McDonald's in Stoke-on-Trent

The door says 24hour 7 days a week, Google also states it is 24 hour. We go in after 12am and are kicked out as it is pick up orders only for Uber and just eat. DOES NOT STATE THIS ANYWHERE

Supposed to be open 24 hrs, yet every time I get there in a morning the drive thru has cones up and clearly isnt open.

If you dont want to get ripped off then Dont go McDonalds on Victoria Road in Fenton... I just been# . Brought 2 large bigmac meals. Ask for milkshakes they come up with THE MACHINE ISNT WORKING.. like always.. Only to receive the meals FREEZING COLD and looks like a happy meal.. nothing was large only the price.. They refused to lower the price just a little.. 😡

No milkshakes...ever ..its more of a novelty that they clean the machine to serve them! Its the basic three item menu McDonalds is known for, dont come here if you want them!

I can not tell you how slow the service is. Over half an hour we waited for a breakfast meal. Everytime you looked through the window the staff were walking or standing around like there was nothing to do. To top it off my meal was burnt when I received it!

Poor , long waiting the staff put wrong items or didnt put what you order.. busy need more staff

Impossible to get in touch with them when (not ifthey mess up your order. Ordered 2 quarter pounder meals exta cheese burgers cheese shareboxes, received drink, share box and drink... thanks mc Donald we have enjoyed the burgers we didnt have

Every time we go the drive through were asked to park up while they prepare our food and every single time were 4got about and end up going in to complain. Would do a 0 star if had the option to.

I get they were busy but my wrap had stuff missing off it that I wanted on it and there were items missing out of my bag

A Clean restaurant but on our last visit a lot of menu was unavailable. Some of the item were but not limited to.Some of the burgers,Most of the cold drinks,Tea,Milkshakes,and Ice creamIts was very disappointing

Slow drive thru and they got my very simple order of a quarter pound meal wrong. Full day coke instead of zero, asked for heavy ice and got none’m!

Always what you expect, quick service accurate orders and friendly drive thru staff 😁

On a few occasions, we have asked for things to be left off a burger, suchas cheese and lettice. Soggy lettice does not taste nice, we like the crunch.

Long waiting times on the drive through. Its better inside with table service or going up to the counter.

As ever very busy at dinner time, but still quick service, with the same high standard, very busy at Victoria Road outlet

The staff that work her are completely and utterly useless. management are a complete embarrassment to themselves. If you work here and are reading this justKnow that employment in any real job is nigh on impossible for you because you can’t even complete an order right. breakfast order turned up with items missing and wrong sauce on Items that were actually there. I must be nearly as stupid as the staff to keep ordering from here. Avoid this place like common sense avoids the staff that work here.

Arrived after a call out from work. Travelled several miles as Google showed this as the only place open 24 hours. Predictably this place was closed. This resulted in a very disappointed partner who graciously accompanied me. Not impressed.

Waited nearly 10mins on drive through in soaring heat no explanation off anyone as to what was the hold up. Couldnt go forward couldnt go back as was hemmed in with other cars wont be going back

Just been Victoria Road mcds and they have given me a single cheeseburger when I ordered and payed for a double cheeseburger so I wasnt very happy when I got home. But on the other hand the drive thur guy was great, very friendly and quick and had a lovely voice.

Very fast service and didnt seem to have any delivery drivers hanging around. Food as good as ever 🙂

Drive through was packed coming outside of the car park. I had to wait to park up and then inside they looked to be prioritizing online orders over internal customers. Its too small to be having 10+ customers waiting and another 5+ delivery drivers waiting for online orders.

Food was all tipped out in the bag. Tried to call to speak to someone. Didnt answer the phone. Tried customer service. No answer

Im sick of MC Donalds. Weve all been to one. Just another place for us drones to spend some cash. And the fact that the staff seem to have all shut down mentally and physically means I wont be spending another £ at any of them. Go make a sandwich. Itll actually fill you up and wont cost as much.

