McDonald's in Ponce

Not good I order 1 combo but the cook ask who to make the hamburger when I eating the was nasty the dont now who to make never come back there

Employees were walking around without taking care of the client. We left the place after waiting for 15 min

Best MCD in Ponce! I have being visiting this MCD for the last 25 year or so.

Fast service and clean place.

Crispy chicken was over cooked, we order 3 meals and they only gave us 3 napkins, no ketchup also for the fries.

I love nuggets and French fries.

Service is very fast, what I do not like is that the teller ask you want something in particular menu that makes me think why are you asking me this.

The employees, including the manager didnt appear as though they wanted to be serving the public. After we received our order and dined in, we had to return several times to the counter to request condiments that should have been included in our order such as nugget sauce, straws, etc.

Nice place to have a burguer. My only complaint is that he parking lot is always full. People park their cars there and then they go to other places.

Im from the states and they didnt have honey mustard but the McChickens here are so much better.

Their breakfast sandwiches were delicious

The food tastes good but it took them like 10 minutes to deliver a Chicken Sandwich fries and a soft drink. The staff had good manners. They just need to move fast making food.

Fast service but wrong items true drive tru. No sauce for nuggets, cherry pie instead of apple pie. Not the firts time this happend to me in this place.

Because they need be more focus of wa they doing and wa the customer order.

Bad food all the time the food is cold the worst service I will never return, it hurts that it happens in a Macdonald

Burned buns, old double cheese burgers, It was an awful experience... Total waste of money and time...

Dissappointing. Nice employees. Tried the new chicken wings. Theyre good but were better 8 yrs ago when they tested first. And they are way too expensive, buck fifty for each, way too much. Tables were not cleaned.

It was awful. I was told that I should wait 5 mins in front and I waited a long long time. And still was asked to wait more.

Revisiting an old place that I used to visit. Brought me good memories of the park next to it.

a little slow because of the crowd, But I think is normal, it was lunch time, loved the meal, received everything that I asked for and correctly, excellent customer service

Line took too long, not enough people, order incomplete. Ordered big mac with bacon and the bacon was missing.

Great McDs. Food was fast and prepped. Bathroom was clean. Do you see this uniform??? Clearly for an event. But dope

Bad customer service,dont have entire order and the aproach of the manager nasty dont have the control of his restaurant and his employees.

Very good service. But i think i picked a bad day to get some fries. They were greasy and had alot of black particles.

This McDonalds is health oriented no salt on your fries but all other the same.

Absolutely terrible food. By far 10 times worse than back in the states. My peco Guacamole was so salty i put it down after 2 bites, the fries seemed less salty... side note, our cashier was EXTREMELY friendly, this review is strickly on the food..

They are somewhat slow compared to the McDonalds at the By pass in Ponce.Need to place more aytention to whay exactly the customer orders and not argue with them.

Service was good but the food had a wierd taste, like old. I order a Jr. Mc chicken with fries. Even the fries were bad. And usually they taste great. Also the menu is so over the place, theres no number to identify what you want to eat just a bunch of stuff with pictures. And the place had a funny bad smell. It looked clean but yet it smell.
