McDonald's in Prunedale

We order our own food,I get my own drink ,when eating here I pick up my own food, even though there supposed to bring it to my table, but your prices keep going up .

Typical McDonalds, food looks nothing like whats advertised

Always know what you are Gunna get- reliable menu but with prop 65 chemicals known to cause cancer- imagine the chemical leaks to the environment around it- yikes like soda machines rendering kidney failure 🤢

I don’t know what’s wrong with this crew man. I asked if an order was mine in the counter instead of digging in a bag and the manner flips a cup around and walks away. I still need napkins ketchup and a straw. When another lady came in front outside I asked her If I could get a ketchup and she said give me a second and started making coffee.I order 3 fresh cookies after that. I received two and and the same lady asked what I needed I said I’m missing a cookie her reply: what you didn’t get it. In A rude sense. I replied no ma’am. Anyways. Not the worst crew not the best.The lady who took.my order however was sweet and kind. The other two had issues.

Waited over 10 minutes for my curbside mobile order. Finally just went inside and THAT is when they finally started making my order.

I dont know if life is telling me not to go back to McDonalds, but this is the 2nd McDonalds that I have to wait more than ten minutes for an order... And this time I ordered on the app 10 minutes before and I still had to wait 10 min on top of that. Then when I asked the manager that Ive been waiting and wanted to know how much longer, she responded with, "everyone is waiting for their order", yet I was the only one waiting other than the couple who had literally just finished ordering. Not cool at all. I tried to get her name, but she walked away. Didnt want to cause a scene, so I just got my order about a minute later then left. Used to be my favorite McDonalds, now Ill have to reconsider that.

They always get your other wrong. Please stop going.

8/1 10:26 pmI come to this McDonald’s at least 3 times a week. Tonight was a nightmare with their new? manager..i asked for 2 large cup of ice, usually $1 total. Tonight they tried to charge me $2.16, and was informed that small cups were free.. she was annoyed when I asked for 6 free cups of ice.. wouldn’t 2 larges for $1 have been a better business decision??But I guess that’s why she’s a manager at a fast food place. Sharp as a bowl of milk. Thanks for the 6 cups, 6 lids, 6 straws brainiac!

Not very happy With a drive-through service they told us to go park out front and there was nobody behind us in line and we wait it out front for more than 10 minutes and I had to go in and get our food

Stopped in for breakfast on a road trip through california. The best McDonalds we visited and the service was fabulous.

Very rude people especially the manager. And if your no longer going to serve a particular item you should not show a picture of it on your menu board. I will not be back to this location again.

What time does dine in close? Doors were locked at 8:20 pm. This is a highway store. I dont understand.

Really MCDs. Why do I have to ask for tartar sauce while I am ordering a filet sandwich? Your employee wouldnt give us any tartar sauce when we picked up our food. Said we have to ask for it before paying... also, why is it someone has to be rude when you do ask for something here? Parents have it hard enough with children when they are hungry and are asking for things then your employees have to make it that much harder by being rude for no reason? Do better maybe. Do better.

I have never recieved such terrible service. I asked and PAID FOR EXTRA RANCH AND BBQ, however they were not in my bag. I have learned that going thru this McDonalds you always check. The girl at the drive thru said yes all my sauces were there and walked away, guess she had more pressing matters. Please go to salinas. It is not worth the Hassel going to this McDonalds EVER!!!!!!!

I tried a McPlant for the first time. It had a strange smell initially, but it dissipated quickly. The burger was tasty. I will order again sometime.

Wednesday, January 19th, 12:13 p.m., store #11153. I have never in my life received such TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE service at ANY food service establishment as I did at the McDonalds, address 17537 Vierra Canyon Rd, Salinas Ca 93907. As soon as I walked in to place my order, the cashier, (description young blonde haired girl, had what sounded to me like a Hispanic accent, about 5 2"), was instantly was inpatient with me and was in a hurry the whole time. This didnt affect me at the time, as I ordered 2 meals. As soon as I looked in my food bag, I noticed there was only one order. I went over to the young lady and nicely stated to her that I had placed 2 meal orders and she immediately got defensive and said that she only heard that I ordered one meal. I stated to her that I would like to order another meal. I asked her a question regarding my drinks and before she gave me a chance to even finish my sentence, she talked right over me. I honestly dont remember what she was saying to me because at this point I got angry. I said to her in a stern voice, "Im speaking" because she continued talkng over me and she said to me as shes walking away, not letting me finish what I was saying, "Oh no, you dont talk to me like that, girl." Then I said to a very nice manager from that McDonalds, that was not working but ordering, that this employee was very rude to me and all of a sudden this young cashier drops the "F" bomb toward me. Then this other employee standing next to this said employee, behind the counter, stood up for this blonde cashier as she was basically condoning her behavior. That set me off and I said to the two employees, "youre going to back up your coworkers rude behavior?" This blonde young lady then stood there, at a distance, with this other coworker, as the blonde employee stared me down, saying, who knows what. The very nice young lady manager that wasnt working, called a supervisor and told him that he needed to take care of this issue with me, right away. This nice gentleman supervisor behind the counter was very, very helpful and very apologetic to me. I was very thankful for this...I told him that I was sorry that he had to deal with these employees later.

