It used to be a good place for couple of years but today it’s completely broken. the staff is not speaking English, they forget to bring you what you ordered, their cash machines are not responding and they are completely lost not knowing what to do. It’s Mac Cafe that I’m referring to.

McDrive keeps giving out wrong orders, which is just food that goes straight in the trash can. Other than that, most of the staff is friendly and helpful, they just need to pay more attention to details. Otherwise, typical McDonalds experience.

A bit slow and not the best I have experienced...

The opening hours are wrongly indicated. I came at 10:20, but they opens at 11:00.On Google was written 10:00. I have tried to correct. Dont know if the change was accepted. Hope people will not go there with a hope that it is open.

Very busy certain times of day and my food was cold when it was delivered to me.

The perfect place where spending freetime with friends. Theres a rich menu.

This particular McDonalds gets full stars just for the sheer beauty of the building, I have never seen a chandelier in a fast food restaurant! The food is what you would expect, but being British, getting a beer with the meal could be seen as a win.

Was OK, the self service machines were unusually slow and buggy though

Drive in needs more attention to detail, ordered 2 cheese burguers, only 1 in the bag. they forgot to put some napkins on the bag as well. not the best though.

Couldnt connect to wlan or it didnt have at the time.

First order I chose signature without cheese, it had cheese on.Food was usual from McDonalds, but the payment system on self service area was not working. More selection of sauce than UK.Strawberry lemonade was a nice change.

Nice during weekends. Avoid at all costs during rush hours: overcrowded, long waits, few sitting places. Been there twice during weekends, waited 20 minutes each time. All great outside rush hours / weekends.

Digital screen did not work, poor cell connection, 20 minute wait for one burger, filthy floors and work environment.

Its a McDonalds restaurant in a shopping mall, everyones been to one before so there isnt much to be said.Free WiFi hadnt worked for me once

Like any other McDonalds, nothing special about it

Regular McDonald but the food tastes of lesser quality than others... the good thing about this McDonald’s though is there’s gluten free options. Never seen that before but it’s perfect for me and others who are gluten sensitive. It’s a drive-in too. The thing is you can’t use foreign credit cards in the machines when you order, you have to pay at the counter unless you have a Portuguese card.

Once again I might be accused of targeting McDonald. I would say I had better experiences elsewhere and this one is definetly a bad one. What to say : Mcdrive can t be slower than getting in guys !

Good location and a sunny outdoor area to sit and enjoy your meal.

You get the same food options like all mcdonalds but this one is special because it is a very nice place to eat and relax. Can get crowded on the weekends

Good service, clean space and nice stuff.

Be aware, If you park youll have 1,5 hour free. Nevertheless youll have problems to get out, the ticket machine doesnt work well with the free validation ticket...

Love this Mac, good staff and amazing location.

Run of the mill McD with below average cleanliness IMO, maybe due to high-volume, e.g. lots of kids and teens from nearby schools.

Probable the only McDonalds where my Hamburguers always come like in the pictures. Its modern good staff, parking also good.

Quite good, although the McDrive option is not the best causing traffic jams from time to time since it is to close to a traffic light. Could be improved.

Regular McDonalds.The place is clean, but it is not nice to have someone sweeping the floor around your feet while you are eating.
