Recurring problem that when you go there at night around 8 or 9 pm they always don’t have some sort of signage or in general good customer service about how they are only accepting cash.You would think since it’s late it would be the other way around due to safety concerns because of the community we live in. But the drive lines are very long and you can never go inside. So when you do sit in the line for 30+ minutes just to get to the front and say they are only accepting cash.The workers are consistently rude even when you offer a compromise to improve flow of business that being the signage I mentioned earlier. Just overall bad experiences constantly. Speaking from people I know in the community to myself being a patron. I unfortunately won’t be going back to the location.
Food was fresh and good, French fries were HOT, and that makes me happy
Omg the wait, avoid school out 230pm-4pm and the onslaught of children, those little adolescents and their darn skateboards and walking so recumbent and not getting out of the darn way,
My Family & I frequent this particular McDonalds often. We live just down the the street. I have to say, the Staff has either changed or the particular staff that afternoon was on it. They are Friendlier & much more Professional. I was Really Impressed with this. If its new Staff members , Kudos to the management team on hiring Great Team Members. 👍
Very nice place to get fast food
They have you wait in the drive-thru just to tell you its cash only. No sign in the front to let you know whats up. The lines are very long on Friday night and youre hungry now.
This place is still drive-through only. Sometimes I just want to sit in a hard plastic chair to eat my burger.
Fries were cold and hard.They had no apples for happy meals.
You need to open lobby again it’s killing your driver thru speed of service, as and ex McDonald’s department manager this has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited
Horrible service. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. The dinning Room is closed with no sign and the worst part the food is slow in the drive thru
This is the slowest McDonalds ever and very rude manager and crew they need be taught customer service they dont have any I like this one with the other owners they had the food ready this is sad I went to the door to get the for Uber and the manager didnt want to bring it to me with the drive thru line being long Im just sitting here in the drive thru wiring to pick up my Uber order I even have my car in park thats how long its taking this is the WORST McDonalds in San Bernardino I will not be coming here to order food are pick up
Messed up my order. My husband went in and got 2 orders of the 2 Sausage Mc Muffins for $5 and then an extra Sausage Mc Griddle. The Mc Griddle was a Chicken McGriddle which i can not eat so i was stuck not being able to eat anything that morning. Check your orders before leaving the drive up window!
Don’t order here. They can’t count and read what In the order. I order from the MC Donald app and was delivered by Uber eat. I order 20 chicken nuggets and apply a free 20 chicken nuggets on the app. When it arrive it only had 20. The receipt clearly said 40 Mc chicken. It told me to call UBER EATS I did but since the chicken nuggets was free they couldn’t do anything. I also try to call Mc Donald it self but didn’t had the option to do so. I call the store but didn’t answer. Don’t use the Mc Donald’s app, just use Uber Eat app if you want to use this Mc Donald’s.
Waste of space location. I dont think theyll ever open the lobby. Really pointless to have such a big location with locked doors all the time.
It’s a hit or miss at this place 50% of the time your food will be good 90% of the time it won’t be good. and after a certain time they only except cash even though there’s no sign saying anything about cash.
I just waited half an hour in line to find out they are currently only taking cash. I did not have cash at the moment. No apology or anything. Total waste of my time and I will not be back. They should have had someone at the beginning of the line. Many had to wait in line and get nothing. Never again!
more then enough times they do "Cash Only". why? how does this keep happening here?? once or twice but all the time?? then fries were STALE! terrible service. told me a price at the speaker and it BEING CASH had to make sure i had enough to only get to the window and its more now??? if it was a debit card then there would be no problem. but since they are floating orders and pocketing the cash then other problems arrise.Only come here cuz my kid wanted Mcdonalds. i would avoid this one at all cost. at least during late night.
The drive thru is always SLOW!!!!! Everytime i go through its a minimum of 30 mins. Today. It was 1 hour! Ive had enough. I dont think ill ever be returning. Idk if they are butchering cows or what buy 1 hour to go around is excessive. Im not kidding about the time.
My kiddos fries were so dry and hard. I was missing a burger and chicken nuggets. By the time I noticed I was home. I tried calling. No answer straight to voice mail.
Dont show up to this one if youre in a hurry. Sat in line more than two times for a half hour + in the drive-through. The people are generally polite, but Ive witnessed orders coming up missing when theyve been ordered ahead and attitude being served in their place. If you HAVE to have McDonalds, go 2 miles down on the Baseline exit (East). Theyve got WAY better service and WAY better Drinks. They tend to kick the syrup nob up to 11.
