McDonald's in Waukesha

Went here as a DoorDasher. This place was the final straw that made me no longer DoorDash in Waukesha. Get to the order box and tell them the number for the customers order. They say ok pull forward.After 15 minutes of stillness, and some screaming I can hear up ahead, I get to the second window and have to tell them the order number a second time.They say they somehow still need to make the order and that I need to park up front to wait for it. The order is only 4 sandwiches and a large fry. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes.Guy from window 2 comes outside with nothing in hand asking for the order number a third time. 🙄Runs in, comes back out 4 minutes later with the order. Bag is wide open, not stickered shut like it should be for DoorDash. Thankfully that helped me know that it was correct before delivering, but there is protocol for a reason.If you order DoorDash in Waukesha (Specifically McDonalds anywhere seems like a big culprit of this type of situation), and the order gets canceled, just know your driver probably tried.

The service was terrible. Sat in the drive through lane for five minutes waiting for 1 Mcflurry...

Came during the morning to get some work done while my car is in the shop.Positives: It was pretty quiet and the staff was friendly. There was also a song playing that I remember from Fallout NV.Negatives: Crumbs on tables, uncomfortable seating, bottom of tables are sticky, napkin dispenser was empty, my cappuccino was disappointing, the Wi-Fi gave my laptop a security alert, and there is nowhere convenient to plug in a laptop. There was a fly buzzing around and the floor underneath tables was dirty.

Today was our last and final time visiting this location. Ironically, we were there to use our free meal coupons which we received after complaining about our previous visit where we had the same problem. The workers do not wear gloves when making food. Im talking about the people putting patties / lettuce / cheese on buns behind the partition wall. They were doing it with bare hands. This is the second time in about 2 weeks that weve seen people making food with no gloves so its probably safe to assume that they NEVER wear gloves unless someone complains. Avoid this location at all costs.

The food here is normally pretty good. Service can be a little slow at times if theres more than just a few cars in the drive-thru though. The customer service here is just terrible, hence 3 stars. I just now went through the drive-thru and passed by both windows without anybody saying a word to me. First person just took my card and handed me my receipt. Then the next person opened the window, handed me my food, and just closed the window without making sure there was nothing else i needed. Like the ketchup for fries. Not a single word. Just terrible.

I like this McDonalds, they have never messed up my orders

Extremely rude girl taking orders. Customers allow you to get a paycheck. Someone should teach this person how to talk to customers or get rid of her.

It’s honestly not that bad. The service is the only thing that bugs me, but it’s usually very busy when the service is slow. My food has always been good except for the old and stale chicken nuggets I get. Overall good experiences.

Workers were nice, friendly and efficient. Cant ask for anything more.

I received poor service from the staff twice in a row. Either the site is majorly unsupervised or the supervisor is also a part of the problem. The first time I visited the lady was very polite and servers were down. Second time the kid sat on their phone as I was holding out my card to pay for my food, then addressed me once they were done doing what they wanted. This third time, I pulled up to the next order screen (as the first one that had a note on it), no one answered even as I asked if someone was there. Someone else pulls up behind me and they take his order at the first order screen, I was never addressed. As I pulled away, none of the staff are at the windows and are hiding where you can’t immediately see them. Kudos to the first lady that served me, hopefully she can be an example to the other workers.

We ordered 3 items...2 regular chicken sandwiches and fries. We got the spicy chicken which I dont like and the fries were luke warm but at least they were fries. I remembered why I dont normally go here rarely do they get it right or good.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. July 21st at 6:15 P.M went through the drive thru. The person taking orders was so rude I couldnt believe it. She kept leaving while I was in the middle of ordering. They were out of coke. They forgot my soda, they forgot cheese on my sandwich, they forgot the sauce for my 20 piece nuggets. Worst Mcdonalds trip EVER!!!

Reliable quality. Fast drive-thru service. But they DO frequently forget napkins and condiments I specifically request.

The customer service is extremely helpful and if they mess up they will make it ride.

