burgers are overly covered in onions, chicken nuggets soggy and undercooked, drinks are like 1/4 empty, the only good thing was the fries, gross.
Order board for your order number not working properly , staff did not call out orders when then where ready
We were not happy with the number of flies in the restaurant while we were eating. Something more should have been done to control them.
Loved how the bathroom has a paper towel dispenser at the door along with a wast basket so you can use a paper towel to open the door & discard it!
Flies were inside the heater shelf they keep the cookies in!! They could see them, but didnt care about it!! The sandwiches were very small with modest quality. Will never be back there.
Still Terrible, everytime i go to drive threw i get told to wait out front for something simple

Got what we ordered in a timely manner. Nice large parking lot with overflow for campers/RVs and semis. Clean bathrooms, not sure what else you can ask for at a McD. Recommended stop π

Just your typical fast food joint. I never give 10/10 so this would be a 7/10. Very annoying when they ask you if youll be using your MacDonalds reward app. If I use it, Ill use it. No need to ask every single time. Plus the drive thru is very slow most times.
This should be your stop on the Saskatoon/ Edmonton trip. It is exceptionally clean.
Local ownership doesnt seem to be paying attention to the amenities here. Pretty disappointing. Wet floor signs everywhere but floor clearly hasnt been washed. Play place "reserved" but not in use. Staff said it failed inspection. Random tv setup in there so probably a birthday party. Washrooms filthy. Outside food and garbage on the tables. Staff either high or really junior - doing the best they can but no leadership.
None of our plain burgers were made as ordered. I just asked for them plain. All they had to do was not add things to the bun. My son has an onion allergy so he couldnt eat. Im disgusted by ketchup and pickles so I cant eat either. There was unwanted sugar in my coffee. Gross but luckily its not a health reason. Awful experience for a very high price. Now Im cooking for my kids at 930 on a school night when they were supposed to enjoy a treat on the way home.
Did not double check that order was correct when we went through the drive through until we got home. When I called to speak to the manager about the 10 piece Nuggets that were not put in our order that we paid over 7 dollars for I was told that the next time I came in, they would give me a free order...so when I said I think that you should deliver since its your mistake, I received attitude. Not impressed with the customer service if they wont stand behind quality control mistakes. Should not be up to a customer to drive 20 minutes round trip at the cost of fuel to go back to get food that they were supposed to provide that I paid for!
Forgot a few items in my order. Straws are key, they forgot them too. Had to turn around and go through the drive thru just to get my straws. The lobby was still closed.
Great place for board games of all kinds, some entry level billiard equipment, and fun stuff. Knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere. Go there today.
They need to make up there mind as to the time of what and when there serving food. Go threw Drive thru give a order then they tell you oh we dont serve breakfast till 4 am. Never ha a issue before.
Stopped by on the way to skiing and was a good place to go would recommend. Food came out reasonably quick, workers seemed nice, was maintained fairly well, nothing to complain about!
The drive thru or take out only now, (Covidis always fast. I use the app now to pre-order and get points that dont take long to add up to something free.
Bueatifully made burgers there, at any other place the double quarter pounders can be dry and tasteless, this place made it soft, juicy and so perfect.
This location needs to pay more attention to whos in the drivethru. Pulled up was the only car there. Waited to give my order, only to have another car pull up in the other lane who then proceed to get their order taken before me.
Went to McDonalds on 82ave & 127 st they have good service but once in a while they will give you the wrong coffee when I ask for Regular Blend coffee after I leave I check my coffee and I find out I have DARK ROAST Coffee let me tell you it tastes like Burnt Beans that stuff can keep you awake for a month And when I go back the next time I tell about my coffee oh ok thats my Rant for the day SO Now I go to Tim Hortons for my coffee is just up the Block from McDonalds
I come from British Columbia with my family of 6 to visit family on a camping trip. I had driven through the drive though early morning with hungry kids only to find out that they didnt pack my kids muffin and bacon Mcmuffin. I had to go inside only for the manager Chelle saying they were already in the bag. Really? I paid full money for my food and she is trying to make me feel like Im lying. Ridiculous really. Not fair. Im a nice person but when the Manager discriminates me I will stand up for my rights. This is not how you treat people. I hope and pray for Chelle and her team to do better because I did not have a good experience being from BC. I will not go to this place again. Thanks to the manager Chelle for treating me poorly. She needs better customer service experience.
My coffee was great my 2 grandsons enjoy their food. Was a stop on a busy hwy and the washrooms were clean and the staff friendly avg for McDonalds.
You know one of those hot days where youre just wanting a cold drink but then you go to McDonalds & they give you like 2 ice cubes with real carbonated pop. Yeah "dollar drink days" alright π
I once had a order through drive through. Since there was lot of rush and line up due to afterwork hours I was asked to wait at the reserve spot so that they can deal with the next person in line while they make my food. I did not receive the food even after waiting 25 plus minutes. I realized there had been a confusion in handing over the orders. So I went in the inquire about my food and the lady manager who was a descent from the Philippines was kind to listen what I has to say and she immediately dealt with the issue and even gave me an apple pie free with the order and apologized for the confusion. I thanked her and left the restaurent.
They need to check the bag. Read the receipt before giving the food. I got home only to find I had no fries. Even drive thru gets it wrong sometimes. Oh well, still a customer.
