McDonald's in Haarlem

Have to pay 0.70 each to wash hands. Profiteering and unsanitary.

Hey Mc Donald’s Haarlem. Is this a normal portion of large fries? It is happening frequently the last month. Taking under consideration that a large fries is not 4,20 I am wondering if this should be acceptable from my side. Thanks

Normally Im a big fan of McDonalds, but here I was completely disappointed.They were cooking like crazy, but the food was cold and soggy. The drinks were the wrong flavour and had almost no ice in them (because they were made so much earlier than the rest).

Items missing every other order - either a burger or fries or something else.

Hard-working staff, with a professional attitude. The food is always tasty! 👍

It is McDonalds what more do you need to know.

Located in center of Harlem, have good sitting area. Good thing is closing time for this outlet is 11pm which is only food outlet open till that late in the area.

Food is good.If you look into the kitchen you will see the employes stepping on oil and fries. (Total mess. Fire hazard)

Restaurant removed sanitizers and we were asked to pay 0.70Eur to wash hands. Nonsence. Wake-up, obey elementary basic sanitary rules.

Realy poor quality of burgers.

Apart from the pigeon who visited us a 2-3 times during my meal the place was extremely clean. If this is a regular occurrence they should consider keeping their door closed. Table service is offered and despite the place being half busy my meal was brought to me within 2-3 minutes. They offer mored desserts than a regular The tables were cleaned twice in the 20 minutes I was there. As it was raining, the floor was wet towards the entrance, making it slippy, I advised caution on rainy days. Staff was kind and got rid of the pigeon.

We visited on 25th July whilst on holiday, one cheese burger came without a burger (just a cheese sandwich with sauce). Had to exchange it but didn’t get an apology.My wife is a coeliac and was excited that she could finally eat a Macdonalds again as they do gluten free burgers. I think it’s a gluten free bun but there is no cross contamination controls as we lost a day of our holiday yesterday as she was in bed all day being sick and having diarherra. If they can’t remember to put a burger in a bun I’m pretty sure they know nothing about food allergies.A pigeon wandered round the restaurant while we were eating and then flew back out through the main door, no one tried to get it out.To top it off you have to pay 0.70c in there for the toilets by card but it wouldn’t accept our bank cards.

Dirty location, overwhelmed and poorly trained staff. We saw 2 employees moping around a table full of detritus but no one thought to actually clean the table. To avoid being run iver by teenagers, they close most if the seating area, we were one if many families struggling to find a less dirty table. Oh and pigeons just fly in

Food was on par with what you expect at a McDonalds, cleanliness could be improved :)

The delivery services should have a separate waiting place, or other system should be designed.

0 respect for the people.There is this woman at the door today, she was extremely rude to me, she acting and talk rude, Im new in town, in Holland in general, so I did not know if you have to take out you need to waiting outside, also she was ask for my qr code, so I am vaccinated, but she did not told me, I was need to waiting outside after I ordering, and she came to me all rude and say in rude way , go waiting outside! what kind of manners are this? The lady is big and small, blonde, long hairs, Also is not normal to waiting 20 minute for one coffe.so never again!

To the person who prepared two veggie burgers on the evening of 10.09 and thought that it would be a great joke to put a real chicken fillet in and pack it as veggie, you are pathetic, I hope that you will be rotting in this type of work for the rest of your life. We ordered our drink without ice, but of course it was full with ice. The burger looked like a big mess. And the toilet.... It was extremely disgusting. I told to the manager, that I would like to use the toilet, but it is impossible. He said he is going to send someone to clean it up. I was waiting for a while, but nobody came...

There was no hand sanitizer to clean your hands after or before touching the touch screens to place your order. I had to wait quite some time to get a table to sit on. The tables werent cleaned and neither were the table numbers. The fries were cold. Napkins werent served with the food. It was full with people from thuisbezorgd.nl (ubereats). everytime the thuisbezorgd people went in and out there was a cold breeze going through the whole shop. The going in and oit of those people made it very restless. The workers kept walking around saying number "which ever number".

I love the hot fries, it is a good place to eat quickly and well.

We always go and order for takeaway. This is the third time we got the wrong order (always something missing). Instead or the customer always making sure they got the right thing it would be great if the staff would pay more attention to detail.

Standard McDonald’s - full offer, self-service kiosks. Food that tastes as everywhere else. Recommend.

The building exterior is beautiful but the service is slow and the fries are gritty and undercooked. I had to give my fries to my dog because they were inedible.

Really good how they handle covid. They need to be strict in the centre of Haarlem but stay nice to everyone.

