Food was really good at this branch and fries were fresh.

Always Macdonald for food, service. Quality, price and one more thing friendly atmosphere in Macdonald.

Drive thru is very very very slow

They have terrible customer service. We tried to call there name but they kept ignoring us. They were not that busy and it took 15 minutes just for my frozen Fanta. I do not recommend coming here.

Worst service ever, the manager is ignoring while we ask them about order status and when they reply “ we dont have enough staff” come on! You are a global company and this word is not accepted and not business as a customer on how many staff are you having. Worst fast food service.

Good ambient environment with friendly staff. The ordering kiosk are great for contactless orders. Overall the food is amazing as well.

Love the burger and kids friendly meals such as nuggets and ice creams now a days coffee at mc cafe arent that good as the workers are Saudi locals who cannot do work properly and serve very slow therefore there is a long queue in order to place the order ...MC Donalds is loosing its charm in the market due to slow service ..

Very bad. I don’t like it. I just like to buy their ice cream the cheapest ever. All good are not halal meet or chicken. They don’t provide local food. They export it from outside, I don’t recommend it as a fast food. Not healthy at all.

I ordered sausage McMuffin with egg meal for take-out. Aside from waiting for long time to prepare the meal, you gave me the wrong order, you gave ham instead of sausage. How disappointing! Very incompetent crew.

Very very bad service am living he e since last 2014 and am visiting here every week ..the problem is that they are taking 40 minute to ready the order ..customer doesnt matter if there is no customer or there is too much customer always taking minimum 30 to 40 minute ..thats why i give it 1 star 🙏🙏🙏

A very nice walking/jogging track of 1.5 km around the park. Good location, quiet and calm. Perfect place for relaxing in the evening.

The branch has got serious issues. I have been waiting for my order for more than 20 minutes bearing in mind that no one was before me.The employee in the coffee section was very rude to people. For some reason, he was just shouting at anyone asking him a question or double checking his order.Final note, dont forget to check your orders before you leave because one of the employees, the manager precisely, gave me my order incomplete.

Our regular stop by place atleast once in a week. A very clean and hygienic place. Same as that of other MCDs, this outlet has the standard menu and options. Staff are very humble and helpful.

horrible drive through experience, you dont get your food from the next window as it is supposed to be ... u need to park and wait.... Mcdonald is same as any other Mcdonald. Nothing special and nothing wrong. The real problem is the Parking space outside. Cars for Drive Through block the Parking space badly. Also the shape of Parking lot is strangely design. Entry and exit is kind of miscalculated.

Good for having morning coffee at 1 SR from 6am to 10am.

Went here to get myself some ice cream at 1am when the restaurant was super quite and nobody besides me was there. I was patiently waiting for my ice cream cone for 3-4 minutes and then got a bit irritated to why it was taking so long and I started to try and get their attention just by saying excuse me several times but none of the employees were even looking back at me and were talking to each other for the longest time and then finally I got served after waiting for 9mins.

I went in to try a vegetarian burger and the vanilla icecream...The mushroom burger turned out to be mushroom topped burger.I was disappointed with flavor of vanilla ice cream. It was offwhite in color instead of pearly white that I get in other branches.The main displays only had Arabic and i was asked to the Kiosk to order if I wanted in English. Didnt even feel like taking a picture.

Now operational after their renovation. As of now, their customer-relationship skills have improved. Their speed and accuracy is now acceptable even under pressure with many customers.Their Drive-Thru is now properly designed (road, menu, and shade), ENGLISH Menu is available for non-Arabic speakers. The Singles Section and Family Section are now wider, more customers can be accommodated.The food is still tasty and delicious, well what can I say, it’s McDonald’s.<Review 3 months ago><2 STARS>The food is good, but you need to have BIG patience in this McDonald’s branch. It is very obvious that they are understaffed. Very long queues and long waiting time. Most of the staff have divided attention and they cannot focus on a single order, making the wait longer.I ordered 3 Latte Coffees, and it took me 40 mins to get my order. It took 3 persons to prepare my order. This branch was not as good as before, when most of the staff were Filipinos.They must improve the speed and accuracy of their service, to maintain customer satisfaction. Visit this branch, and you’ll get what I am trying to say.