Filthy Bathrooms. NO STRAWS for drinks. No paper in self serve kiosk. Burgers where so salty we had to throw away, couldnt take back as we where on the road. I would recommend any where else than here. No pride at this location, definitely not the standard for MCD.
Food is decent quality, but the drive thru service is slow, especially after 11pm. Also, they did not listen to my order. I asked for a plain egg McMuffin with no meat (I said "no meat"), but they gave me one with back bacon. I am not vegetarian nor do I have a religious dietary restriction, but is this any indication of how you treat such customers? Also, we got cold french fries instead of hash browns with our breakfast meal. What gives?
The simplest orders are made wrong or mixed up, we got someones big mac instead of the 2 cheeseburgers we ordered.COVID TIMES : Slow service. The workers arent very attentive if you have to come in to order. They only focus on the drive thru customers. We were pulling a trailer with a bobcat on it so we couldnt use the drive thru. My order was taken almost right away but I saw 5 cars go past the window before I got the 2 cups of coffees I ordered, not a complicated order.
Friendly and prompt service, customized orders and everything was perfect as per instruction. Only downside was not getting cutlery when I order a bunless double big mac, but I didnt ask for one either.
I went to New McDonalds in North Battleford drive thru. And I waited in a line more then 7 min and when it was my turn to pay for some reason my tap did not work I politely asked the person if I could try again he said it wont work. Then I asked if I could speak to the manager his name is Randy he came and canceled the order instead of talking to me or giving me machine to repay. Then I asked the person who was serving me to get manager again why he canceled the order he came out and was extremely rude and said I refused to serve you. You are holding my line you are good to leave and dont come back here. I am regular customer there and I never got treated from any employees like this before. I will go to some other place then getting treated like this from workers there. That manager was also rude to the employee who was helping me I mean what kind of attitude do you have to treat your employees like that. I rathe be job less then working with managers like him.
The first person I spoke to was polite, however the second one liked to speak over me and my wife. I had to explain to him several times to let me finish my sentence before assuming what I was trying to order. If you were to walk in my Mocs, Iβd give this 3 feathers out of 10. Poor service guys.
We ordered through Drive-Thru and was told to wait in the parking lot for them to bring our order out and waited 20mins no one showed up. Due to Covid we went back to the Drive-Thru to get our food and seems they cant explain why it happened. Very uncaring for us to wait that long and have go back in line again.
Every time i go around 2am for a coffee I donβt know but the lady who takes the order keeps on saying that, they only accept cash. At first i thought the machine might be down. But it happened thrice and when driven to the window the guy handed over the pin-pad. π€·π»ββοΈ
Awful service. From getting the orders wrong and overcharging me for extra products, not fully closing the coffee lids, to not adding one of the buns on a sandwich -you read that right; I opened the box and the top bun was missing. Overall, an awful place to get coffee and/or a bite to eat.
Extremely difficult to order. Neither myself nor staff could properly hear each other. Got the wrong order but didnt notice until out of the city. Would have been 1 star but the staff was doing there best and helpful where they could.
The workers here are fantastic. Top notch. My problem is with the management. The numbers of times they try to upsell you in the drive through is ridiculous on every danged item. Then when you order even regular items they will send you around to the front to wait at least a third of the time.Its McDonalds so you know what youre getting, just expect a little extra frustration.
Was crazy busy today 2:30-3pm but possibly the best meal weve had at McDonalds in years. Burgers and the buns were very fresh. π were hot, serious chicken sandwich was delicious.
First time we get our soft drink cups prefilled. With coke. Without being asked. My kids dont drink coke they drink water. My mom ordered a grilled chicken wrap and got crispy chicken in instead. My parents ordered coffees and didnt get them.
Tidy, clean restaurant serving McDonalds food. Visited during breakfast. All employees were friendly and efficient. Nice to order breakfast and coffee to have it delivered to our table. Food was fresh and hot. Will definitely dine again.
They got my burger order wrong twice in a row. They said the word "sorry" but there was no apologetic manner despite me having to come in to fix my order, making my group late. I understand that it was a special order, but it was still wrong after I re-explained what I wanted. I didnt get it fixed the second time it was wrong because of how my group was already waiting for me. I think it makes me even more frustrated because I have managed at McDonalds before and in the management training materials it does specifically discuss how management should be glad when customers "complain" because only 2 of 10 customers give you the chance to make it right by "complaining." Sigh.
After waiting for 5 minutes to get to place my order, I had to wait for another 10 minutes for my food. With two drive through lanes getting rapid service and watching people spend five minutes trying to use the rapid order system, the entire system seemed very chaotic and not very efficient. I dont mind waiting 15 minutes for a hamburger in a regular restaurant but this is supposed to be fast food.
Maccas in the prairies... what can I say it is the same as everywhere in the world. You know what you are gonna get. Who knew that you could buy a no meat big mac... special sauce, lettuce cheese pickles on a seame seed bun... what is that? Its not even vegetarian, its a salad bun... naked mac.First place to stop between Saskatoon and Edmonton, the toilets could be better.
Full packed, hot fries were great and the food came so quickly to or table, thanks to the app. Hands free bathroom sink works better than most. No complaints, good experience.
I love the order yourself screens, makes things way easier and you can actually see the whole menu. Wifi is pretty good, plugs are limited. Afternoons get real busy with seniors having coffee. I tried the bring it to table but they forgot the fries so had to go up anyway