Rude staff, extremely long waiting times (waited 25 minutes for a coke and a simple hamburger, which was stone cold), and got kick out for "sitting there too long" not even 20 minutes after. I didnt even know this was a thing at McDonalds. They also felt the need to tell this with 3 staff members, which felt intimidating.Absolute one of the worst McDonalds Ive ever been to, for your own sake skip this one and go to another place.

Im not often eating fast food. For so far, Im lovin it. The food looks well made and even though they made a mistake for 7 nuggets instead of 6, I am very pleased for ordering here. Place is clean and you can sit upstairs as well. They have a lot of machines to order your food and it is nice that they have Mc Café as well. I havent seen a Mc Café in other cities yet.

Usual McDonalds fare. Good was good for what it is. Staff uncommicative. Dead from the neck up. Does not detract from a decent coffee but do not expect any bonhomie. There is a huge selection of independent bars and cafes in Haarlem that offer a good dining experience, rather than food as fuel as was my McDonalds experience.

Beautiful location and absolutely incredible architecture from the outside. I honestly with that it would not be McDonalds over here.The service was decent, nothing special. The huge disappointment was a fee to wash my hands in the bathroom (0,40 EUR). This is very impertinently from McDonalds side.

Like every McDonalds.There are a lot of seats, and it looks clean.However, the waiting time is longer than you are used to, and I also found the quality of the food less good than at other McDonalds locations.

For starters The building is really beautiful, the food is as a McDonald’s would serve, we had a cheeseburger and a chicken burger and McFlurry which was really well made. It’s a good snack or a late night meal option.

Between two shows last night, I had about 45 minutes to kill so I drove the short distance here to get a McFlurry. For me, McDonalds has become a place to get a side salad or a quick dessert. Dessert it was.The drive through was packed, so I parked at the convenience store parking and went inside. The staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was with adding to my Arch card account. They couldnt remember how to do it. After awhile, a light bulb went off and I had some money loaded on the card.I got my Oreo McFlurry and I sat in the restaurant to enjoy it. It was good--typical McDonalds--its the same at each location. The restaurant was relatively clean. There was a table that needed clearing but other than that, it was neat. Theres also free wifi which made checking my email a breeze. It was very snappy.There are some pictures on the walls that look like they are made of jigsaw puzzle pieces. One was of Ray Croc. I couldnt tell if they were real puzzle pieces or if the art had been designed to just look that way.

The facility is not clean, the person that called herself independent contractor that clean the bathroom treated people without respect; she is offered me to returned $ 0.50 euro and I leave lwithout using the restroom.Very ashamed of McDonald’s.

Ill leave an extra star for the McCafe, surprisingly good coffee. This McDonalds has to deal with many many customers but they somehow manage it well enough. The seating areas are nice, the food is McDonalds like youd expect. All in all its far from the worse McDonalds you can go to in this province. Staff seem fairly busy but keeping that in mind they treat you polite enough.

Slow service, heavily understaft, not the cleanest practices. In general mcdonalds food isnt that good anyway I recommend any other fast food joint in the errea. That being said theyre coffee is great, and the staff they do have, are very nice and work hard. I also recommend this place the bring your kids theyll love it. They offer take out and you can eat there if youd like. Not much space for parking but its easily reached by public transport as well as cyclist.

Just a generic fast food place. Fries are nice tho. The building it is seated in is beautiful and in the middle of the city. I recommend going up to the first floor of the building to have a great view. The prices are really low and you will be able to get food with the amount of money you find if you walk through haarlem the entire day.

Happy meal is a winner for both kids and adults.

Spacious and the ordering machines make ordering a lot easier.

This McDonalds is always fairly busy, so expect a several minute wait even though this is technically fast food. Its a nice facility though, recently renovated with a McCafe added if you just want to run by and get a coffee. You probably already know what to expect from McDonalds, and thats exactly what youll get here!

McDonalds is now highly digitalized in providing fast service to customers. They have automated order systems for Take -away or Eat in McD option. Overall, I appreciate the quality of food and less waiting time for ordering food

Probably the nicest McDonalds I have ever been in. It was very clean, there are ordering stations and are very efficient and the employees are very quick and friendly when receiving and distributing orders.

Was appalled to find you had to pay for ketchup and to go to the toilet. Ketchup is free in England as is weeing. I had to ask for salt as there was no condiment area would never go here again and would only ever go to England Ines where you can go to the toilet for free and have ketchup and salt without the judgement. Do not recommend this establishment, worst McDonalds ever!
