McDonald's in Ponce

Great service.

Every time I go here, they never give ketchup for the fries. Even after asking and reminding them.Everything else is the same compared to other McDonalds.

1am and you only have burritos and pancakes

An easy fix whe you are in a hurry

It was ok, order was ok, food was hot

A joke nothing was correct & missing items

Ive gone a handful of times to this particular location and sadly most of them have been a disappointment. Theyve gotten my order wrong and have also sold me out of stock items to then inform me after payment that they are not available. Hopefully they get better in the future.

McDonalds has THE BEST TASTING large fries BY FAR and the COFFEE is REALLY REALLY GOOD !! The dining room is OPEN AND SAFE....and the DRIVE-THRU (AutoMacis OPEN 24 hours (horasso come on by and get your Big Mac, Large Fries, and GREAT COFFEE !! And dont forget to stop by for A GREAT AND NUTRITIOUS BREAKFAST !!

It was ok.... but the fries were cold and the Chicken Strips were dark i worked in McDonalds in NY Brooklyn and i know went the Oil is new and old and it looks that they havent change the Oil by the way they look and taste they were hard am talking about the McDonalds from in front off the Residencial off Pampanos need 2 be more clean and fresh with the food thay they Distribute

They always mess up your order, they always have an attitude and the beef patties are as small as the kids meal.

Best Chicken Salad compared to other McDonalds in the area.

Poor customer service I recomend for you to check your bags before you go because you will miss something inside your bag

Good value..fries were a bit undercooked

I was the 2nd person on line and had to wait twenty two minuets, for a triple beacon and cheese combo to go. They even screwed up the drink which was a diet coke, and was given a regular coke, which 8had to throw away. There seems to be no communication between the workers.

The place is ok but the problem is if you are counting in getting your traditional breakfast meal biscuit egg cheese and bacon you are wrong their substitution it total garbage i was disappointed previous yrs you was able to go There it was you favorite breakfast meal but then it was gone they should not even call themselves a mc. Donald uts a just a label for them not real truth to the brand its a shame

Very noisy, they allow birthday parties for little children, and the main dining room childrens are running and screaming, all over the place

Was ok. When I went, I was the only customer and it took like 5 minutes to some one ask for my order, by the way it was just only 1 coffee.

Fast service, good place

Always clean but sometimes some employees just dont look like they want to work and they treat you with some bad a attitude. They just need to work on that or just get new employees. Ill sign up to teach them how to treat a customer.

Worst service of any McDonalds in Puerto Rico. Disrespectful cashier that could not take the orders properly from the clients. Long wait. The rest is like the other McDonalds.

Terrible , once i receive my order the employee failed to tell me that they didnt have onions , lettuce, tomatoes nor the special sauce.
