McDonald's in Greenfield

Fries were cold and soggy. Nuggets taste like really old dirty fryer oil.

The food here is always fresh & good.

Need to update hours on door. Clearly this McDonalds picks and chooses who they let in. If you arent one of the people they want to let in you have to sit through the drive thru that takes almost an hour to get up to the speaker.

Most horrible experience of my life. Went to the drive thru @ 7:45 pm on a Friday. I pulled up into the drive thru and was waiting in line. Well the line didnt move for at least 12 min. Irritated, I got out of line and drove around to go park. Went in and ordered my food on the kiosk. 25 minutes later I was receiving a call from my boyfriend asking where I was. I explained to him I had been waiting this whole time either in the drive thru or inside. I definitely didnt use my inside voice so everyone heard. Smh! I got a free strawberry pie for my inconvenience. Like that helped the matter at hand! Wont be going back for awhile I can promise that. Get it together!!

4 stars as food was hot and excellent but 20+ minutes to go thru the drive thru was just too long.

It was dinner time and I went to go inside to order and the doors were locked? Why? Plus I had to repeat the order so many times back and they STILL got it wrong.

They have new chicken sandwiches and they are very good and if you use the app you get deals on food and drinks it well worth downloading.

It was late but they were busy. Had to wait10 minutes in drive thru. Just wanted some good fresh hot fries. Got luke warm old fries. Bummer.

Ordered doordash and did not receive my food just frinks. Go to this location to get my food and they give me no fries. So i have to argue with them about it to finally get all of my food.

I came here on September 16th about 8:20 p.m. order my food drinks and a sundae. between kids crying in my car I did not realize I did not get the Sundae. we got home and I realized that one of the Happy Meals was missing chicken nuggets so I called them with no answer. I called three different times and no one answered. I took it up upon myself to go back and wait inside the lobby at about 9:00 at night and Just for kicks and giggles I called the phone and the girl in the office just got up and walked away from the phone. Finally I spoke up after making eye contact with three different people about my order being messed up and me calling a few different times even before I came back because I was willing to come back the next day to get what I missed. this place is terrible and I really hope and RGM reaches out to me horrible service at the very best.

I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger pickle only xtra pickle, had to wait 10 minutes for my "special" order, get home and the cheeseburger has onion, ketchup and mustard ...

Just worked a 10 hour shift was so ready for breakfast. Spent nearly 10$ on two steak egg and cheese begals . Come home and I only have one in the bag and it only has egg and cheese on it . Smh .

Food was good bust thru are short stated so takes longer

Have to wait in drive thru line over 40 minutes when the lobby is closed before the hours that are even posted on the door!!! Im still waiting!!!

the line was absurd so I took my 3 year old inside. We were instantly greeted by a couple of employees who were so kind and doted on my daughter. We ordered and she brought my daughter a little toddler toy. So sweet and she loved it. Then our food came out less than 5 minutes later. So quick and great service! Food was hot and fresh!

You will spend 40 minutes waiting to get your food just for it to be completly wrong and disgusting.

When I pay over $3 for a McFlurry I kind of expect the cup to be closer to full rather than half... Is this the new inflation tax or what? I would post a picture but I dont seem to have the option. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing.

Went through the drive to get the boy something quick because we had sports that ran late evening and got home and opened the bag and they forgot one hole order

Wish they would salt the fries more. I usually have to pull up to the second window and it kind of puts me off of going to this McDonalds location.Im sure the staff are doing the best they can with what they have but I buy McDonalds less because its location is kind of subpar compared to what Ive had before.Id really recommend that they hire more people and pay them better.

This location has made it much easier to make healthier decisions in 2022. Between wrong orders, cold food, and 45 minute waits, it’s pretty much a no brainer. I will say they did try once to speed up the line by not letting me finish my order, and then telling me I would have to add anything else at the window.

Bacon egg and cheese Bagels are back. Yea. Looks like this will be a 2-3 times a week stop for me again.

You need to be more selective in who you hire. 40 minutes in the drivethru for incompetent staff who dont know the menu to not be able to complete the order. Yet another place in Greenfield I wont ever give another dime to. Its either universally bad management or just bad workers. Either way, not wasting my time or money on it. This job isnt hard.

