Deciding to stop here because of the kids. They wanted to eat in McDonalds during our short visit in Meknes, Marocco.Pros:1. Free parking with limited space.2. Free playground for the kids.3. Indoor and outdoor seating.4. Self service menu and pay in the counter.5. The service is fast.6. Free restroom.7. The restaurant is quite big.8. Friendly staff.9. The taste is the same.Cons:1. The free wifi is slow.2. They need to clean the place better.3. Speaking English staff is minimum.

Quality of food was horrible service is super slow. I love McDonald’s wish there was another location!

Staff is rude and working only 1 person tontake orders and they were trying to force you to use the touch screen, in a pandemic lol , which I refused to whom they retaliate by making order very very late, one of the worst McDonalds in Morocco. Avoid at all costs.

Toilet wasnt clean at all and no soap even , order was very late , Arabic option screen for order kiosk wasnt working and no option for English either so only french langauge , only two tissues for 5 meals order I had in my tray so you have to ask for ketchup and for tissues as well.Bun for bigmac was dry , not like the typical standard McDonalds experience I had around the world which McDonalds is famous with 💔

They are asking people to wear masks and they ask also for vaccinal pass containing our personal data I will not visit this restaurant again I prefer burger king instead they are treating customers better

Excellent Halal burgers. COVID safe entry with heat detection device, mask wearing at the counter and spray for the self service screens. Excellent place for kids. Top of my list for a munch.

Very good service and the food was good.

I think this restaurant would be the first destination of any foreigner in a foreign country. The service here in this restaurant is well-presented, and its also cozy and comfortable to hang out with your friends as well. Its accessible to anyone since its located in the heart of downtown.

Very nice place , but the management will have to be more carful about the constantly missing articles in each order !!!

The only place in meknes where I can eat with no anxiety , all is good about the hygiene and local is very clean

- Customer service is really disappointing here.- The staff stop orders an hour before close of business, and shoo the customers waiting in line, all with the support/push of the supervisor.- The manager is very provocative with his ridicule suggestions, such as: bring your car and order from the drive through :( he told me when I was waiting in line, inside.- I would give this place a 0

They refused to turn on the air conditioner even though temperatures were extreme. So go in the drive through!

I was always happy with McDonalds service in Rabat Tangier Casablanca anywhere in Morocco even other countriesBut today i had a bad experience with McDonalds Meknès low quality service no one on the reception to take our order and get paid we have to wait and wait and wait ...Note that orderd for me and my friends and on the order two Milk Shake and we got what they called a Milk shake actually its a cup of white Ice cream

Nice place with lots of parking. But the male bathroom is dirty.

Delicious and tasty food, comfortable service and nice staff.

Always good for a cold drink...with ice...but never eat the food!

This location is the worst! Crowd have been waiting here for 20 minutes and my order has not even appeared on the monitor. We are all upset and A/C does not work.I Do NOT recommend this location, about to cancel my order.

Love this place. Quick service and great food. And if you dont have a car transportation is so easy to get. Taxis everywhere. No worries about getting ripped off either u pay according to the meter

Plenty of staff behind the counter and a girl in the crowd taking orders on her tablet which produces a number for you to go to the counter.The service was quite slow. The girls spoke good english. They took credit cards which was great for a visitor.The food was the same taste as home. Plenty of seating inside and out.The WiFi was terribly slow and pointless.

This place feels like home. I visited this place at least a 100 times and I never ever had any problem in here.

They must provide halal and fresh food and local. We can not trust McDonalds due to providing none healthy food

Loooong waiting time, do not come if rush hours or if you want something fast to eat. We waited in one of the confusing lines for almos half an hour and went someplace else.

If you dont want to eat arabic food, it is a good and fast option.

Very crowded and long queue. If you are not hungry, just jump the queue, while you wait you will be, cause it takes so much time. The food was okay.

Fancy building and service, but same low food quality you can depend on anywhere else in the world.

You know. Its fast food. One nice thing though is that you can order yourself in a self-service machine and get your food delivered to your table.

Ive been here a few times it seem like its the same all round but here the portions seem to be bigger than what you would get in the UK. You also have a drive through at this McDonalds. This is halal mcdonalds as you would expect in Morocco. But overall it appears like most mcdonalds you find anywhere in the world.

Lots of staff but very slow service. Drinks are hot!! Lively atmosphere. The kids play area is like a prison workout gym. Someone needs to supervise the kids area check my photo if you dont believe me. Had kids climbing the outside of the play area. Very dangerous
