Although the chain follow strict measures of quality and service to the extent you feel all branches are similar, this branch specifically seem to be a drop from the list. Cashier is not aware of promotion offered, team is over occupied with their phones and the only reconciliation was the manager who is trying his best to accommodate customer complains

Handling customers is one of the thing I like most about the McDonalds, but its completely opposite for Rayyan al Shafi branch. I was trying to redeem an offer and the staffs are saying theres a mistake from McDonalds application even thogh I know it isnt mistake from Application. Wow didnt expect that at all 👎