Why is it everytime i go to McDonalds here in town you can never make a milkshake.... it never fails

Took at least 15 minutes after we ordered to get our food, unacceptable for fast food!!!Stopped in here again a few months later only because it was the only fast food in town that was still open around 10:30 pm. There was a line of vehicles about 5 or 6 deep in each drive thru lane. Had to wait atleast 15 minutes to place our order then another 5 to recieve it, sure wish something else was open!!!

The food was really good and everything was perfect but the bathrooms need air because they smell bad and also they forgot the drinks. Luckily they gave a large instead of a medium.

Normally I would give 4-5 stars for this particular location, but the large fries were barely half full. Prices have risen but they shouldve still filled them up. Service was okay and order was correct. I ordered via Mobile App 7/13/2022.Sandwiches were super sloppy put together. Wait time was reasonable. I did curbside pickup.

Not sure whats going on within the Mickey Ds! Truly appears with McDonalds corporation that Stores overrule customer!!! Not impressed at all.

The employees were very nice and not a long line inside the store

Went back to try it again 5-24-22....Thanks for the disappointing service AGAIN.....and who ever the dirty blonde was in the drive through....You need to work on your people skills....I would put less if it would let me....this McDonalds has SUCKED since the 90s. It use to run really smoothly. I live 2 miles from it and I will drive all the way to the one in Mt Comfort..(where they dont know what mocha meansbefore I will go to Greenfield AGAIN...BRING BACK THE DRESSER FAMILY

The breakfast here is usually fast if youre in the drive thru. Theres a real friendly lady in the morningsLunch and dinner are hit and miss but usually quick and proper.If you get the right crew, this Mcds is kickin.

I typically stop through on my way to work and get a drink, and their pretty friendly every time I go through. Every now and then there will be a rude person working the drive thru, but its not a common thing at all.

Was there at 11:30 for lunch. Ordered a quarter pounder without pickles had loads of pickles. Fish also crust was so hard couldnt eat it. Was supposed to be tarter sauce only an fries. It was all cold. Live 5mins away. Should not get that cold. I probably wont return. Its been this way last three times. This was my favorite not anymore. Sad

Does it really need tobe said that you include a jelly packet with a big breakfast. People do not enjoy a dry bisquit. Theres no excuse for being cheap. You saved a few pennies and lost a customer.

The dining room was completely disgusting. Trash was so full I couldnt put my trash away. Employees were hanging out in the lobby. With no concerns. I understand its hard to get employees but when they have this kind of attitude. I dont wanna go. When I ordered sweet tea they were out in the lobby. When I asked the lady at the front desk for some, she Made me feel like I was putting her in a huge disposition.

Worst McDonalds i have ever been to. They regularly forget parts of your meal, the frys are never salted. they take up to 5 mins each to get people just past the order sign. Another 10+ mins to make the food.And the worst service i ever got here, i ordered a McChicken. Get home. open the sandwich just to find out they gave me buns, mayo, lettuce with no chicken even on the sandwich!

Went to go and get the Shammy Shake and Oreo Shamrock flurry. Couldnt make the shake, so we got 2 flurries. We got our flurries, but no oreo in them. Went back to the drive thru window, the kid wanted to argue and say he just didnt put enough oreo in them, but it was there. So I pulled all the ice cream out and he realized there was no oreo. Its fast food, youre going to make mistakes. Just own it and dont lie or try to cover stuff up. Plus 1 star because he remade them and they were delightful.

One sandwich (crispy chicken deluxewas very sloppy, too much mayo. It was all over the box. The other one, a crispy chicken sandwich, only had 2 pickles on it. I did not order any specifics to it. Was expecting what comes on it. Did use the mayo inside the top part of the box the crispy chicken deluxe came in plus my own at home. Our fries were undercooked as well. Definitely not happy with our order at all! It was almost cold also. I dont believe due to our delivery driver. It was obvious the chicken was not freshly made.

The drive through is super fast but they serve slop. The average McDonalds franchise owner makes $1million salary per store. They serve cold, outdated food that should have been thrown away an hour ago. I bought an apple pie that said to throw away 2 hours ago. It was dry and hard. The millionaire would rather feed it to us than throw it out. Prices are higher than they should be and 40 cents for a dipping sauce? Seriously. They only cost a nickel.