I think most people experience this half filled fries cold burgers and the ice cream machine seems to always be broke. Staff were unhelpful after being told that the machine was broke at window 1 I arrived at window 2 and was told that if I wanted to order a mcflurry I would need to drive back round even though the staff at window 1 had given wrong information massive inconvenience when there are 6 cars behind you !!!

Very poor service they never do the correct food what I ordered do not use McDonalds even when custmazie food to what I want and still didnt get what I wanted I wouldnt recommend McDonalds ever again

Took the grandchildren for a treat, disappointed that the order was so messed up. Having to return once reachef home was not good, especially trying to explain to children where there burger was. Yes it was rectified on return, I guess extra staff or more efficient systems or processes may assist.

The food was delicious but the service is very slow and the burgers arent stacked properly. They forget to give you all the food you already payed for so you have to come back and tell them that a burger is missing.

Nice and clean, was a bit apprehensive about using the order board, but was easy to do and an option of table service was great with having children with us..Well done McDonalds

Dreadful .. wont be calling there again.. I arrived at 7.50am Friday morning I ordered on touch screen only ordered for myself a sausage egg muffin meal an regular diet coke think it came to £4.49 .. there was two people in front of me I could see drive thru seemed quite busy but at 8.10am I was still waiting there was one girl behind the till an I saw her get order ready thinking it was mine then she goes to the parking lot with it so it wasnt mine so I shouted to lad on drive thru till I want a refund he said sorry mate what u waiting for I said I only ordered a sausage muffin meal he said hang on il get it sorted then he shouted to woman in back an she came to till an said you want a refund I just said yes please . There was no what u waiting for off her or apology I got me refund an walked out as I was walking to my car a man was just walking in I said I wouldnt bother mate sgit service Ive been waiting 20 mins he just said always the same here ..I wont call again !!!!!!

i ordered from here and my partner’s burger was missing a whole burger patty, half on one of mine wasn’t even in the burger and the mozzarella sticks were crushed and in pieces. the entire order was completely cold and when we asked about it we were told they wouldn’t be doing anything about it. awful quality control. ordering from a different McDonalds next time

Called at this so say 24 hour mcdonalds before a long drive to newcastle upon Tyne at 5 30 in the morning for breakfast doors were closed, waited half an hour still didnt open had to leave so no breakfast and a 3 hour trip, whats the point in having a website that says 24 hours when clearly its not absolute joke, I live in bristol this never happens there 😡😡

Although the restaurant wasnt busy the car park was full and some customers were using the Aldi parking area.Eating in looks like great fun for children but purgatory for adults.

Do not visit this branch! They somehow manage to mess up orders everytime. But a person doesnt really care too much if the cheese wasnt placed right in the buns etc however how can you miss putting salt on your fries? And how many times are you going to do this? To the regional manager, try eating your large fries without any salt.. Let me know how you feel. Not that you care but also paying close to 20-40 quid on each trip.. And having no salt on any of your fries.. In the whole order.. What are you playing at? Given this branch one too many chances. (food collected through drive thru)

Today was a good experience. The food was hot and served quickly. The only thing that was wrong was my son wanted a book with his happy meal, but he got a toy. He soon forgot about it though. The restaurant was clean.We have had previous poor experiences here including missing drinks (twice), wrong food (onceand missing meal (once).

Very good. But the fries are often too soft.

Half the restaurant is seated by delivery drivers, Id rather eat in my car.All McDonalds need to have a separate area for workers and Customers.I bet they dont allow staff to sit or eat in the public areas!?

Not happy waited 20 mins for my order as they got every 1s order mixed up the staff need to get a grip then they forgot our drink and the other nite all our order was completely wrong and squashed the rest into a small bag shocking

Each time I order uber eats they never get the dips I have ordered from there several times and never get the dips its getting annoying and whenever me and my boyfriend go the staff we see are grumpy. The frys are cold and unsalted. The garlic bites were bland and hard. Also there was half of a milkshake ans it was more liquid then thick like it always is ans tastes strong ans disgusting

Vile delivery drivers stood right outside the main door smoking and spitting. Staff dont even challenge them. Not a pleasant welcoming at all. The place was full of delivery drivers, really off putting.

