McDonald's in Irakleion

The quality was very poor and the burgers very small, and that is based on all other MCDonalds restaurants I have eaten around europe.

Food good.No counter service bad and why only rated as 4*.Young lady placed our order via the touch screen

It was very good. Better than McDonalds in Czech republic.

They don’t even allow very small dogs in their bags/cages to be inside. Very inhumane and unreasonable customer service. Furthermore, we waited 30 minutes just for someone to appear just to order.

Not much to say tipical McDonalds, but the food seem to taste better than in our normal region McDonalds.We ate with less than 10€ plus bonus coffee, loved it.

Bought a Takeaway from here unfortunately the burger was missing from one meal and fries from another, seemed very busy and the staff were overwhelmed. Sadly we walked a distance before stopping to eat the meal so hadn’t realised the mistake in time to get it corrected

One of the least McDonalds with high quality service. Interior is quite interesting by design means, comfortable, enough places, with conditioner

Nice change from the everyday Greek norm. Beef quality seemed far higher than the garbage we get in Canada. Great selection of burgers and chicken. Of course... The kids loved it.

A lot of people in summer season but everything it is good.

Ive been to many McDonalds in my life, very few actually deliver good service, but this one was amazing. They work very fast too. Ordered about 40€ worth of food and drinks at the drive-thru and by the time we pulled up to the window it was already finished. Ive been to this location at least 3 different times in the last month and each time it was a different employee but they all delivered equal if not better amazing service.

We must give credit where it is due,We are a big family of 10 from the UK and after a visit to the kids dinosaur museum we treated ourselves to a McDonalds,Wow what a surprise, we were greeted by a cleaner who gave a warm welcome, all staff were so helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was spotless, the food was brought to the table and was hot and fresh , the best McDonalds we have been to thanks

Long waiting time, it is much better to find some local restaurant for the price

Two stars for the amazing and hard working staff. The food is garbage. I didnt expect anything and was still let down. The outrageous thing is that this thing they try to sell you as food isnt even cheaply priced. Why would I ever pay 7 euros for their "premium" burger which is still worse than almost all other food out there.

Always nice to try Mcdonald from an other country.I like the fact that they have big screens to order by yourself.Staff is very efficent, we didnt wait long as im used to in my country. Food was mcdonald quality which is alright.A bit disapointed that there is no Greek-Mac anymore. I was hoping to try this out.

Very very clean, always cleaning bins thats nice to see in a food area, good portions really nice place.

Too long work for only three burgers and milkshake. We were waiting about 12 min without crowd and many orders.Close to the bus station - convenient for travelers.

All the menu is in greek so it was a challenge for me to order somenthing to eat.the staff is nice,the place is quite big.didnt really liked the burger i ordered.it tasted quite funny.

Its very hard to find McDonalds in Crete, but good that there is one big in Heraklion: very clean inside and has a lot of space. The staff is very friendly. Also it has MACauto (24 hours). If you parked on territory of MacDonalds - dont through your bill - you will need it in order to leave parking.

The Greek McDonalds is so much better than in the uk in terms of cleanliness and the staff being friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the experience.

By far the cleanest, prettiest, comfiest and overall best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Everything is clean and neat. The food is good and served incredibly fast. The service is also very good and professional

Checked vaccine status. I just dont like ordering on a screen. Id rather someone take my order. It tastes like McDonalds.

So when the renovation the whole place the service is that good. It’s taking so long to take the food. I ordered 22:07 and now it’s 23:00 the food isn’t here yet.

Best option for fast food as tourist near city center. Both inside and outside sitting are open. Washroom are also available inside free of cost.

Went to McDonalds after landing into Heraklion rather late due to it being "fast food". Well, fast it is not. Waiting 20 minutes for my order to be taken then another 15 minutes for the food to be ready, but they forgot a burger in the order. Staff seemed over worked with only a semifull restaurant. The guard at the storefront was up on the COVID though which was nice to see.

They accepted an order via efood at 23:30 then they canceled it 40+ minutes later, without even calling me, so I couldnt even order from anywhere else.I order often online from restaurants for many many years, this is the first time I encounter such unprofessional behavior.

Fabulous place for chill. Come here if you wanna fresh and enjoy your picnic. Inside and outside area awesome. Staff behavior is good. I enjoy very much with chicken burger, Fries and Cola. Hopefully will visit again.

NEVER GO THERE !Ice cream all melted ,when wanted to exchange very rude cashier told that its because of carmel syrup inside .Cafe latte without milk!The restaurant is a joke. Waste of time and money

The queue was too long at the drive thru and the milkshake tastes horribly sweet! Also everything is too expensive, 3.85€ for a plain mc chicken.

I ordered the McBacon, I asked the seller what is the size of the whole hamburger and she told me that it was regular, the size of the patties were seem regular as well at the screen that was on the wall, when I got my meal I was surprised to see that the patties were se thin that I thought it was one pattie, and the whole sandwich was at size of big Mac, not the regular hamburger, also it came with 2 pieces of bacon barely at the size of my finger together, I want also to to say that the seller was very unpleasant and rude, to sum up Ill say that my entire experience was undelightful and disappointing

The place needs focus om hygiene, it is not clean. The personel is only in front desk, no one clean tables or check if the play area for children is clean. Toilets are the worst, no paper and realy smelly. Last time we will visit them.We know that the company have strict rules about washing hands when you do change stands. In Heraklion they take your money and then fix the chips without washing hands. We did find poo in the play area for children. I must say I wonder if they use the same washing cloth at toilets and on tables the few times they wash, sorry to say.We observed one person at the kitchen in private clothes, washing the "grill"-not gloves.This restaurant realy has to improve: system, hygiene and service.

Every country I go too I stop at a local McDonalds. This was probably the best McDonalds I have been too in regards to having very fresh food.
