McDonald's in Cill Airne

No table service! But everything else was fine.

Gave the whole family severe food poisoning. Entire day wasted.If anyone in the management is interested, it was order number 69 placed on Sunday, the 11th of September 2022, around 9:37 PM.

Service appalling. Same Bearded gentleman, and I use the term loosely, at both windows. No smile, no eye contact, no thank you

We ordered through the terminal, quickly received the order, very tasty, the staff is fine, well done, neatly clean, constantly cleaning.

The chips were the worst I think I’ve ever gotten from a McDonalds. Undercooked and so soggy. It was very disappointing to be honest. Got the chicken Selects meal, and I gave the two stars for the chicken selects only. ZERO stars for the fries. Even the box was soaked through with oil..

My order vanished in mysterious circumstances, when I finally got it I found hair in the burger

🍔 Pretty tasty the crispy 🍗 chicken italliano...In my opinion here the most tasty fast food 🍟 in irish McDonalds chain (at least in all restaurants where I have been in Ireland)

Gor all threes of my friends order wrong and we went back and orderer clearly what we wanted and they got it wromg again

Nice staff member today around 6pm at the pay window on drive through, nice lady on collection point. Awful parking as people who queue up for MacDrive are blocking last lane of parking :( pretty bad to get in or out…

Awful experience. Forgot half our order. Ordered a chicken big mac , got a beef big mac . Queing in the drive thru for 40-50 minutes. Disgraceful . Would not recommend going here

The toilets are disappointing. Otherwise, its a McDonalds like any other.

Aah, processed food too fill the gap! Potato fries is all I was hoping to get, but to get that, the bata is a double quarter pounder with cheese and a drink to make sure it gets flushed 😳.Thankyou to all the lads and lassies who at the end of the day, just trying to make us smile 😃.Thanks MCDONALDS 👍

Very rude employees women yelled to clean the table that was not messy and stared as I done sound was waiting a very long time to be served 😡not happy at all

Very bad employees. Very rude. Took forever. On our way out women yelled at me so get my tray. Gave very dirty looks on our way out and gave cheek to us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The McDonalds in Ballincollg has improved greatly over the last two years. They get thru the drive thru line pretty fast and generally you get what you have asked for, it hot, and what you would expect from any McDonalds. Great service. Staff are polite, even when you know they are under pressure.

No seating area opened so could only get takeout. Every other McDonalds is opened so Im unsure why.

The que outside the door is needed for social distancing, thats reasonable, but once left in side there is little space to stand and wait asMost of the restaurant is closed off.Its a very busy macdonald, so the menu is greatly reduced with many items marked out of stock.

Worst mc donalds where ive ever been. With application i can use only 1 code for menu, and they are very slow :/ i waited like 20 minutes for 2 menu.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Left 6 kids and 2 adults very disappointed. No sit down possible, weeks after every pubs and restaurants in the country have reopened. Fries were dry and a whole meal was missing. Short staffed and long wait.

Dont normally go here but when I did previously there were a lot of menu items shown in the drive through. Not now though. Obviously only promoting the items they want you to buy when youre a drive through customer. Told me to download the app if I wanted the list. Said Ive no intention. Shame dont show better menu options in drive through. If you want full menu options, park up + go in.

The nice thing about McDonalds is wherever you go in the world, the quality and taste is excellent, and Killarney is really good. Its a bit disappointing that they only serve drive thru at the moment but in the current climate that can be excused. Staff are always so friendly and food is ready in a hurry

Very very slow on the drive-thru not for the first time. Food was good though. Need more staff on - not the fault of those working though

Left a drink missing with a happy meal and when I returned and asked about it I was told I needed my receipt which they never offered when paying. Not very good customer service.

Slowest McDonalds in the country. Be prepared to queue at least 10 - 15 mins at drive thru no matter the time. Restaurant not even open until 12 but still huge wait times for very few cars every time I try there.

Needs a complete overhaul of management. Closes early every night with the excuse of “technical problems” and claim it has “only happened tonight”. If you let them know that you know they are lying, it has been closing early every night and tell them you will report it to McDonalds, they open it up just for you for a few minutes and everything suddenly works perfectly and the described “technical problems” no longer exist - very odd. Watched countless cars show up 2 hours before closing time and have to reverse out and leave because they close it earlier than they should. Not fair for people that have spent time and fuel to drive here expecting it to be open and finding out it has shut early for absolutely no reason. When visiting earlier in the day the queues at the drive-thru are very slow and long. One of the worst McDonalds I’ve visited and the one with the most strange behaviour. Could be vastly improved with better management.