Service is poor at best of times.On several occasions I have ordered food through UberEats (or other delivery app), Click & Collect or the in-store self service tills and Ive had items missing from my order!Most recently I was missing an entire sharebox of cheese dippers and no more than a month ago I didnt get my Big Tasty just the fries and drink! One time I received an Apple Pie instead of Mozzarella Dippers. They dont even look remotely the same!!I know certain times can be frantic and delivery drivers can pressure staff causing them to make mistakes but no excuse! I should trust that the staff can read my order and collect the correct items without fault!2 strikes. 1 more and Im done.

Unprofessional rude staff. Long wait even are no orders. Staff chatting not preparing your food. Quite difficult to ask something because they act like they dont hear when shouting. I wouldnt recommend. Going with a child will be unhappy because of wait...

This McDonald’s is by far the worst in Stoke! Every single time we’ve been here there’s always a problem, Missing items or the wait time is ridiculous! We’ve been late late at night on Sunday evenings and early mornings and the wait is still ridiculous even when there’s only 2 cars and no one inside. Beyond a joke. The staff are rude bar a few and they just throw your food together and it looks like s**t!! Avoid! Go that little bit further to festival Park! Only ever had a problem once there.

Have a problem every time I go. Can’t get egg anymore on breakfast as always has the shell in. It’s horrendous to bite into a soft McDonald’s McMuffin and have a crunch, I was physically sick. Wait time is always ridiculous and orders often have something wrong or dips aren’t included and whatnot. Yesterday waited 20 minutes for a pick up order which had no dips so had to ask for them, only to then be given the wrong ones, both large and medium chips looked like small chips, half missing. Constantly run out of Fanta and sprite. Fed up of always having problems at this maccies, not had many problems before since coming to stoke 2018 but this last year it’s just getting progressively worse.

Last two visits used drive through and get home and first time Apple pie is missing, have to drive back. Second time went through drive through this time I checked if everything there., Didnt notice anything missing got home and instead of a chicken nugget happy meal I got a hamburger happy meal, had to drive back. Tried to complain and just got an insincere apology from some stroppy employer. Useless. Spending too much time worrying about the Uber drivers then drive through. Yes I can see youre busy but I at least expect to get what I ordered

Food as per usual but the lady cleaning was really pleasant, and came to make us aware when the toilets were back open. Good customer service 👍

Went to McDonalds on Victoria Road with my granddaughter. Ordered the happy meal with Sonic toy. The toy was a pack of DreamWorks playing cards didnt even have any pictures of Sonic on then. Very disappointed little girl had to go to another shop and buy her a Sonic toy. Not happy

Every single order from here is missing items, wrong items or damaged. We will no longer use Uber eats or this store. Last 6 orders have been wrong and 8 of the last 10 orders were wrong. Dont use this McDonalds the staff are incompetent.

Lazy staff 20 mins wait in drive through would be a under statement one machine not working Oki but no milkshakes .. Oki il have ice cream .. no ice cream Oki il have ice Carmel latte again no so all 3 machines are not working ... or staff that dont want to clean them

Using self service little confusing, (hubby only has plain burger). Busy when I went, but managed to find someone to help. She was patient, even if a little put out! Then the machine didnt give receipt, found someone again, who said "oh that machine doesnt give receipts, they are aware!" Well put a notice up to tell customers! So I asked her to tell me what number my order is - otherwise how would I know when my (Takeaway), collection is ready?! Rubbish experience. This was compounded by the fact when I got back to my car, found no sauces/dips! Despite them being added in with order! It was clean though both inside and out. The toilets were clean, and plenty of hand-wash.

Says open 24hrs on Google and on the app. Ordered on the app and when I got here there are cones put up in front of the drive through, nobody inside and the doors wont open. Thanks for wasting my petrol...