Why even offer curbside pickup of no one is going to tend to the curbside orders.. plus drive through lines take ridiculously long, no one answers calls, homeless sitting all around building, orders always either wrong or poorly made
As far as a cheap restaurant goes it could do better but its its OK doesnt deserve
This location is one of the worst wait time in drive thru after hours. You can be in line for up to an hour. Is. Just plain horrible and waste of time and there excuse. Short of personnel. At 10 pm last time I stop at this one
I been to this McDonalds 2 times theDrive tru is extremely slow compared to others.The first time there it took 20 mins the second time 31 mins so if youre in a hurry avoid this location, I mentioned this to the cashier she ignored me and rudely closed the window, customer service is bad I ordered 3 drinks they got 2 of them wrong is not acceptable.
Doesnt have shakes or ice cream in this hot weather would be nice rather than driving farther to get one
Terrible experience every time I go. The food is terrible, the workers are extremely rude. The wait is insane. If you order through the app, they never come out to give you your food. One time this employee stole my debit card.
This is the second time I have waited in there super long slow line and when I get up to the drive-thru window they have no fraps. I dont go to McDonalds much or even drink frappes from McDonalds or Starbucks much but the 2 times I have decided I wanted one from McDonalds because I do prefer their coffee over Starbucks, they dont have them. The reason for the 1 star is because as far back as the line is they could post a sign of a couple of things that they are out of so someone doesnt wait in that long line get up to the window and they dont have what they want to order.
I used the app to make my order for curbside delivery for 1 sandwich, a sausage patty, and a iced coffee I ended up waiting 15 minutes parked before I started trying to call the store to see when I will get my order which nobody answered multiple calls, then I had to go in to the lobby which was closed but a worker came to help me (who was a very nice gentlemanthey then found my order then finally started working on it. Time and time again I find that there are many very bad workers at this McDonald’s and when I finally did get my food it was as good as I can expect for McDonald’s except the iced coffee was more milk and creamer then coffee. As usual as disappointing experience here.
Wow! I don’t post complaints, but today at lunch I had to deal with the rudest McDonald’s manager I’ve ever seen! I gave a $20 with a tear on it and was informed they couldn’t take it. I admit, I was annoyed, but said nothing to the cashier and gave a card instead. She went and got her manager who very obviously took her time ringing me up. I calmly asked her if she knew what I could do with torn money, since it can’t be used, and she rudely told me “I don’t know, that’s yours.” No, it doesn’t sound rude, but for me to post this, it was dripping with attitude. Is this why we’re paying these people $15+ an hour? I won’t ever go back to this McDonald’s. They’ve repeatedly messed up my orders in the past, but I consider myself patient and don’t hold a grudge. That manager has no business being in charge of anyone! If I had said anything rude to the cashier, I would have deserved the attitude, but I said nothing to her and was polite when I asked the manager what I could do with the $20. She is obviously not qualified for her job.

I wouldnt send my worst enemies to this Location!!!!!! The front counter girl working there, should be retrained and taken off the front counter, her attitude was horrible horrible horrible! She didnt know how to use the McDonalds App and she wouldnt let me show her how to use the McDonalds App. I asked to speak to the Manager and she wouldnt go get the Manager, instead, she told me to Step Aside, and started trying to help another customer. I seen the Manager and ask to please speak with her. She told me, she told me she was about to get a bag to put my hash brown in I had already pre-ordered and paid for it through my phone her hands was all over my hash brown while she went through the store looking for a bag to put my hash brown in. I didnt want that one so I bought another one and the same thing occurred there were no bags at the window where they hash browns were so they were putting their hands on the part that you would have to eat. I took both hash browns put them in the car and brought them back the next day to another manager who could barely speak English and told me to wait until he looked at the receipt to give me a full refund he didnt give me a full refund instead he didnt pay me for the tax he only paid me for what the food actually cost before the taxes I didnt say anything I just went on and left the store I would not refer anyone to this location nor will I ever be returning to this location it was horrible experience for me they dont know what theyre doing and they should not be working there if they cant comply and treat people because its us that make McDonalds.
Do not come to this mcdonalds poor customer service and the employees are very rude and your order will most likely be cold and the manager didn’t even give me ice ! save yourself some time !
Super inconvenient that the ice cream machine NEVER works, their inside is never open and their curbside is always closed. The drive thru line is always super long.
So nice of them to take a bite of the meat to make sure it’s safe enough for me to eat.Sadly was also cold.
This is the absolute worst McDs Ive ever been to. The drive thru is super slow and the employees are so rude. This isnt the first time at this location Ive had this problem. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Next time I will definitely go to another one even if its farther away
I think it is about time for this location to open the dining room back up or at least let people in to order to go the drive thru was over full but do not want to open the lobby when other locations have it is pointless in my opinion they just dont want to deal with people not coming back.
