McDonald's in Haifa

Worst McDonalds ever!Absolutely all Tables were dirty and full of Trash. But Not because the workers were busy- one of them found time to Chat via Smartphone. I order-id a Manuel for my child and me. The ready Menue stood on the tablet but Nobody brought it to our Table.worst Service ever.

They usually dont put napkins and you have to ask about it and today they forgot to give me a coffee. You have to wait about half an hour for a simple order of bigmac, salad and happy meal. Service is terrible. Strongly do not recommend.

Always clean always nice its a McDonalds you know what your getting wait times can be a little longer than expected or sometimes much longer than expected which hurts a little bit but I also got delivery from them in which they forgot a drink which was part of a meal but this happened only once not like the Haifa azraeli Mall which always forgets to put something and then starts fighting with you that you didnt add it even though its written on the check I know they actually ordered a Filet-O-Fish with cheese where the hell is my cheese I pay extra for it and you didnt put the cheese on the sandwich after I came back to ask former sandwich because you forgot to put in the first time so the city center one is amazing compared to that

the workers don’t care about the customers at all. a simple order of just a Big Mac and nuggets took 45 minutes to make. the slowest, the most “I don’t give a shit” service EVER.

Yikes 36 dollars for two combo meals. Fries are better in the U.S. I loved the Mumbai Burger.

Somewhat reasonable McD place. They tend to give my web orders to other people, and staff seems not too worried about that when I come to pick up... (happened to me several times), they tend to produce dry burgers even when the order includes extra sauce, cheese and extra pickles. Not a stellar brach, but ok for a quick bite.

The service was really bad , and they were really slow , the restrooms were really small and dirty!

That Mac Sauce though. This Mc Donalds usually gets my order correct. Have you tried Mac Sauce on any and/or all of their products? For the most part it just adds to the flavor. If you havent, try it!

All described related only to this specific visit (Saturday 22.12.2018):Was very crowded, long queue, no space and no seats. In WC were 2 clean girl-worker and speak long time, so were no space at all even to clean hands.Mostly there is nice and quite place, but it wasnt so nice

best branch in haifa, clean, tasty, hard working employees, perfect customer service, and crazy fast .

Not so clean , usually overcrowded but overall looks like every other McDonalds restaurant.

Worst costomer service in town!

I cant understand why cheeseburger is priced 3times more then in Europe (2,5$and is made without technology: the cheese was not baked, the bread was not in position. Unfortunately no photos.
