Im sorry but the burger meat smelled rancid??

Ordered spicy chicken nuggets and got regular nuggets but says on receipt spicy nuggets

A place to grab a quick bite to eat.

I am in my last week of pregnancy and i was in to get a meal and i had and an issue with my order so the person serving got the manager to sort the situation and just as i was speaking to the manager about the issue patricia one of the staff herd and started yelling at me and was talking over me getting involved making it very difficult for me to explain my problem and being very rude she had nothing to do with the situation. She made my experience very uncomfortable and embarrassing humiliating she was very un professional , i just wanted the situation solved . Because of this awful horrible experience of her getting involved i had to stand for a long time. my back pain is very bad from pregnancy and she stressed me out i had to go bathroom and vomit because she gave a bad vibe and scared my baby and got me very mad as i wasnt given the chance to express my problem. But the manager told her to stop and the manager reacted very professional and told me to sit down as he seen i was pregnant and was respectful and that he will sort the situation out which he kindly he was very understanding and professional.

Friendly staff but filthy. Even the "cleaned" tables were filthy. The bins were also full.

Always enjoy the food from McDonalds

Very hit and miss here, however the strawberry milkshake I had last night threw me over the edge. It tasted of cleaning fluid 🤢. The time before the coke was like 90% water.. I did not realise until I was a good drive away from the establishment, however it happens way too often that the food is not acceptable here. I wont be making a habit of going to McDonalds anymore.

While this McDonalds was very busy and they were coping very well with the volume and the time that the orders were coming out,Ii really must say that the cleanliness of the interior of it including the toilets leave a lot to be desired. The toilet paper dispenser keep getting jammed. There must be at least a couple of months worth of dust accumulated on the window jams and window sills. The floor was also crawling. Well below par with other McDonalds branches

One of the best fast food services worldwide, drive 🚗 thru services are very good,. As being world renowned company they could go ahead and provide healthier food options to kids and adults.

At the end of day its McDonalds. Its the first time Ive been in one for over 2 years. As an occasional treat its grand. Couldnt be doing it every week thats for sure. Had the chicken legend with cool mayo, very nice.

I rang to find out about delivery the girl that answered said it was online and not explain how to do it. Did not give me a chance to ask more about it.

Never in my life have I tasted this bad food from McDonald’s. I have had mcd across the world in different countries but this one was really bad, so I must write this review. Not sure how a simple classic Mac chicken burger goes wrong, extremely dry patty with NO sauce at all. Husband took a Big Mac and it had no sauce at all as well! The strawberry milkshake had a very weird taste. We just couldn’t drink it. Not sure what went wrong,

This place is a joke waiting 35 minutes in a queue before you even get to order 🙄 a second McDonalds is badly needed in Tralee

Always easy to access, no waiting and great deals on the app.

Very disappointing experience. Floors are filthy with dirt. Tables are left with food left leftovers. Asked one of the staff to clean a table for us. But never happened. They aren’t much friendly either. Lots of foreign staff who haven’t much idea about the menu. Never will go again. 🙈🙈

Went through the drive thru. Must have got it on a busy day because the queue was out onto the main road so it took a while to get to order what we wanted. The service was quick from there and the staff were very friendly. The fries we got werent up to mcdonalds standards

Restaurant in Manor West in Tralee is disastrous. On the entrance was information: cash only. Many people turn back and gone looking for ATM, including me. Surprisingly , when I came back with cash, was no problem to get paid by card , even information about cash only was still at the door. Very bad experience. 👎

Always free parking there, drive through queues can be long. Big turnover of orders means food usually very fresh.

This place was absolutely spotless, food very tasty and the staff very friendly and polite. Great service all round

Disappointing from older times. Personal services gone. Though the place may be empty, food not delivered to table like older times. No more friendly chat. You have to constantly get up too see the screen to see if youre order is ready. Have to say, new layout is Disappointing

Not so bad .. quick fix when your hungry. Their milk shakes are delicious though .

Not the cleanest and I suspect not very hygienic. Menu very limited. Floor area in the facility was grimy and toilets were dirty. Overall not a nice experience .I would think its just suitable as a drive through and not indoor trading.

Very long line of cars for drive through. Quick service in store for take away. Burgers were cold as was chips. But chicken nuggets were piping hot. Staff are friendly.

Very hit and miss, depending on which staff are on and how busy it is.When theyre on form, the food is great and the order accuracy is 100%. It doesnt matter what you order, itll be good food.When theyre off their game, though, theyre really off it: missing items from orders, food is OK at best, hot drinks arent mixed properly, that sort of thing.Most of the time, though, its a little above average, even for a McDonalds. Staff are friendly, food is good, some of the staff have the patience of a saint, and their order accuracy is on point.

Food is only to go, which is strange. The toilet was dirty, I went after it was one of the workers, which did not even wlash water after it self: ((((The employee did not understand the order well and spoke English, the manager joined in to help but in the end we received not what ordered .: ((we left not satisfied

Cant say fast in these time because of covid ques. But definitely got everything I asked for even extra ketchup without question. I went to a mcdonalds lately that didnt even give me 1 ketchup in my bag.

McDonalds Tralee is beautiful place to relax. It have drive thru and a very big parking. Theres wheel chair access and wheel chair parking. You can also order online and delivery is available.

Came here as were down for week family getting Mc Donalds family deal 16euros every chain except this one insisted on 8 euro coupons that ye have not given out in long time. Explained get it everywhere would not accomadate me at all had to leave and queue up for nothing, two staff and rude girl on intercom. Then finally manager, with no manners terrible English. So left go to burger King my kids very upset they love Mc Donalds never again. Totally un happy was no need for rudeness to us.

Always liked McDonalds. On this occasion . Tuesday 29th October 19 my daughter had a happy meal with nuggets. The nuggets were horrible, dry and tasted like cardboard. I asked for a balloon for my 5 year old but was told they didnt have them available until 12. This was 11.50. Was in a rush so could not wait. Not impressed in the slightest. So much for being a family restaurant. They didnt seem to care. Wont be back.

As it was well over 2 years since I visited McDonalds,so was looking forward to it,and it didnt disappoint me,great service,quick and the food was hot as well,over all very pleased,very clean,

I was very disappointed with the burger I chose. I decided to try the latest addition with bacon. The bun was cold, very cold in fact and the burger tasted as if it had been cooked for ages. I usually eat at the Killarney branch. My Mother had a filet of fish meal and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Went in the drive thru and fed 3 people for under 30 euro which was perfect because we had a long journey ahead of us and didnt have time to stop and of course the food is consistent so you always know what you are getting. It may be fast food but you can not beat that service :)

Despite being a busy McDonalds the service is very quick including the drive-thru. Staff are friendly and attentive especially when you have children. This particular outlet was updated in the last year and has electronic menus, comfortable seating, ipads for kids and the decor was updated also. Overall the atmosphere is comfortable and friendly.

The new self-ordering system does seem to speed things up a bit. Had a coffee there the other day and it was excellent. This particular store has always seemed to work fast but not reducing quality to improve speed.

Disappointed with new ordering and pay with card system in place now....totally chaotic with huge crowd jamming place up waiting to collect orders. Old system with staff on registers to take orders much better...bring it back. Several others I spoke to echoed similar sentiments...Food good and staff friendly and quick..

5 minute back up in the drive through due to 2 ordering lanes and only 1 set of servicw windows. Was nearly charged wrong amount first, then did not recieve half of order and had to wait again to get a completely thrown together wrap.
