our meals were cold. Staff was standing around talking. Given a feeble "sorry"when given passed the last item. Every car waited the same time Very disappointed.
Poor service here yet again. Leave waiting at the window for ages then come and ask you to park up, all for two burgers
Don’t lie about the type of milk you use in a customers orders. Quite dangerous considering people who order alternatives to ‘normal’ milk most likely have allergies. Being told by your drive thru attendant they I had been fibbed at my last visit was quite upsetting and explained why I had been unwell. Think about it hey? If you no longer have that option take it off your registers so the attendant can’t select it.
In the drive thru for 20minutes at 0030hrs 4th of July and no one would answer the speakers. Other car in front was there waiting when we arrived and also not served. We reversed out and could see the staff smiling inside.The owner should checks the camera and sort out what the staff are doing.

Had the breakfast burger 🍔 with a hash brown in it, had to much sauce also had 2 large chia latte
Went here and nearly cried and not cause of the onion but because of the bad quality food and workers. NOT IMPRESSED HONEY!!! need to get better service. Id have better luck getting good food out if my bin then this food. DISGUSTING.
Went to this place on two occasions, both times closed. First a paper note taped to drive through speaker box stating not open particular hours. Thought fair enough, staff shortage, etc. Second time drive through lights and display board all lit up, no sign, no answer. Drove around to window where 24/7 signs displayed but windows closed, lane lights off, person inside cleaning didn’t bother to come to window. Why advertise in your own window as well as google maps that you’re 24hr when you are clearly not.
Staff rude burger and nuggets dry and cold need to stop hiring children and put adults who respect people and value of money.
Speedy service, really lovely coffees. Very friendly staff, first time in a while that I haven’t been annoyed by the McDonald’s drive thru.
Worst maccs to go to every time i get a large meal i some how get a large drink but f all chips and its happing constantly. Give people what they pay for becuse this below is not large.
I went there the other day and was disgusted with that large woman with the tattooed arm of princess, she is one nasty piece of work the way she treats the young ones that work there. If you are the owner of this store and you let someone like her work there you should be ashamed of yourself. But most of the managers are lovely people a young man with sandy hair that was the manager at the time was so nice to the younger staff he is the type of person you want in the store .
The food is mostly alright however they have got our order wrong almost every time we have been. Customer service is also alright.
Quality of food is always bad! Simple food and yet seems to be difficult to execute in any edible way. Cold, missing ingredients and what appears to be old produce. Overall just disappointing. I know it is only a McDonalds but standards are very low here. Have given this particular place many chances but no more.
Honestly the toilets here are disgusting. Every time we meet our children to pick up our grandkids and have lunch there....weve forgotten how awful the toilets are. And for the amount if people that go through there there isnt enough toilets either.
We had our over 40s+ get together there yesterday great venue atmosphere with friends n plenty of loud laughter ,pancakes n yesterdays special $2 Chicken burgers were flowing ,lol pensioners coffee n hot chips not to miss.Great morning out.
Like most Maccas, hit and miss sometimes with the efficiency of the orders. Annoying that the icecream machine isnt working a lot of the time.
I think this was the slowest service Ive ever experienced from a McDonalds. Ever.I arrived at the drive through at 0500, it took me 15 minutes to get out. I ordered a coffee and a toastie. Id prefer not to go back.
I am appalled at the state of the resturant dirty tables drink spilled over the floor that has been there for some time it didnt even have a warning sign over it. I nearly stepped into it , being an eldery person slipping on that mess would of been dissasterous. The tables were dirty with rubbish left there because the bin was over flowing rubbish scaterd over the floor itxwas discusting !!! We are all trying to keep safe these days wearing masks, hand sanitising ,ect coming into your store is a health hazzard. What does it say about the staff habbits handling food clean up your act before someone gets hurt or sick. Its a disaster waiting to happen , & you will be sued or closed down
Easy access off the highway for a break and plenty of good parking even for trailers. Staff were friendly and polite. Store and eating area was also clean.
Absolutely shocking place. Got my order wrong twice, offered free replacements, took my name and phone number. Tried to collect this morning through the drive thru as I normally do. Then being told I had to come through the front door to collect because it was a replacement. I did not have time for that, on my way to work, with a dog in the car. Drove off instead and not going back there again.