While dining with my granddaughter and daughter I noticed an employee who was nonstop working and trying to make sure all of us in the dining were OK. She was cleaning everything including the bathrooms. She never complained and everything was please and thank you. I briefly spoke to her and thanked her for serving us. Kathy Wilson I know you are underpaid but if I travel through there again its nice to see a you keep a clean restaurant.

Good experience at the drive thru. The service has been hit-n-miss in the past between good and bad, but it has gotten better. The thank yous and the have a nice days which was non existent for a while are making a comeback. The food quality is usually good.

I don’t know who the lady was that served me my food, but I appreciate what she did. She was giving us our fries and saw they weren’t good and toldUs they were like cardboard so she threw them out and got us fresh ones. She burnt her hand in the progress but she also said that when she threw the bad fries out, her manager looked at her badly. Forgot what she exactly said but I just remember she said it wasn’t a good look. I appreciate the worker but not the manager who is in charge as of now.

Didnt have to wait very long in drive thru, but ordered 2 single cheese burgers, one order fry, diet coke, & French Vanilla ice coffee. What we got was 2 double cheese burgers, one order fry, diet coke, & very bad tasting French Vanilla ice coffee. Could go back.Already on interstate. They were very busy. We will be back. Thanks for the lunch.

It was totally horrible I had to give it 1 star wouldnt let me leave no stars. Waited in drive thru for almost an hour. And worker got crabby when I told her I had items missing and showed my receipt. Normally not bad but tonight was horrible. Also after I asked if my sauce for the nuggets was in the bag she said yes got home, no sauce.

The person I ordered from was kind. She was personable and polite. The person I paid for my order was nice too. However, the employee who handed me the order never even looked at me. He was complaining to another employee whom he never took his eyes off of. Just held my order out the window. I even said thank you and he never answered me. I feel like any complaint about McDonalds can be answered with, "Its McDonalds," but Im going to let you know how my experience was anyway. I havent been to a McDonalds in many years. But this proved that I prefer to never go back. I got pie and a "chocolate milkshake." The pie was old and the milkshake was half vanilla. It was also mostly melted when I got it. I didnt even try it, I just threw it away. It makes sense why they have a sign that reads, we are happy to remake an order but there will be no refunds given. Im assuming thats because they get numerous complaints and are tired of people asking for their money back. But that was definitely a waste of money. Obviously, its a McDonalds, but I dont even think I got what I paid for. Pretty expensive disappointment!

Ordered 2 apple pies, received 2 NOT apple in an apple pie box, no clue what they were because I didnt try them. They date and time tags were removed, special order stickers placed on box. I didnt realize this until after I was already home and was not about to go back and sit in that long slow line for 2 more maybe pies. Too many bad experiences here. I will not go back.

Service was terrible except for Dylan. He was extremely polite and the only one who actually was concerned about the problem we encountered (order mix up).Overall, all other staff members I encountered were rude and food was cold and undercooked, which we didnt find out until arriving at home a couple of minutes later. Big management/staffing issue at this location.

This particular McDonalds is hit or miss on timing, however, it is consistently terrible about the food itself. Today I got a snack wrap, something Ive ordered a hundred times from the McDonalds near my work (Campus Parkway in Noblesville). The one near work is always full of chicken, lettuce and cheese and is always hot and tastes fresh, whereas this store always seems to give HALF the amount of toppings and always tastes like its been sitting there for a while. My wrap today was tiny and there was so much excess tortilla that I tore it in half to re-wrap around the puny chicken tender, just to make it look like the size of the chicken fit in the tortilla. I dont want to dislike this store. I was there the night it opened with my friend and have been several times since, but this year I have been so disappointed with the quality of the food. I dont plan on returning to this particular store. I guess Ill go to Taco Bell instead.

People cut in line at drive through and its Always a 10-15 minute wait. Update: new record today. 26 minutes from pull in to pull out. When will someone build a 2nd McDonalds here?!?

This location is super busy. My children always have customized sandwiches, so we tend to go inside. If you use the automated order kiosks, you can ensure that your directions are explicit. Typically you will have a better experience, unless theyre not busy and youre very explicit when ordering in person.The management staff has always been very kind to us. They correct mistakes immediately. I like this location ~ for as busy as they are, the staff is really helpful.
