McDonald's in San Pedro de Macoris

As a foreigner I look forward to different menu items than in the U.S in this trip I found the chicken Mac yess the big Mac but with chicken patties it was awesome not disappointed at all their chicken strips are awesome and their crispy chicken wraps are good also besides that the food take exactly the same as in the U.S it was good and prices are basically the same as anywhere around the world just in Dominican pesos meaning not a cheap spot lol

Nice and clean. Fast service. Only comment I will make was food had a slight sour taste to it. Dont know if was just me or what. Fries the McSupreme tasted a little off. Didnt get sick or show any signs of food poisoning just tasted different.

Excellent service I’m from ohio USA and the service and beautiful smiles that greeted me along with food was definitely better service in Dominican Republic than in ohio USA

Worse coffee ever I have in my life

Just something that happened today, I ordered a happy box and two hamburgers, but the cashier didnt pay attention and just gave one, when I asked her to the other, she says that I only ordered one. I decided to order the one I was missing, but in the way it came to me wasnt the best presentation. Is just a little observation, after that, its a very good place with affordable prices to everyone.

Its a good place if you are looking for something fast and for the kids to play just a hand, it is not the same as us or Canada but its a McDonalds what else can you ask for

Its just like any other McDonald out there... Just that this one doesnt have refill for drinks, nor it have a great customer service, but hey, the ice cream machine always works, and you probably are gonna find out how amazing is the bathroom of this place... for sure...

Very good music. Food is as expected, customer service varies from great to right down obnoxious depending on who is taking orders, but most of the times it is great.

This is a fairly clean and comfortable McDonalds. They offer delivery, table service, wifi, play place and serve certain foods that are only available here in the Dominican Republic; not in other areas, such as beer, guacamole wraps and McChimi. Normally their food is quite good however today the bread was very hard and the food seemed to be lacking salt, although it may have been just me on the salt. They are making an attempt to be eco-friendly. You must ask for lids and straws for your drink if you wish to have them. They will not automatically give them to you.

You cannot charge 780 pesos for a severely messed up order then ask for 40 pesos more to add a few extra pickles! Initially I thought the mistake was my fault but realized after talking to the supervisor it was her fault for helping the cashier take the order incorrectly and then handling it in a vindictive & unprofessional manner by obnoxiously hollering across the floor "ok ok" for all to hear as I walked back to my table to retrieve the sandwich. This is largely why I havent been back in months when I used to visit daily! - Ardi Yener

At 7P.M they were out if coffee and they decided not to make anymore. Its totally ridiculous. They offered me hot chocolate , like it was a substitute . Maybe for somebody that doesnt drink coffee . But not for me.

Employees should ask what drink the customers want when they run out of something instead of assuming. they ran out of fruit punch and decided that we wanted orange juice. Also we got 4 Mcflurries but 2 spoons... guess they thought we wanted to share spoons smh

It is a good place to have a fun time with family or shere with a boyfriend/girlfriend. Just in case you travel and you need some snacks or have a dinner out with friend you can stop here.
