The cashier is rude. Atleast clean the toilet

The attitudes were unreal. Not sure why either.

Sat in drive thru 5 mins+watched orders being taken in 2nd drive thru to cars after us! We left. This is the slowest drive thru ever! Not the first time! But us the last time we will go somewhere else

Service sucks. Very slooooow service through the drive in window. No one acknowledges you they just leave you sitting there. I left and went to burger king. Too many other options than to put up with poor service.

After waiting for 2 cars on each side, Came at 10:15pm to the speaker after saying hello, they ignored me, 2 cars passed by on the other lane, I still said in the window hello then i walked to the window patiently waiting 3 cars, to then the lady in the window said I dont have a right to walk to the window with a nasty attitude saying she didnt hear me but everytime, I go this mcdonalds and i stand outside the speaker the same way they do hear me, what a coincidence? I pay your salary coming here everyday, so you should be suspended talking that way to a customer, i was a cashier at BK I know how it works, so she can talk to me like that but I cant record her? Dont worry I recorded her to have proof she was talking to me nasty so they can be fired, but look how quickly she stayed quiet when I started recording and called the manager, I can definetely tell the management in this store went downhill, people were telling me but didnt it was this bad! Will post this on all social media places, hopefully the cashier is taken care of! And the girl behind her saying we cant help you, your not in a car, well then open the store so I can be helped. They dont let me post a video but I will be posting everywhere else! Without a doubt!

Service was fast, employees, staff, are professional and friendly. My food was fresh and tasty my fries was crunchy and delicious, and of course the Cherry cream pie yummy 😋

@McDonalds should literally take back a restaurant with horrible service giving them a bad name. The owner literally does not care about the service; he is cocky, rude and flat-out ignorant.

Woodstock location on Towne lake is very good.

!!!DON’T GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!I went to this location for lunch. I typically use the mobile app to gain points. So all I have to do is give them the number generated in the app and they automatically charge my credit card.The girl at the speaker took my order, I gave her my code, she proceeded to tell me to pull to the first window and I see that my card had been charged. I get to the window and she says I still owe her. I tell her you all have already charged my card. She says “You declined it so I need $10.67” I said no ma’am I didn’t and I proceeded to show her my recent transaction on my Amex.She calls her manager over, Miguel, and he says the same thing she says and then tells me that I either have to pay AGAIN or I couldn’t get my food. I say to him “If I pay again and it double charges me I should be able to come back and get a refund?” He says “yes but that first charge won’t go through. This happens a lot and people don’t ever come back because it didn’t charge them. If it does you have to bring a paper statement from your bank showing that it went through” I said ok I’ll be monitoring it.Four days later, BOTH charges posted. I went back up with my receipt and statement and MIGUEL says “No this isn’t a statement show me where it’s been double charged”. I show him Over and Over and he refuses to give me a refund.These people are fraudulent and need to be shut down!

I ordered my food dine-in at around 3pm, it came out quickly and was very good! I went to refill my drink and realized the machine was no longer in the dining room. I stood up front and waited with my lid off for a refill. The dining room filled with people ready to order but there was no cashier up front taking care of customers. There was an older black woman who was handing out orders to drive thru and people in the dining room and when I said “excuse me ma’am” with a POSITIVE attitude, she looked me in the eyes when handing a customer their bag and went back to passing out orders. I tried several times to ask her for a refill but with attitude for no reason at all, ignored me!!! I finally said after waiting 8 minutes for a refill, “ma’am please can I have a refill so I can leave?” And she got an attitude and told me “I CANT TAKE YOUR CUP BACK, WHAT DID YOU HAVE?” I was so embarrassed I looked at all the angry customers still waiting in the lobby to have their order taken and they agreed it was ABSOLUTELY the most ridiculous thing to make dine-in customers ask for refills! Are you kidding me McDonald’s? I shouldn’t have to wait for a god da*% refill and get attitude! She filled the cup full of ice and a little coke and shoved it at me. Not going back there!

I got a crispy chicken sandwich that they probably pull out of the trash.I dump it right away in the trash can.Good to know. So I will never come back.

I ordered an apple pie today and its so old the apple pieces taste and have the texture of leather. Its looks shriveled and dry, like an old boot. I tried to call and ask for a refund, but someone keeps skipping my calls. Waste of money. Disgusting taste. I better not get sick from this old garbage!!!!!

They make pretty good Fish sandwich and fries and everything but the ice cream machine it will be never be working never And you cannot get chocolate milkshake or anything like that

Hands down worst McDonalds ever visited. Was inside 21 minutes for a large Coke &Large Mango Slushy. Received Coke, never received Mango Slushy.Asked Manager after (20minutes about slushy, she said was working on mix. When was someone going to inform me.

Very busy drive thru. Okay its kinda normal so we waited. Then a voice in the box said "its gonna be a while I can only take so many orders" so I said thank you and we drive off.

Went there and ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and only got one.

Sunday morning hurry up before church breakfast recommended by my 7 year old worked out well.

This location opens at 5AM however they are never open by this time. Ive been by at 5AM being that i have to be at work by 5:30 and usually end up leaving because they havent started taking orders even by 5:15. Ive seen lines of cars leave the drive thru on many occasions without being waited on.Terrible!!!!!

Ice cream machine was down which made me sad. Also, the guy who took my order at drive was difficult to understand and got a little short with me because I couldnt hear him very well.