Ordered my food online on their app and they gave me the wrong food absolutely horrible service after I told loaded she gave me the wrong food to give it to me again

I dont know why I continue to go to any McDonalds. I pulled up to the drive thru and was told, "we will be with you in a second". I waited 3 minutes and heard nothing. Then a different truck went to the other drive thru lane. They were immediately treated by taking their order while I sat there waiting for someone to take my order. Long after the other vehicle left I was still waiting. Eventually I drive off. The Ryan Road location is the worst of the McDonalds. Three strikes now. I will not be going to that location again.

Got the first big Mac Ive had in years. Stale bun.

It happened more than once.. Theyll ignore you when you pull up to the the drive-thru when its close to closing doesnt matter who you are and then hide in the back of the restaurant instead of explaining to you where they are or that theyre closed! Also turn off your app if youre not accepting orders... Wasted my time! Sorry I cant bring you your order customer and no one cares, not Ub** or MCDONALDS FAIL

Cant understand people at the drive thru at dinner time. Rude and takes along time to order.

I asked for two McGriddles just put sausage and cheese and the other with bacon and cheese and they put a egg both I was going to question the price though I really didnt feel like it and turns out thats why it cost more than I thought it should I was not happy

I miss the old McDonalds. Now they give you everything in a bag instead of on a tray. Then they expect you to log in on their kiosk. No thank you. I prefer dealing with a human being.

Food order was incorrect (based on the ordering kioskand the staff was not helpful in resolving it. Whatever you do - don’t order at the touchscreen kiosk because god forbid you pick the quaterpounder hamburger not cheeseburger! The world could be ruined by giving out a piece of cheese!

Food is fine. But this is the 4th time visiting this store and each time, something was missing. Yes , we should be checking the bags before we leave but when we visit this location we are headed to a softball tournament .

I drive thru McDonalds pretty much every weekday. My order is always correct and fresh.

Not bad all hot. The kiosk is lame. Ordered bacon and didnt get it. Went up and they added the bacon. Lol no im sorry but hey i get it i have them days too.

Frappuccino machine was down but I had paid for it in the app with REWARDS POINTS because they were expiring soon. So they told me at the drive up that they gave me back the points and gave me my Big Mac for free. Didnt happen. THEY LIED. I had to pay for the Big Mac and they gave me back the points that will expire in 4 days. So I am going to try to use those points in the next 4 days, but I will not buy anything else. Just using points.

The weekdst drive thru staff before 600am is always upbeat, happy, helpful and always fun and laughing! Order is always fresh and hot.

Worse experience. Would not return back to this location. The drive thru guy got a attitude because I asked about something that I order and paid for but didnt receive. On top the food being cold.

Employees doing nothing but playing on their phones, consistently getting orders wrong, even sodas which is as simple as pushing the correct button. Management also doesn’t care about their employees messing up orders or not paying attention. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Would never return to this McDonalds. Got there 8 minutes before they started serving lunch. They wouldnt serve lunch early which was annoying but figured well at least everything will be fresh. NOPE fries and chicken nuggets were stale burgers were cold, and they didnt give us part of our order. Only giving one star because it wont let me do zero

We were in line at 11:45 pm tonight 8/21 along with 5 other cars. Nobody waited on us. Lights were on waiting 15 minutes. Website states open til midnight. RUDE!!!We called Oscar’s while in line at McDonald’s at 11:58 pm and they took our full order with GREAT attitudesI will NEVER return to this McDonald’s location.

So I’ve had multiple minor issues with this McDonald’s but nothing to stop me from coming. However, this situation has topped them all & I will not be returning. I went for lunch & got back to work when I opened my filet-o-fish & seen a dark substance on top of the bun. Not %100 sure but it definitely looks like mold to me. I’ll let the people be the judge of that though so here’s the picture. Either or, this’ll be their last transaction from me.

Slooooooowessssstttttt drive thru in America. Have been in line for over 30 minutes after our order was taken!! Took over 5 minutes to just take our order. Ridiculous. Is anybody at corporation paying any sort of attention to this garbage establishment?

Food was good, scenery and decor was very cozy and comfy feeling.Game room was disappointing, but expected, with 5 of the 9 machines broken.

Youre currently down to one star, because we went through the drive through. We moved to #2 because we didnt hear anything. Then suddnely, someone pulled up behind us. They immediately took their order and forgot we were there! So very rude! (July 27 @ 9:50pm)

Waited an hour in drive thru for 1 meal and a few shakes..... no shakes or any mcflurries. Couldnt leave the line because of barriers on both sides and a line of cars behind me. Server was lack luster and it looked like it was just her there. Showed no sense of urgency nor customer service experience. We will NOT be returning to this location.