Seriously!I hope that someone from the HQ of McDonalds shows up and witnesses all the strange behaviour that occurs at this place!We have visited here four nights in a row and they closed early every night.Up to two hours earlier and blaming this on technical problems that seems to happend every night!Upon confronting a member of staff who may have been the manager she claimed that the tills weren’t working and it was only happening tonight. So we explained that we have visited four nights in a row and it was closed early every night.So I said that we will report this to McDonalds and then she opened up for us and all of a sudden everything worked perfectly!?Also the drive-thrue is very very slow during daytime!

Have literally been sittin in drive-in que for 30mins in 30degree heat. Absolutely ridiculous people are actually driving over the paths to leave theyre that fed up waiting. Never seen the likes of it. Absolute shambles

4 hours ago ,I spent 29euros in Mcdonald s in killarney. My was it an experience. Got my food and entered my car ,where I handed my 2 daughters there food. After a few minutes I realised that I was only given 2 straws and no triple cheese burger. I left the car and went into mcdonnels, where I was met by a male aggorant staff member,who after explaining my situation, ordered me to go out to the car and bring in all the food.i was so shocked that I actually walked back to the car once I got there I woke up from the shock. Anyway I did not take the food off my daughters, I went back into the restaurant and asked for a straw and told the aggorant male staff member to keep his cheese burger. If thats how you treat your customers, I wont be calling again .

The McDonalds in Killarney was very busy. We went through the Drive-In. The staff did not keep you waiting. The service was excellent.

We ordered veg burger meal with hot chocolate. In hot chocolate instead of putting milk they added water and chocolate powder. Neither me nor my wife checked during way back to home.Once we reached home and checked we literally called them to check is this a new recipe to make hot chocolate ???Vernocia shift manger respond to my call and told me hot chocolate does not contain milk and if we need we have to ask from them !Completely disappointed first time ever from McD.

Friday evening 6pm. Drive thru was queuing round the block, so we parked up and went in for take away. Just 3 minutes wait, food was hot and fresh and the guy serving was very nice. Lovely treat for the children.

Love the sausage and egg mac muffin for breakfast delicious quick friendly service lunch has to be quarter pounder no cheese and the big Mac meal for dinner and if I could just fit in one more it has to be the hot apple pie not all in the one day mind you would be the size of a house ha ha perfect for the quick bite when you dont want to go in just use the drive through

Well managed and very clean.Drive through was quick and accurate.Greeted by a staff member at the door who advised of the Covid protocol when we popped in for some add-ons. Hand sanitizer available and table service if wed been going to eat in.

drive true service leaves much to be desired, this is not the first time you order one, they knock out the other at the checkout, they still try to make you a fool, so that the bosses are not influenced. I do not recommend drive true service this service

Cannot order a simple sausage & egg mcmuffin WITH extra bacon in the machines which is a little disappointing! Once told to be served at counter was greeted with a smile and the young fella was helpful, until asked would I like red or brown sauce in a bacon sandwich to which I replied was it possible to get a small bit of both! The manager then appeared with an extremely snotty attitude with regards to my request and proceeded to nearly wobble his own head off of his shoulders with an over the top shake of the head to let me know that this simple request was above and beyond their call of duty! Deeply dissatisfied with this managers attitude if he leads by example while standing around doing feck all to assist others! The only reason I gave the 2 stars is because the rest of the staff here are usually very kind and helpful! Will be a long time before I eat here again, especially if that particular manager is there!!!

Huge lines because of Covid 19, but service is great. Because of Covid, menu is smaller. Food is ok, its McDonalds, dont expect something great. Staff really polite.

This outlet was very consistent with other McDonalds outlets Ive visited before. Good customer management (max of 5 customers in the store due to COVID-19 restrictions).Ordering is via the automated kiosks. Service was quick and unfussy. Parking was straightforward and the queue for the drive-through appeared to progress quickly.

Can be very busy during weekends and holidays. Small car park with the drive thru running through the back of the car park. Food is hit and miss especially since the layout changed where your order is given to you by means of a receipt and your order number appears on a TV monitor over the counter. Ive noticed the temperature of the food tends to be lukewarm to warm with this new set up.

Very fast service and friendly staff. The recycling facilities for when youre done are great to see.

Best McDonalds Ive ever visited! It was so beautiful and clean. The food was amazing compared to the food in America! And the service was outstanding! Thank you to the entire staff for being friendly and hospitable! We never eat McDonalds in the USA because of the quality of the food.

It was the first time I went.. but I have a very good impression about the place. It has toilets for customers, for disabled people as well.. It has some sitting area outside, its own parking, and was very clean.The staff was very nice too, they were helpful.Something I liked about it is the it wasnt too busy like other McDonalds.. so its worth a try..
