Out of my comfort zone, but was lovely breakfast, friendly staff.

If you like Luke warm coffee,cold half cooked chips minus salt this is the place for you. The fillet of fish was great though.

Discusted, no greeting at the drive thru when we have our order, got to payment window, no greeting he just said how much it was, no thanks or anything, got to the pickup window again no greeting no exchange what do ever so we were left watching out sundaes melt and our slaked getting warm. No sign of anyone coming towards the window for a good 10 mins, finally got the rest of our food, no thanks or anything was said from the staff. So yes a terrible meal we didn’t finish because it was ruined with having to wait so long. I’m very disappointed.

Not the greatest McDonalds to start with but this mess up really takes the cake. Honestly how can someone miss the top filling of their most iconic menu item? Tried calling them twice with no response. Seriously just drive the short distance further to another McDonalds.

This McDonald’s was unacceptable, the service was unacceptable I went in to buy some lunch, I paid on self service machine and waited 10 minutes for my table delivery on a quite day, the machine didn’t print a receipt so I couldn’t so I couldn’t take my order because I didn’t have it, I then had to pay double my meal for the same amount of food, I wasn’t allowed a refund or anything because they thought I was scamming then. Would not recommend this place as you might have to pay 26 dollars for one persons meal. Your the biggest fast food company in the world and you can run your restaurants properly

Paid for a $37 Share Box, ordered extra patties for double quarter pounder and triple cheese burger but received ONLY a burger bun with cheese no patties, a single cheese burger. Disappointing having to wait 10 minutes for this bloody order and charge me extra for nothing.

I had come for couple of burgers. Isaac the shift manager is the best and deserves the best. He knows what customer services is and how to be professional.

Got there before closing then got told to go to the next speaker then told us they were closed once we were already stuck in the drive through and we couldn’t reverse out then had to wait for all the cars in the drive through to go which took about 30 minutes not only that but the lady working the drive through speaker was rude and unpleasant extremely disappointed will not be going here again!

They tend to overcharge on the app specials.. it gets fixed upAlso they forget to hand out the Monopoly Game cards

Food was good, hotcakes we’re light and fluffy. One employee with long black braided hair had a bad attitude and didn’t give customers a very good ordering experience, apart from that the place was tidy.

Best maccas Ive been to! The tables were sparkling clean, food was fresh, and soft serve was absolutely to die for! The toilet was also surprisingly clean, instead of having wet ground from the hand drier, they have paper towels near the entrance to dry your hands which is a huge plus. 10/10 would come again, in fact, I am thinking about getting a job here!

Ordered an almighty texan just before midday. Got home and found an incomplete burger, and was nearly sent away without my mcflurry. Burger was stale and the fries unsalted the only thing that was right with my order was the drink.

Waited at the counter for 10mins, was ignored by all the staff behind the counter who tried to look busy, until another person came up to order, at which point the staff took their order first (even though they had just got there)?? They again left for about a minute before our order was finally taken. Terrible customer service, even for McDonalds standards

Always one of my go-to spots for maccas however was disappointed by the McCafe staff who tried to serve me literally a frappe with just the ingredients in, not even mixed or anything🤣😭it looked ridiculous!!! When I asked the lady to make my drink properly she looked at me with a ugly look as if I didn’t politely ask.

No complaints, just double check your orders before going home

Never sure you’ll get what you ordered alway have to double check because it’s usually someone else’s order or there are items missing. No attention to detail.

On 1st September ordered drive through 7 items 3 burgers but received 2 burgers. Called 6-7calls but no one answers the calls. 8th time one person answers the call. Trying to explain, the facts. The person instead of listening he says can you call later as we are busy. I told him that I have called several times but no response from your end. Then after explaining my matter than he said I will take your address and send you a voucher. Will have to check back on Saturday. Very bad experience had.

No cafe around he area, this became our meeting point. Good coffee and table service.

A big shout-out: To the Manager and team, I would like to give a compliment to the team, especially the Manager(s& The Great staff (who helped us keep the personal bracelet), its actually a great help they offer when someone lost their personal belongings and their professional work ethics shown they walk an extra mile!

Guy on drive through was clear and helpful. Not everything could be ready by the time I got to the pickup window, so I was asked to park up. No worries.After only a few minutes a bag was delivered to my car. It had all the burgers, but no fries or apple pies. Had to walk in to get those.If you ever use the drive through here, CHECK YOUR ORDER. They keep making mistakes.

Bathroom needs a good clean, food was thrown together, squashed and pretty awful. Wont be revisiting this place

Three stars because the food is good when I go there, however it says you close at 10:30 on Google and I go through the drive through we wait 5 mins no one responded. If you close at 10 update your hours. Wasted my time.

Lettuce was so old and it was brown!!! Disgusting. Drink was only filled halfway. Never been so disappointed.

Usually bad food and service here, should just be an Uber ghost kitchen if they’re going to only work on Uber orders and ignore in person customers (every time without fail)

Terrible. Paid for a double got a standard filet with too much of everything else made it a sloppy mess. Tried to call no one picked up

My Soy Mocha Coffee was delicious !The barista even gave me three extra marshmallows which was fantastic?

Often shop here. Fast service. Food is hot and facilities are generally clean and tidy.

Ordered one of the new burgers asked if it was iceberg lettuce or it was leaf lett turns out to be iceberg lettuce cheap and you wonder why you keep coming back here

First time in a long time I was delighted with my McDonald order. My food & Chai latte was too darn delicious. Food didnt look pre-heated and it wasnt squashed as other branches ..yayyy.