Went thru drive up. Got a meal. Took it home. That was the worst burger ever. Dry, not taste like it had been cooked hours ago. Well for $11.00 I wont go back. My dog ate it.

They’re service is lame. You can tell the employees don’t want to be there and they also can’t get your order right like every other company that hires employees that don’t care.

The iced coffee was ok. Although I think I took 1 drink and it was gone. 90% ice. But, its how it always is. As far as the staff, Im not really sure what is going on here. Completely dead, but everyone was running around in panic mode.

Horrible .... every time I go through the drive through they forget my sauces.I will go to the one in Marina from now on.Don’t go to this store .... doesn’t matter if you ask “did I get my sauces “ they say yes but they don’t check or just lie

It always tastes the same and thats why its perfect just how it is. Tasted the same 20 years ago and is always good. Sweet tea is the highlight of my day

I have not had Mickie Ds in years, this trip the burger was fantastic! Husband thought so too. Disclaimer, we were at softball 🥎 all day and did not eat until after 9.

This location is usually good but there has been several times where my order has been messed up and Im having to drive back to get my order fixed. This past time our fries were extremely salty they looked as if they were already sitting for some time, got re headed or fried for a few seconds and tossed in so much salt. We couldnt eat them.

Been here several times and they are consistently awful. Soda always taste terrible, they forget the sauce you asked for. New chicken sandwich is garbage and exploded grease all over my car. Taco bell is in the same parking lot and is a much more consistent option.

Ive been here several times over the past few months and have never received a correct order. Whether it be missing toys in the kids happy meals or a missing patty on my double quarter pounder. I normally dont post negatively, but the lack of attention to my order deserves this. I will not be going back.

I drive all the way out here in prunedale because the 3 McDonalds in Watsonville cannot compare, The PM cooks put their heart and soul into the food at this particular McDonalds even tho its a fast food Joint. The meat here is juicy and the cheese is actually melted. I give it 5 stars regardless of what anyone else may say!

I made a mobile order for this location and I did paid for my food. However, the manager said it didnt appeared on their system and I did showed my receipt of the todays order from my Gmail account and they still said that it didnt pop up in their system. I am a regular customer and this is how you treat your customers who cares about your food and now their system didnt work. Please fix this system! In addition, I am no longer buying your food anymore.

You go through their drive through and they are out of almost everything. No breakfast, out of juice, no bacon. Its be easier if they made a list of things they did have available. You could fit it in a sticky note and put it in the drive thru menu.Also their app is useless. It doesnt put the order in until after your there. Whats the point? Doesnt even save on time. The app isnt their fault, but this location sucks regardless.

This McDonald’s has messed up my order several times multiple times I have gotten fries that were ridiculously salty so I started having to ask for no salt on my fries but I don’t expect much because it’s just McDonald’s so I know that I have to order things a certain way to get them the way I like and check my order and make sure everything‘s in the bag and check the screen and make sure I’ve gotten the right amount of change back, I’ve gotten used to doing that but, now I’m really irritated because everywhere it’s posted outside the store in the drive-through on the website that on Friday and Saturday they close at midnight I went to their drive-through at 11:05 pm and they were closed you shouldn’t post that you close at one time if you’re going to close an hour earlier. I am done with this McDonald’s they have the worst service!!!

