McDonald's in Plovdiv

The worst McDonalds I have been to. Completely messed up my order.

Ordered coca cola got water

Dissapointing quality of food

Long queue but good food, only if it had been a little cheaper

Disapointed I use to be satisfied, bit now miissing items at drive-in and they take you for a liar and not the first time its happening. It seems that soda are diluted with water. 3 th july 2022 at 17h50. I give almost 2 stars thanks to the casher of the drive-in who is professionnal.

I just used the drive through McDonalds... I ordered couple of burgers and pickep up the order.. when i come home, 1 burger is missing.. i am calling this branch and lady doesnt speak english and keep hanging up to my face!!! I called 3 times, just because she can not speak english, either not answer the phone or hang up on the customer face! Dont you have at least supervisor or manager who can speak english? Terrible service...

Terrible rude staff. Poor customer service. Asked if I can have 5 apple pies - I just received the answer “no”. When I asked for 2 - they said yes but I have to wait 10 minutes. I don’t mind waiting but they couldn’t be bothered to make my order because they close soon - even though they claim to be “open 24 hours” paigons

This McDonalds was one of the greatest ones in the city but i cant say that anymore. I used to get a share it box some years ago, today we decided to stop by and get some fast food. We ordered 6 chicken nuggets, french fries, a coke and a sauce. First of the Coka Cola was the worst not cold and it also didnt tasted right it was degassed. Second i ordered a BBQ sauce and they gave me mayonnaise. The fries were cold but idrc about them. I dont like McDonalds anymore

this is the fastest mcdonalds in Plovdiv, but still extremly slow and expensive. Mayo is always extra cost, and there is no gift for late service.

I think that the personal is the face of the company and like one they should be more friendly, but aggressive. Even in pandemic we remain to stay human beings

It is one of the worst places I have eaten in Plovdiv that I can remember. Inexplicably high prices, ridiculous quantities, really poor quality burgers and fries, and all wrapped up in a ton of unnecessary plastic garbage. Its terrible.

Good service but old food .We got food poisoning on Sunday august 15/21 from BigMac meals. Me and my brother both had BigMac meal and 30min later felt illThis location does not follow safety food or Covid guidelines and customers don’t wear masks. People are in and out maskless so just stay away for your safety

The barbecue sauce they put now everywhere is so difficult to digest. I continue to think McDonalds will collapse because of quality/price/unhealthy food

Food is as expected, the place wasnt very clean though.

The food is what you expect, but the service is slow and sometimes they dont serve stuff from the menu because theyve cleaned the machines. That goes for the McDrive, but as a whole - great fast food restaurant! Recommend it if youre fan of the brand or want to try it.

Better taste than the other Mcs around

I would go there only as a last resort. That goes for all McDonalds places. Thus one seems particularly let down.

Its alright, but I wish it was bigger, pretty crowded all the time

The coca cola was only ice without coke and the burger was cold. The most worse place in town.

Just a normal McDonalds. nothing to add, no complaints, not too many parking spaces, but thats normal for the centre of the city. Polite service. Clean.

Service was fast, location was good and the restaurant in general seemed well taken care of.

People work kinda slow, not that hygenic. Mcdonalds basically..

Long waiting times due to understaffed counters (full parking, restaurant and drive-in, still only two people serving the restaurant and drive-in). Often parts of the order are forgotten (you pay for it, but you wont get it). Did not visit this branch for a while because of the issues, i was hoping it would be temporary.

To be honest thats my favorite McDonalds in the city

The air-conditioning did not work and it was hotly hot. I got a bun with mold and Im pregnant thats very dangerous. They exchanged my sandwich immediately. But its horrible - do not they throw old bread? ...

No Salat. Extra charge for Ketchup. Lower quality than usual

As any mcdonalds :Has free parking, wifi, excellent coffee. Has even pos-terminal so you can pay with card.

worst experience ever at McDonalds.French fries very very bad, and Mac chicken even worst !!Never again, where is the McDonalds standard worldwide ??

Its located on a major road, so you can get a quick snack and get back to your car travel

Having a drive thru is a plus but theres hardly any parking and its quite far from the center.