They keep missing items off my order. On this occasion a big mac. That said the staff are friendly and reimbursed me the missing item, and the chips on this occasion were good. It was also a busy night but would recommend double checking your orders before driving away!

Very good at taking the order, but when it comes to getting what you asked for the order is never followed. This time I had two bottom parts of the bun on my burger, my missus had two top parts of the bun and she didnt get extra cheese as power her request. Every time there seems to be an error with the food order.

I’m normally an easy going person but probably 9 out of 10 times that I have ordered at this McDonalds - there has always been at least one stuff up on their end. I now have to check every order before leaving to ensure they have done their job correctly. I understand a hit-and-miss but this is just all too often

Every time we order food in the drive through, they always miss the chips or some of the orders! Very Frustrating for the kids.28/03/2022This is it, we are fed up with this branchs bad service and quality of delivery.We ordered using the app for a deal that could only be redeemed at the site, as last time we paid for the full price then not given the fries either. They said it had to be redeemed at the site. Then tonight my husband did exactly that then when he went to pay for it, they charged him the full price and he refused it. They dont even fill up the Large chip size and the serviettes are crunched up. He told my husband he cant get me my walnut carrot muffins from the McCafe. Such bad service. We will continue buying from the other restaurants in the area as we have no issues with them and are thankful we are supporting them locally. No more McDonalds from you guys. Unbelievable bad service and quality of products we pay for in full!

Good parking, always clean and the staff are a well tuned machine. Orders filled quickly. Well done and also fries are always fresh not to mention my burger was spot on

Amazing service, went inside to order an iced coffee and large fries, usually I complain about my orders at every McDonald’s, but the food was fresh and the iced coffee was to die for, and they ACTUALLY had almond milk. So happy with my order, would definitely come back here and to the young staff member that went out of her way to find some sugar for me. SUPER AMAZING!!

The service here is amazing, my order for both drive thru & dining is always spot on! Food is always hot, fresh fries, friendly staff. Uber eats food is great too! Unlike its other restaurant on Stoddard Rd, this restaurant is far better & more organised with its staff & customer service, I have not had any complaints with my food & orders via drive thru! Happy Customer

Excellent Service, very friendly staff, the order counter was out of paper plus, they gave me nuggets instead of cheese bites. Told them and they gave me the bites free 😄 Nice car park and roomy indoor seating too. Fast service despite being a busy day. Always a good experience when Ive visited.

This McDonalds Deceive consumers， I found a problem. Usually when you Drive Thru they will always give less things, or the fries are very small smaller or big Mac a piece of beef missing. Why do that?

I ordered three large fries but felt like I ordered three small fries 😐😐😐 they were all $12

Really liked the shaker fries.But when I got home and found that the staff did not put fries in my bag....but they do put in the shaker seasoning bag.......Guess I have to make a shaker nuggets now.😅Hopefully the staff will check the order more carefully next time.

What the hell. Dont go here. Just dont.I ordered a milky way icecream for the kid and a choc top super sundae, and instead I got a normal sundae with a flake, no choc top. She got the order wrong twice, had to wait in the park, no serviettes, no refund, and the icecream she brought out was absolutely horrific that she came back, took it out of the kids hands while he was trying to eat it and threw it in the bin infront of him. It went all through my bosses new car.

Tried here again and it just gets worse and worse. 25 minutes wait for a quarter pounder and a big mac. Very dussirganised. We went through the drive through and while there were only a few cars ahead of us, there was a long wait. When we received our food it was cold and had obviously been sitting on the counter for some time.. how hard is it to align up a burger with a bun? Went here again. The service was still a little slow and my bun was cold. Cleanliness needs to be improved. We found a staff member to clean our table.

The food Ive had from the drive through is fine but the food from Uber Eats is a whole new level of low. Over the course of a year myself and my flatmates have ordered from here and been disappointed every single time. Constantly missing items we ordered when it gets delivered (one time out of a $70 order only 2 mc flurries showed upit became such an issue that uber eats actually though that me and one of my flat mates were trying to rip them off by requesting refunds all the time and temporarily banned our accounts. Its was so bad that 9 put of 10 orders would have something wrong with it. So I havent ordered from here in a while and I thought Id give them a go again but nope they havent changed. Lettuce in burger was brown and looked like it had been in the burger a week. Nuggets were missing sauce and were tough like they were stale. To top it off thick shake was like water and not cold. Yeah not ordering here again

Nice and always clean. Plenty of parking spots and a nice drive through. This is my weekend-to-go place for breakfast.Revisited this place again. Happy with everything I said a month ago. The highlights are Cleanliness, Staff with Smiles, High Quality of service.

I went to the drive through on the way to an appointment with my pregnant partner, and of all things to happen to the food, they served it with mould right there on the top of the bun! Thankfully they replaced it, but the claim that it was "dried lettuce" is hard to believe. Maybe it was once lettuce that dropped onto the buns, but Im certain theres an extra special ingredient there...

USAmerican, here. Was hesitant to try the kiwi burger, but it is a terrific combination! Not a beet fan, but it didnt detract from the taste and added a little something sweet. Glad I tried the local fave! The meat is far superior to USA McDonalds.

McD, one of the favorite fast food places. This place is just way too busy. Its just the wait time after ordering, rest is all good.

Not usually one to moan like many live by moaning, but this outlet is pretty rank, trays greasy from previous customer, chairs greasy chips all over floor, dried sauce on table. Jesus. But, remarkably, the food is a lot better than other ones. This was at 10:15am so maybe morning clean not done, could just be staff on the gravy train, otherwise, Mcdees is what what it is. Good feed, just pretty rank with the poor cleaning, food is more important end of the day. Kia ora.
