We ordered double big tasty without bread extra cheese and extra sauce. We got no cheese at all. And instead of double they gave us single. We went inside to order one single big tasty more. This time it came with no tomato. Do you guys know the recipe of your burgers?

It’s what you would expect of a MacDonalds. But they rushed us to order as soon as we stopped close to the intercom, even though there was no one else waiting, and it’s the first place you get the chance to see the menu. Then delivered the wrong ice cream.

Quality wise, the same food youll get in any Portuguese McDonalds with the same prices. Beach towels promotion: in two different occasions forgot to give the towel. In several occasions sundaes not served (forgotten). McFlurries at the drive in: no spoon, we had to drop them in the trash. Theres a strange case of collective amnesia at this restaurant.

It is a very good place, but if you are going to order the food on the app like Uber Eats or Glovo it is not good because it is take a long time to receive the food on your place and sometimes they forget something that we ordered, but if you are going to order on the Drive Thru or over the restaurant it is a very good place and the service is very efficient and quickly.

This was not a fast food experience. 25 minutes waiting for a burger that was then cold as it sat for the 25 minutes after cooking. Only 3 customers so not because it was busy. No apologies nada.
