These people never get your order correct

Their frappes are the best, imo. Also love the bacon egg and cheese bagels!

Doesnt seem like the people that work there want to work there Im going to see their jobs

Mediocre food as with any McDonalds. Great customer service and very fast.

Waited in drive thru 22 minutes to get a diet coke. They were short on help. Not good attitudes there.

Was busy but line moved along OK.

We placed a mobile order to this location and waited 45 minutes before they even came out and told us they would check the status of the order. We waited another 20-30 minutes before they came out to tell us they couldn’t find the order. You would literally have better luck finding dinner in their dumpster than at the actual restaurant.

Theyre so much better than they were. Much faster. Much more accurate.

A little slow today not always though I usually love this particular restaurant. A few of the condiments or request was missed but thats okay we ate good. We love to carry out and sit on the front porch for dinner. usually always satisfied. Thank you to the hard workers the ones that want to be there and that love to serve their customers thats what its all about finding jobs you love

30mins to get my order waiting for double order biscuitsNgravy then tried to give me sandwiches that were ready 15mins ago I had to tell them I wanted fresh sandwiches

This is one of the worst McDonald’s in town. No order, just utter chaos, especially inside. No one is taking orders, employees walking around and talking crazy about having to do their jobs. They don’t get your order correct, then act like they have a problem when you come back to get it correct. Nor do they apologize for getting your order wrong! They need adults working here with common sense, not a bunch of teenagers or adults without any idea on how to run a restaurant!

My 12 year old just came through and asked for no onion on her two cheeseburgers and they put them on there, cheese was sideways and it was poorly wrapped. She also got a chocolate shake that tasted spoiled. They put onions on every single time she asks them not to.

Very long line and they got order wrong and the girl working the window was not friendly at all

Second time Ive been there. Stood by register for 10 mins not one employee came to get my order. Worst McDonalds ever!!!! Maybe they should close it down its that bad

30 min wait in drive thru. The food is always messed up lately. So double check order.

I would give no stars but it won’t let me. So my daughter and her 2 friends were there eating and were informed by the “AREA SUPERVISOR” that they had 30 mins to eat and then leave!! When I called and asked to speak to a manager this employee gets on and says that there’s no way someone said something like that to a customer especially since they were busy at the moment, so she went and got the Judy person who got on the phone and after I told her the situation she said she was the one who told them that because it’s McDonald’s policy!!! A policy put in place so everyone would have someplace to sit and eat. Now mind you there were plenty of empty tables in the lobby and the girls weren’t bothering anyone. Like when did McDonald’s start a time clock of how long you had to eat before you had to leave???? And there were barely any customers in the restaurant?? I mean about my daughter was soo embarrassed and hurt that she wasn’t allowed to eat at her own pace and enjoy her 2 friends that she hadn’t seen in a while! She even ordered something else so they would be “given” more time to enjoy each others company. Needless to say we will not be visiting that establishment anymore due to the lack of customer service and quality!!! Shame on you McDonald’s!!!

The cheeseburger was fresh so were the fries it was ok

Pulled up in drive thru at 224p. Did not leave drive thru but 247p. I ordered 2b with a sprite lymonade. The gentleman who took my order did tell me they were out of the sprite. The young lady who took my money, did not tell me they were out of the sprite. I found out went I went to the pick up window and was given a frozen coke. I was then asked to pull up to the third window. Not sure how long I sat there before they gave me a cold burger and cold fries. 23 minutes for cold food and a drink that I did not order. Maybe, stop advertising your frozen drinks if theyre not going to be always available. Also let the order taker know when youre going to be out of product

Has wait 15 min on food an all the tables were dirty all of them while a few managers sat in lobby chatting

Its actually a pretty decent McDonalds in the common times of our McDonalds El across the country pretty much being a little bit overrun and understaffed. The guys that work at night may not be chatty or be able to answer all your questions due to the fact that theyre multitasking and trying to get everyones order right but they pretty much always get my order right so Im actually pretty pleased with this McDonalds right now

Very awful service manager was cussing in the middle of the store at a customer and waited 20 minutes for a sweet tea absolutely would not recommend going.

Food was cold , credit card machine crashed , waited 15 minutes! Bright side I did get a slight discount!

We waited at the drive thru and watched them take two orders that arrived after us from the other line. Had to pull up to the window. Very frustrating. Usually good fast service. Give it a 1 this time but usually a 4. So, 3 overall.