I purchased a happy meal for my son and didnt get his chocolate milk. Its a normal occurrence for this location to get your order wrong but I am always able to resolve the issue. I called to speak to a manager to confirm if I could come at a later time and my request was met with ghetto unprofessional behavior. I still havent been able to resolve this issue.
This is a very nostalgic Mc Donalds, one of the first few open... This McDonalds did not disappoint me... I had chicken Crispy sandwich with fresh French fries,and they even had Ice cream!!.. a big pus for me!!.. The crispy chicken sandwich was very tasty.. was also fresh. 10 points here!👏👏👏
Ordered online and had to walk to the Drive Thru window to check in and pick up. I ordered two smoothies and the person in charge Katelyn said they didn’t have any. When I asked her to replace it with another flavor or a refund she shrugged her shoulders and said she couldn’t help me. She was rude and had the worst customer service experience. She rolled her eyes and did nothing to try and solve or help. Understand that they are busy all the time but that’s a given when you work at a chain like McDonald’s. If she can’t provide quality service they management should reconsider her role. Her delegates were observing her and she was not leading by example.
I had went Thursday night with my kids to McDonalds and got food poisoning that same night . My son started vomiting and my daughters felt so ill and I did too. We are barely getting over it .We wouldnt have gotten sick if they were more clean and organized and safe with handing customers food . I dont recommend eating here at all.
I placed my order through drive through. When I reached the pick up window. I told that associate regarding my rewards ( 4digit no.that girl didnt listen to me and she charged me 3.59 dollars on my credit card for large fries otherwise it would be 1 dollar. Will never visit this branch again. She replied that your code was invalid. My code was valid and it is still vaild. One of the worst branch of McDonalds.
2nd time i get sausage mcgriddle and no sausage in italso i have ordered mcgriddle and they give me mcmuffin instead

Another customer, a young man, was there at the door too and was brought his order, however, I was told that the dining room was closed and I would have to pick mine up at the drive thru. The line was long, 15 vehicles, and I estimated 15 minutes if they pushed out orders at a rapid 1 minute (which I doubtthis also means my order would be sitting on the counter waiting for me probably cold. So I asked for the manager who was rude from the start saying over and over the dining room was closed theres nothing she could do. I explained to her the app had curbside closed and if the dining room was closed it could have easily indicated that as well and set a good customer expectation experience. I asked her for her regional managers name and number and a refund. She brings me a receipt with the stores number and would not give me a contact name and said they dont do refunds! Having been a Relationship Manager for a bank for several years and a manager overseeing 50 employees and several leads at another business, I know she could have done better and treated me better and made it not feel possibly racial, which I hate to say but why would that other person get their order at the door a moment before me and not me? I dont know. But I do know she could have said her dining room was closed however Ill make sure to personally bring you your order and Ill let the general manager know that we need to update the app to reflect drive-thru only. This would have taken her a whole two minutes to do, have met my expectation, while at the same time let me know in-store pick-up closed at 8pm AND create a memorable customer experience. Instead I will not return to that McDonalds anytime soon.

Amazing!! this review is for the team members who were around during the Pokemon 25th anniversary. everyone is so nice and hospital. they answered all my questions in a professional manner. besides that, food is well made and cannot go wrong. the teamwork shows is well too. I watched these guys work (because there is nothing else to do in those long linesand noticed everyone is well trained and communicated with each other. I say this location is overall amazing.

This McDonalds is almost always busy and compared to the other nearby McDonalds their food isnt very well done. i lost a shake today because of the cup holder being damaged. My fries were cold. Not a happy customer today m
They are extremely slow but I deal with them because they are near home. Today I ordered a large pink slushi. When I got the receipt I told the young lady a mistake was made I wanted a large pink slushi not blue. She said tell them at next window. At the pick up window they had the nerve to say it was a blue lemon aid. I didnt want to hold the line up, but what ever happened to the customer is right when they are?
This review is based on my experience on 7/20 around 8:30pm: the guy at the drive-trhu was polite. I ordered a small caramel frappe. Look at it. It doesnt look good😱😱😱 and it was NOT as cold as from other mc Donalds.
They must not know what a mop is there was muddy water on floor. The area by soda machines was much worse. There was a worker sweeping cleaning up if you want to call it that. I kind of felt bad for him at least he was trying. While the others was doing nothing. From the time I was there to get food it seamed like everyone was on break all at the same time!! From the other Google reviews we can see McDonalds dont give a squat about their customers! The cstion wet floor sign was at pick up area. A customer said this is Dangerous you all need to mop this up! They just ignored him.
