The mount McDonalds customers service is so much better than the other restaurant, the barrister coffee is consistent and the staff is always patient and helpful, as someone who never ate McDonalds often, Im a regular in the drive-through now. Well done Mount Crew 👍👌👏

Mei Wenn at Bayfair McDonalds provided excellent and friendly service when I struggled with the kiosk. Had my 3 year old granddaughter with me and wanted to order an ice-cream as well after Mei Wenn assisted me initially. Made a very stressful situation enjoyable after all

Horrible service wasted money on a big mac combo with no big mac sauce. i had work after i got it so didnt have time to go back but afterwards they say they cant do anything for me??? i cant eat a plain burger?

Good for quick frozen drinks when shopping

Quarter pounder burger was more like a cheeseburger and tasted dry, the meat felt like it had been sitting around for a while. If you need a quick snack it’s fine but don’t expect quality

Its McDonalds. You know.what you are in for. Very busy when we went but order came complete. We had food for 6 kids and 4 adults. Great service from staff under pressure.

About as close as a fast food venue can get to being a vending machine. I felt sorry for the staff, they are treated like robots.

Take away only as part of the food court. But works well and usual high standards of service.

Absolutely appalling that they lie about the soft serve machine being out of order for the pensioners that come in daily each morning, yet I watched staff make their drinks with soft serve! And have been there and watched after the pensioners have left and the machine is all of a sudden fully functional!!! Absolutely Appalling!!

Very busy especially around school time not much space to wait for food. Only one cashere to deal with customers. Was ok. Chips tend to be cold at times as they are cooked and left to stand for awhile so cool down. I think their "medium sized cups are really small.

A lot of variety to choose from. Look around try something new or get that old favourite.

The pictures look good but the food you order looks nothing like the picture

Got a large fries they were hot and had the perfect amount of salt. Staff were happy and quick delivery of food to counter

The food was alright. I got a frozen coke, it tasted quite gross and not like a good one from McDonalds Matamata. We had to wait for a long time to get our food and the machines didnt give out a receipt.

The food was delivered decently quickly, but the chips were too salty to the point that I was sick. The trays were wet, and not dried from cleaning, and the burger clam was greasy.

I bought a coffee here and couldnt even pass the first sip. Cold and disgunting, worst ever!

Manager was very rude to staff, no wonder they had a terrible attitude when serving you. Asked for an icecream in a cup, got a icecream in a lid instead. Not really happy with result

A huge variety for every fussy eater. Food is always fresh. Nit too expensive. Tabkea are always clean and they have a restroom too. Easy access for wheel chairs too.

Burger could have been hotter because the fries very Crispy and hot, so it spoiled lunch

Total fail. Wanted an sundae. Cant talk to person. Stupid machine having selected my item does not have anything obvious to pay now / go to checkout. Having been shown the view order button (sounds like a button for people not sure of what they wantI was soon being asked to select additional items. NO I WANTED A SUNDAE. Too hard, walked away from the part order.

Ordered after mall was closed so it wasnt busy but everything was cold fillet of fish was that cold the half slice of cheese didnt even melt. I live 2 min drive from bayfair but when I rung to complain I got told that of course its not there fault we took to long to get home. I have ordered from the Mt and its still warm when I get home. Your customer service for complaint suck and I suggest u all go get re trained.. It was a disappointing attatude from your staff when we spent $64 in your store Ill go somewhere else next time

Ypu didnt have to wait long for your meal. Seating was available and the time we were there was very quiet and not to many people.

Third time I have ordered from there where food is missing. Finally rung up to see what is going on tried to blame the system for not picking up all the items however I got charged for every single item. The only alternative they had was if I come in all the way to pick up the food myself (after I have already paid for delivery). Or they can give me one free voucher to use another time. We dont do takeout often so its a shame when it gets stuffed up when you do. Horrible customer service and honestly would not recommend at all.

Stops serving breakfast early, nobody wants a chicken mcmuffin or a big brekkie burger, sort it out.

Just got home from grabbing our mcdonalds,2 burgers are missing and one of the burgers we did have had hair in it..Our fault for not checking but we shouldnt have too..

Quarter pounder was a quarter pound of oil jeez I didnt know I had to use an emergency oil spill kit everytime i ate at maccas

We popped in for a coffee yesterday afternoon. Huge mistake! Staff were happier chatting to each other than taking our order. Finally got our 2 coffees. Small cups for an exhorbitant $4.40 each. They forgot the milk so took them back and they made 2 more using some of the leftover dregs in the machine then topping it up with some fresh stuff. Worst coffee I have ever had unfortunately so wont be back. 3/4 full, tepid, weak and tasteless. Should have gone for the barista made cups at the nearby one for a similar price. Come on Mcdonalds. This isnt good enough. $8.80 wasted.

Was really busy so a bit of a wait, food was good and the service was friendly.

Placed an order & paid nearly $40 for quite a lot of food. They were in quite a busy period & had minimal staff but I’d rather have waited for longer & have them gotten my order correct than what I received. Didn’t receive some of the things I had paid for, fries were half-filled & the burgers that were there were so sloppily assembled. So disappointed. Won’t be returning.

They have become a lot more fast paced then what they used to be. Can get really busy at times with a constant flow of people walking past as you wait in line. They have a designated waiting Area that is sectioned off.

Just had the most discusting service in my life.. The Shift manager, wouldnt even know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is even if it Bit HER on the Butt.. She was RUDE, argumentive, totally disrepectful.. Never ever going back hete again....😈😈😈

Very slow service and they always mess up my orders. Fries aren’t fresh either. Really bad compared to other McDonald’s.

Ordered two crispy bacon deluxe burgers only to find that they put a single beef patty on each burger instead of crispy chicken, they didnt even add bacon. Was basically a cheese burger with fancy lettuce. Too bad i couldnt go back since we were half way to Hamilton when we saw the burgers. Feel completely ripped off.

Just a standard McDonalds. New Zealand McDonalds are quite expensive. You know that the food will be safe though. The soft serves are the best of all fast food joints in New Zealand. The only food I come for are the soft serves. Unfortunately the soft serves are more expensive now. Still get them every now and then.

Disgusting service by employees who use totally fake names. I think someone just picked them off the street and put them in a uniform, no questions asked. I ordered a salad here in late 2009 and the ingredients of it was not fresh and only contained tomatoes and lettuce. I made a complaint on the official McDonalds website at the time but they just ignored me as if I didnt matter the slightest, more dissapointment! McDonalds charges double than what they did about twenty years ago for the same food. I recommend Subway instead... that goes for ANY fast food.