I went to the Prunedale McDonald’s last night. We ordered a lettuce wrap burger, no pickle no onions. When I got to the drive thru pickup after paying, I was told they have to cook the meat. Could I pull around the corner to the pickup area! That’s what drive thru is for, a pick up food area! How absurd to drive around the building, out of the drive thru lane, to wait for my order. I said what’s the wait? He said the regular meat takes longer to cook. I said what’s the difference. He said there is regular meat and there is 1/4 pound. The regular meat takes longer to cook. So I wonder what 1/4 pound is if it’s not regular meat??!! So reluctantly I complied. I sat there for 8 minutes and no food. I had to call the store, which had no idea what I was talking about. I was transferred to the manager who said let me send that out. Come on really?! Are you fricken kidding me!!???!!! So I got a burger with a bun and onions. I had to call the store again to say this is not what I ordered. The manager was given the call again. I had to tell him 4 times what it was I ordered. That took another 9 minutes to get and the rest of the food we had ordered went cold. I asked for a replacement on the fries cause at this point they were room temperature. That took another 5 minutes! Outrageous!! Then I drove off and put my hand in the fry bag to find it room temperature!!! Unacceptable!!! How come this McDonald’s just can’t get it right and screws up on everyone’s order and doesn’t care???!!! While I was waiting for my food a lady hopped out of a truck and I said good luck getting your food right here. She showed me her McDonald’s bag of food that she was taking back and said, “I agree that’s why I’m taking this back, they messed up on mine!” When I got home s that was the sorriest looking lettuce wrap I’ve ever seen! It had only two tiny leafs of wilted lettuce on it that didn’t fit over the patties!! Worst service! Worst managers and employees! I recommend going to any other McDonald’s than the Prunedale location. I will be reporting this store to their corporate office, the department of labor, and the health department. Last time I tried to go here they were closed early. This time they said it was due to employee staff shortage! They can’t get anything right!

Ordered 2fer deal on big mac, its been years sense we had one. It was really delicious! Should have ordered fries well done but really enjoyed our lunch.

Mcdouble was actually juicy and delicious. I only stopped because my kids got a gift card for Christmas. I dont eat McDonalds anymore fast food no longer tasted good so I was pleasantly surprised...

So if its around 7pm and the place looks open but the doors are locked that is because they have an employee shortage. Its not like they will put a sign up to notify the public they just lock the doors and ignore you standing at the door. Gone are the days of good management they just promote whoever has been lucky enough to last. The night manager looks likes he would enjoy working out but i wish he would work out hos brain.

This would have been a great lunch if it wasnt for the influx of flies on the chairs and tables. A constant problem.

Service is absolutely terrible. I waited for my fast food for over 20 minutes. I witnessed at least three people go back up to the counter because they received the wrong order. The manager was very nice but you could tell the team was very disfunctional & everyone was all over the place. The only good part of this whole ordeal was my Big Mac was good. Not sure if I will go back

Great food. I walked in ordered a breakfast sandwich and was out the door in 10 mins. Supet fast services, super clean eating area, bathrooms where well kept. The soda was on point, plenty of ice in the ice machine. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Waited 24 mins in the drive thru. There was only 4 cars ahead of me. This is the third time in a row that I had to wait more than 20 mins. Looked like the employees were lost and scrambling to get the orders right. I will be driving to the Salinas McDonalds to get my fast food fix.

This is literally the WORST MCDONALDS IVE EVER VISITED. Drive through takes priority over in-store orders to the point where Ive seen about 10 cars pass by before even 3 sets of in-store guests get their meals. Employees are INSANELY rude and unprofessional and quite often mistakes are made in the order and no one checks inside to make sure everything is there before the customer leaves

The crew was prompt in serving me. I wanted Apple pie and they had none. The young man suggested i wait 12 minutes he cook some and he delivered. Such great ,fast service.Thanks Team. Team work.

Rudest most ignorant people Ive ever encountered in the service industry I ended talking to the manager of the store who apologized for her employees rude and ignorant behaviour and offered a free meal next time I came in so I clearly explained why I would never come back to her establishment again. I also made sure to take their online survey and explain how they were treating the customers and why they lost a lifelong customer

Worst service ever, very slow. Twenty minutes to get one order of Frys.

Customer service was terrible. Were rushed lobby was closing soon which we didnt know we had been on the road for 7 hours. We didnt arrive after the lobby closed but the dude was in a rush to go home. As soon as he closed the lobby he took his uniform off. They werent closing still had drive thru but we had a trailer. Food was alright for McDonalds. Just very poor customer service. We arrived at 9:45 if your wondering and it closes at 10:00 lobby does atleast.

Absolutely worst burger I have ever had from McDonalds. When I checked the time stamp on the sticker on the box (it was a Bacon Smokehouse Burgerit was 20 minutes old and we had only driven a couple hundred feet away to park and eat. The line was so long and the service so slow I didnt want to take the time to return it. Wont order anything from this location again. Learned my lesson.

Service was horrible! 😓 Food wait was eternal and the line was starting to get long. I dont know what took so long plus I noticed they handle money and prepare coffees or touch other food items without wearing gloves to fill out orders after they charge 😳 not very clean. Bathrooms were not clean us there was random person in the mans restroom just standing there, it was just uncomfortable.

Employees could be a lot better. Prices constantly rising and the food quality never improves. So focused on making the dining room look like a 50s lounge they couldnt afford to put in a second napkin dispenser so as not to fight your way through the rude customers it seems to attract.