10:45pm - Waited 23 min at Drive Thru Order Board in line with a car ahead of me and 4 behind me. Nobody ever came to speaker even with cars honking. Finally car in front pulled away as did I - only to see 2 people laughing in the restaurant near the meal bagging counter. According to McDonalds on West St that McDonalds closes at 10pm but Internet says 12am.

Generally just regular fast food. Nothing great. Ordered the crisp chicken deluxe. So much gristle I couldnt even eat more than 2 bites. Lesson learnedGo to a chicken place if you want any kind of quality chicken.

Waited 19 min in drive-thru only to get to the window and low and behold the girl was grumpy and disheveled looking(needed a shower, brush, an iron and makeup or somethingfries were cold and insanely salty chicken nuggets hard and deluxe crispy chicken sandwich was not crispy 1tiny slice of tomato and the bun was tough. I mean come on an $8 meal had a value of less than $2. Come on McDonalds get your act together and atleast give people their moneys worth.

Its McDonalds, its cheap fast food. This is one of the better locations in the Milwaukee/ Waukesha area. Worth driving 10 minutes out of the way for. Drive thru operates smoothly, staff is friendly & pleasant, food is as fresh as its gonna be and if theres ever an issue with your order they make it right.. its McDonalds

Ordered my breakfast, got to the pickup window, mass confusion, tried to give me a coke, I ordered an orange juice, finally got my OJ, then told me to pull forward, never took my payment which I didnt realize until I pulled forward. Waited 7 min, never go my food. Drove away and went to Wendys and received good fast service and good breakfast!

I cant think of a time I have ever been dissatisfied with my food here. Of all the McDonalds in the Milwaukee metro area, I will go out of my way to go to this location for breakfast when I have the urge for hot fresh fast food. Sign of good management and great staff that care about what they deliver to the customer!

Poor customer service cashier had an attitude dont know the reason but, maybe she needs retraining in the customer service area. I said thank you 3xs to her and she said nothing. Didnt say Hi even Ok or Ya or Have a good day or whatever. No greeting, no send off I was waitning for her to ask if I wanted my receipt so I could go to the next window & she said nothing. Just because you dont like your job or are having a bad day you should not take it out on anyone else. So sad will not be returning ever !! People can choose where to spend their $ and after all that I will drive the extra miles for better service.

Service really varies by who is in charge of the shift. Some days very quick and friendly, others slow and none seems to want to be working at all. Ive been ordering fries with no salt to make sure I get hot fries, and who really needs all that salt. Sometimes they are unsalted, sometimes lightly salted. Doesnt seem to be a recognized procedure for handling the order. Makes me wonder what other policies arent being followed.

It was alright...i had to ask for syrup when I ordered a pancake meal and they didnt give me my scrambled eggs so had to go up and get both. But they fixed the issue quickly. Otherwise Id say it was average for a McDonalds. I gave 4 stars because the food tasted good otherwise it would have been less.

Place is terrible slow as hell no salt on frys. They got more frys in the bag then in the holder. So tell me why fast food workers need $15hr?

Im loving it, I come to this McDonalds a lot. About 5 times a week. They even know my name! Sometimes I order the fish sandwich and they put on the extra tartar sauce that I like. Last year I ordered 2 McRib sandwiches and a large fry. This my have been the best meal of my life! If I ever end up in prison and on death row I when like this to be my last meal. One time when I was about 12 years old I met Ronald McDonald at the restaurant. I have to say he was nicer than I thought he would be. Also taller, probably 6 3" or so. I dont know exactly I was only 12 and about 5 1"" so my perspective may be little off. So dont quote me. Also really love those Shamrock shakes, I wish I had the recipe so that I could have one at home. I just bought a new blender from the Target down the road so Im all ready to go. Just gonna need some of the ingredients. Thank God for McDonalds!

Waited 15 minutes for the order to be filled. 3 egg mcmuffins. Meanwhile the manager is in the back room texting. She did come out for a minute but was still paying more attention to her phone and texting. She never helped anyone.