Line is usually long, but the employees keep everyone happy and moving!

Just stopped at this McDonalds on Cobb parkway in Marietta stood in line by myself for 10 minutes then just before someone that saw me in line came to the register some jackass got right in front of me and when the person came up to the register to take the order they saw I was supposed to be first but they took this clowns order anyway I walked out

Longest I’ve ever waited for McDonald’s or “fast food” in general!!!! Absolutely ridiculous we got skipped not once but TWICE in the drive through and once we arrived at the window this young man gave us his “sound cloud” business card and told us to go listen to his music… man I just wanted my food 40 mins earlier. Not to mention the ten cars that pulled out of the drive through behind me. (They were the smart ones as I should have done the same thing). I also had my hopes set on a delectable “shamrock shake” but not to be disappointed… yet again the ice cream machine was down as always. To wrap things up Ronald McDonald would be rolling in his grave right about now.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Management really needs to do better at this location. Employees not not attentive whatsoever.

This place continues to amaze me as they seem to always be spot on with my orders and they maintain a drive thru of less than 4 cars deep consistently even during rush hours while living across the street from a college campus, did I mention there’s a motel behind them, my mind is blown. Everyone in this McDonalds deserves a raise. Every other McDonald’s north of Atlanta doesn’t come close to this location in quality and speed.

Wonderful experience at this location. Fresh fries. Fresh cookies and a friendly assertive staff

Asked for no onions on my Big Mac meal, guess what I got.... Every time I go to McDonalds I promise myself it will be my last because they just cant seem to get it right no matter which location you go to. I guess Ive got to stop letting the convenience factor play into my decision.

We was the only customer there going thru drive-thru and it took over 38 minutes to get a #1 combo meal nothing else. When we receive are meal we thought it was going to be hot, because it took so long, but no that case. Fries was cold and soggy. To get a fresh meal was an abundance of attitude and discouraged us from continuing with our request. I little customer service can go a long way.

Terrible, 25 minutes stuck in the drive thru line just to get the wrong order. Spent 5 more minutes to get the correct order and it was cold nuggets & cold fries. Get it together. 30 minutes of my life I cant get back.

Had All menu items. Even ice cream machine was working. The HI C was in stick. I will b driving tobthis location even tho its out the way. Its so much more friendly and has ALL Mt daughters needs. GrEAt JOB!!

This mc donalds is always very slow so if you only get 30 minutes for lunch choose another place to go because that 30 minutes plus will be spent in that line

I will not be coming back to this location. They always seem to screw up the easiest orders like “no pickles “. Today they managed to surpass even that low expectation and gave me a half raw burger. With pickles…

Love how I asked for a McCurry got charged almost 3 dollars and got half of my cup. Great job hate this location so much.

So disappointed. Went there before closing around 10:45pm was # 7 in line . Had my daughter checked her order and I looked in the bag saw my fries and the box of the burger I ordered. I went home and open my sandwich to find that there is no meat in my burger . Imagine how 😡 😤 I am.

Nasty. Terrible grill person today. Pulling meats too early. And I never understood why fast food doesn’t take one extra millisecond and not just slop the sandwich together. This was made worse today with under cooked meats. Not ant quality help out there I know. Need to retrain your grill person. I should have known. I will forever stick with chic fil a.

I ordered breakfast on the McDonalds app. Hotcakes, Big Breakfast, bottled water and a Sprite. They didnt give me syrup, butter, eating utensils or even a straw! Who you know eats plain, dry pancakes? Not most people. Terrible service.

Came through the drive-thru, and asked kindly may you make our fries fresh please, The individual operating the “drive-thru” then decided to talk out the side of his neck and say, ( with an attitude mind younext time tell me before I cash you out. They stepped up their game with that spicy chicken sandwich they have now. Just had one and I can say they’ve made a big improvement with the quality that’s for sure. Hot and fast with friendly service

Went to get an ice cream cone in the drive thru "young lady" said we have NO ice cream right now & I said that sure must be costing you guys on a beautiful Saturday like this? No reply...No problem! went to pay window "young lady" took my payment. Moved up to the next window & young man handed me my drink & I said I wish you had Ice cream..."we have ice cream" can I get a cone.."sure" handed me a ice cream cone?? WOW!! Communication is everything! **POINT** When you really want something in life (even as small as an ice cream conewrong encounter could be blocking you while the right one can help you move forward!ATTITUDE & ICE CREAM ARE EVERYTHING!!!! 3 STARS FOR YOUNG LADY 5 STARS FOR YOUNG MAN

On Monday, Dec-21-2020, before or around 8:00pmish, we placed an order that included a 6-piece chicken nuggets Happy Meal, and were disappointed with the food given to us. It was not warm... this was definitely not served fresh for my child. It was seating somewhere in a small brown bag, and that is what they gave us. During COVID times, where I have no way of knowing if they are giving me something another customer returned, you should be extra careful with the quality of the food served.

I have given this McDonalds literally 500 chances to be great. EVERYTIME I come to THIS MCDonalds my order is wrong, one time they even gave me moldy food...like covered in mold. Not sure how they “didn’t see that”. Today, of course, order was wrong when I told the guy at the drive thru he said I would have to pull back around thru the drive thru or come inside....like I was at the window. So I went inside, manager did not offer to fix it just went straight to giving me a refund and then walked away without saying anything. I never write reviews because it’s just time consuming to me but at this point worth it because they are the worst ever.