Normally service is OK at this Maccas but this morning at approx 4:35am we got served by this very slow and unapproachable staff member at the drive through. She just put the eftpos machine out the window, didn’t even look at us and then we had to wait about 30 seconds before she realised we were waiting for the maccas app to be scanned! We waited about 10 minutes for a medium iced almond latte which is definitely not “fast” by all means. Pretty unimpressed ☹️
Great staff. And good tucker. They just need to remove from there boards stock they dont have ie the book with a happy meal, it remains an option on the order process but the last 2 times they have been unable to give one to my daughter. Very upset daughter.
You guys are awesome! Bribie Island macdonalds should do a training course from you guys because your service is impeccable. Perfect burgers with no grease, I always get my extra pickles and I get service with a smile. I’ll always come back here, thank you 🙏
This MacDonalds is the cleanest. Best customer service. All employees were kind and very helpful. Will keep this place on our stop when we are in this area again. 5 Stars. . Thank you guys 👍👍👍👍👍
Nice clean big chain Maccas. Good table service. Amenities clean. Staff helpful and upbeat. Ordered a chai latte large. The duty manager came out and explained they had run out of large cups and would it be ok if they served me in two smalls which is same content. Was very nice and apologetic. Good manners goes a long way.
Have dined here the last 2 nights and customer service in-store and through drive thru were fantastic, smiles from staff and very welcoming also my order was correct both times. Just one tip please add a little bit more ice cream on the cones lol
Im not usually the type of person to say something about someones character but shame on the person who let the large lady with princess tattoos on her arm get to the position she is in now. I sat there with my family for about half an hour and watched her treat her staff terribly, who are probably 10 years or so younger than her. I pray that other CHILDREN do not apply there as this wouldnt be a good workplace to be introduced into the work force. Absolutely disgusted McDonalds! However the food was good.
Went in at 8am for a coffee, bacon and egg muffin, and hash brown. Service was good and quick. The tide was well out on the coffee, the muffin was dry and had crunchy bits in, maybe egg shell, and there was no hash brown even though Id paid for one. I was already on the motorway north so didnt, and wont, go back there again.
Very good service unlike other McDonalds. The girl ran out to the car park to bring us the meal we left out on the counter. Very impressed. Polite and prompt service. Great to see that. Thank you, keep it up!
I may have ordered through UberEats but that doesn’t mean you just act completely uninterested in my phone call. Didn’t even want to know what order it was so that they could talk to the staff that short packed it so they could pay more attention next time. Absolutely slack customer service. Will be ordering through another store from now on.
Plenty of staff inside standing about chatting socially while customers waited to be served. Bin outside was overflowing and customers were forced to leave their rubbish on top of the bin. When staff did hand orders out they didnt seem interested in keeping customers happy. Very poor customer service and store appearance.
Shop is definitely gross!! Had to ask three times for hot chips!!! Had to ask for our table to be cleaned which was with a dirty rag. No sanitiser used. Then wiped other tables with it and no spray or gloves. Worse time here!! Made sure we signed in but nothing is clean here. Some of the workers even have attitude towards us. Not happy here
Didn’t even want to give a star!Waited a solid 25 minutes for food in their McCafe waiting bag due to someone else waiting for their food.Waited patiently thinking they were just understaffed turns out they were just getting rid of the smaller orders first and chatting amongst themselves than, dealing with my partners and my order.I don’t usually do this but, really need to work on your time management and deliver great customer service to ALL customers.
The restaurant was not clean despite a virtually empty store. A member did come and casually wipe down tables but ignored the chips etc on the floor.Coffee took ages as it had been missed in the order. (I think only 2 people ordered in between though).Not a clean restaurant, but from my own experience, staff will only maintain standards set by the manager on at the time.
Wish I could give it no stars. Worst Mac Donald’s I’ve ever been to. Currently been waiting 20 minutes for a lactose free hot chocolate and a large mocha. So unorganised; manager is shouting at her staff. They’re trying to hit drive-thru targets which means their in-store customers are neglected (even though it’s not that busy). Had to use the self-serve machine because no-one would serve us. Manager keeps communicating with her staff which means they are standing around chatting and not doing a lot. At least it’s clean.
Majority of the food is cooked well except the nuggets for some odd reason. Staff doesnt acknowledge you. Had a girl turn to face me to take my order and didnt say a word, just stared at me. I made my order and the only thing she said was the cost and wont be longThe only thing great about it is its usually empty so plenty of seats.
Horrible had to get my meal replaced and made fresh was all cold and this was the toilet when I went in there absolutely gross even the counters were full of rubbish and dust.