The staff are usually nice and helpful but here lately not so much, Im all for kids working and getting started in the working world but is it me or does it seem like the kids these days are rude and so disrespectful that you just want to break their little necks... I mean good Lord did anyone teach them some freaking manners or what... Guess not

It took 15 minutes to get my order. Several employees standing around talking 3 were on there cell phones. Six people standing in line waiting for someone to take there order with no one at the cash register. Employees including managers arguing loudly behind the counter. With such few customers in the restaurant service should not have been this bad. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT

Food quality, same as it has been on a long time. Service, same as usual. Downside is I ordered my kids happy meals and they didnt have the freaking toy! They sorted it out, but gave us a toy from forever ago and not the Disney toy they were supposed to. They were supposedly out, but I think they may have actually been hording them.

Fries we cold and tasted old wont be back for awhile

Very inconsistent in the quality of their food. Went one night and got fries and they were good. Went the next night and the fries were disgusting, not cooked all the way, yet they were hard as rocks. Plus, they never have pies😒

Wasnt the nicest people to deal with on night shift. But the order that we got was what it was supposed to be and was hot. Not to bad just a regular McDonalds to eat and and get a fast bite.

5 stars if they were fully staffed. Had to wait a long time for our preorder pizza.

McDonalds in Yorktown has a good atmosphere. Its homey. The manager is always friendly. This visit, I had a drink & made a phone call.😊

Took me 24 mins last week to get a mcchkcken that I order inside !!!!! A MCCHICKEN PPL!!! TOOK THE SNOTTY LIL KIDS THERE 14 MINS just to come over and take my order they had much more pressing gossip to do while me and 5 other ppl stood in line! The manager Erica there runs that place solo and does a great job shes awesome with the customers. Quick to fix ur problems and actually cares!!!

Food was good for the most part. My chicken sandwich was overdone. The fries made up for it though. Staff was polite although very minimal in interaction.

By far my least favorite McDonalds location Ive been to in Muncie,IN. Drinks had little to no ice, our burgers looked like they fought someone, and the fries clearly were cooked in old grease. Ive been here multiple times, trying to give them a chance. However, consistently they let not only me but more importantly my children down.

The food was great and good service.

Slow slow slow slow slow. 11:02 after waiting for 20 minutes in line for a breakfast doordash im told they stopped serving breakfast. Did you seriously wait until i told you what i was there for to start making it? It should have been done and waiting by that point. Wasting my time AND costing me money

Fries were old, and over cooked by time they were served to me. They more often then not forget a drink or shake. They didnt put napkins in bag, or offer or give me receipt. The line was TERRIBLE. I went inside to see if that would expedite my order, and the four people in line had nobody waiting on them to order at register

Everyone knows about McDonalds. They are usually too busy. They get most orders out quickly. You need to check before leaving drive thru to see that you get all the items you pay for. We went drive thru to get granddaughter a happy meal. We waited maybe five minutes and this time the order was right.

I received everything except my dipping sauce which I cant do get cause Im at work. I wish theyd double check their orders. Im really mad this isnt the first time they have forgotten something. They forgot an entire meal one time. I dont normally complain. But Im not gonna eat the nuggets because who at work eats cold dry nuggets......

Horrible. Sat in the drive through for nearly 45 minutes. Got up to the speaker to rider and after what seemed like eternity (14 minutes)had to ask the order taker if they were ready to take our order. Never again. Chadam store or the Tillotson store which has been horrible service for at least the last 6 months on their third shift. Employees standing outside working on cars, drinking and smoking weed amongst themselves and with visiting friends. I mean, fire them all. I wouldnt trust it.

They almost always mess up if you order delivery. If you go through the drive through things are a little bit better. Food quality is better than some McDonalds... for the food items you do receive.

Slowest service EVER. Yesterday they had me waiting almost a full hour for an order I was delivering. It was just a nugget meal. How hard is that? They need to get their priorities straight and get new management. They were handing out food to whoever said they ordered it even if they didn’t have a receipt. Waste of time remaking every other order because they handed it to the WRONG customer.

I love the way their coke taste and its only $1. I mean who could go wrong. Im not a big fan of their food but I will eat it here and there. Their drive-thru is always packed up with automobiles, probably because they do have a large selection of $1 prices on items. Custom Service is usually good. Sometimes you get a person with a bad day.
