McDonald's in Rancho Mirage

i like how fast the drive-thru moves, but i still do not like that they say...is that all right after everything i order. I cant even finish my order and they say is that all, sometimes with an attitude. Like i told the manager can they not do that, can they wait or say would you like anything else, or offer and if they do not want to work then let the others that do, work.

French fries were perfect and the woman at the register so friendly

My mom and I went to the McDonalds in Rancho Mirage that is off of the I-10 freeway, they have 2 registers and they had a sign on both stating that we had to use the kiosk. I was wondering why people were leaving, I also left because I was paying with cash and I couldnt use the kiosk so I went to Burger King instead at least they still believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE

I cant believe large drinks are $1.89 now

Not only were they out of adult happy meal boxes & toys. (Which I can get over). But than they literally gave us the wrong drinks, giving us diet soda instead of what we had ordered. Also, they forgot my sauces for my 10 piece chicken nugget meal!! Now I’m stuck eating my meal with not only ketchup… but WARM ketchup! 😤🤮

McDonalds sells itself great service fast food good food thats why I keep coming back thank you

Rude drive thru cashier and order taker , this is not the mcdonalds that I know , at least my team was sharp and polite with customers

One of the most state-of-the-art McDonalds I have ever seen. The curbside structure is appealing and inviting. For a McDonalds, the customer service was down-home hospitality, but given the area, it was a McDonalds kinda classy. I just wanted a blueberry muffin and coffee, and it too was served with kindness.

Stopped here at 3:00 am Sunday after traveling from Hawaii and driving from LAX. There are very few locations open 24 hours any more. The gentleman who was working was very friendly and had just such a great way about him. All of the food was hot and delicious. Highly recommend this location!

Horrible food and service.Defiantly not worth anyones time or money. Rude staff, soggy fries disgusting burgers.

Horrible experiences Everytime. This last time we did not receive any fries not even in our childrens happy meals.

The employees were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. We had to wait a little extra for the chicken sandwich but they noticed we were waiting and ran back to check before we even asked. Made us a new freeze before we even asked because it had melted while we were waiting. Good customer service during a busy lunch hour.

Hands down best McDonald’s in the desert. I’ve tried McDonald’s spicy mchickens from across the desert and it doesn’t even come close to the ones served here 🥱🔥.

We went there around 1:30am 7/6/22 and drive through was blocked off by 2 cones. It was not 24 hours. What a waste of time and gas

Only went in the drive threw. Someone was taking a super long time, but when they were finished th line seem to go smoothly..

A very nice McDonalds. The space is clean and well designed. The staff is very attentive, especially a young man cashier. Really good service. The fries and the Big Mac were well prepared, not overdone. Sauces were free, which is nice. The temperature inside was pleasant. In total 5/5 . I would recommend this certain place to my friends.

Omg, first time in forever we received the best customer service in a McDonalds. The cashier, Tiffany went on and beyond on customer service. My kids were excited to order bcuz she acknowledge them and was very attentive.Thank you.

Its 9:42pm, door sign says open till 11pm but the Manager named Gregory said they are closed early because short staff. Employees were rude. There was only 4 cars in the drive thru and 4 staff members. Horrible service. They need to learn to work more efficiently.

I was craving a McFlurry late tonight and decided I deserved one, so off we went! The drive through line was long, but not terrible. It went by quickly. When we got to the window the person on the other side was so nice and kind. We asked for a little cup to put an ice cream cone we ordered in and without any hesitation he said of course! and offered us a spoon as well. I know that this seems like “standard care” but in the world we live in today, most of the time we are met with stern faces and impersonal interactions as people just try to “do their jobs and leave”. Our first time at this McDonalds.Very busy on a Tuesday for lunch.Had ordered a large plain ice tea with extra ice. Gentlemen at pick up window gives us our order then asks if we need anything else. We asked for more ice and he gave us a cup full with extra napkins. He smiled the whole time and made our day !!!

Inside still closed as of March 11th 2022 which is pathetic. Places such as this that claim to have employees that "wont work" shouldnt be open in the first place. If you cant fire people who so not want to work then you obviously need new management.

Good location. They never mess up my order. Fries always fresh, staff always friendly.

Normally I give 5 stars but this time I can only give 2 as the burgers were so cold the cheese didnt even begin to melt and the cashier took way too long to even acknowledge that I was trying to order..😥

Came for the Mcgriddle 2 for deal. The lines in the store and drive thru were slow moving, typical of a breakfast rush. Great App

Worst McDonald’s, staff was very very rude. Just went right now at 12:45 for just 3 sodas and the lady in the window was in a very bad mood. Yeah I understand it’s late but my mom said thank you as being polite and the lady didn’t say welcome back as curtesy. And Well my mom said your welcome and the lady screamed back at my mom, it was just really rude, no reason to scream and be rude, I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s it was really disappointing.

The last two visits each on Sunday at 6:45 PM the drive through was under staffed. It took a long time to get ordered and to pay. The same window was taking money and handing out the food last night. Will go to another location next week. Also food was cold especially the fries.

Sandwiches and nuggets were cold. Fries were cold and burnt. Workers at both windows were friendly and professional. I was a bit confused really.There was a long drive thru line so this means high food turn over right? So why was the hot food still served cold? Please do better. Were counting on you. Thanks.

The drive thru line moved really fast. We didnt have a bad experience with the person that helped us. But we had a issue with the manager that was on duty and came to address a issue a customer had with the employee. The manager is on the phone finishing a conservation with a customer to where we can hear and she tells the customer she is going to talk to her now. The manager was completely unprofessional to talk to her about the other customer in front of us to where wecould hear. We felt bad for the employee and the manager needs to learn how to talk to employees with respect and in a location that isnt for other customers or employees to hear.

The food is horrible. The fact that this chain has not been flagged by the FDA is corruption. We have seen their food tested over the years. My burgers look more like material than ingredients.

Felt rushed, order was wrong... they gave us medium fries and drinks, when we ordered large. When we told them about the error, they shoved a small order of fries at us and said "that makes up for it" and closed the window, with a horrible attitude. No sauce for nuggets. Staff needs more training in customer service... theyre horrible

Was the only person in line at 11pm, I ordered a hamburger happy meal. The burger was cold in the center. It was light grey all over the outside? There’s no rush why would that slip?

Fast service. There was a long line in the drive thru so I decided to get off. I got my food really quick I was out of there less than five minutes. I recommend this McDonalds. Also great customer service.

Food quality lately has gone down. fries have been small and shriveled. Last couple trips my chicken sandwiches and fish filet was dried out and hard, like it was sitting for a long time.

Open both for inside ordering and Drive-thru. It has a great location just off the 10 freeway in-between Costco and Home Depot on the south side. Parking spaces are in front for employees to bring food to your car, if ordered online or by phone.

I know that I will get what I expect in both food taste and correct order. However, the app has a tough time recognizing when I have arrived, especially the Niceville store. I do not have the same issue with apps for other chains that I frequent. It would be real nice if they would build in an override feature where you, being the human in charge, could actually insist that, "Yes, I am really in curbside pickup location 3" or "I am really in the drive thru line."

This McDonald’s is hit or miss. Sometimes I get a good burger and other times it’s a little stale. They put too much mayonnaise on the MC chicken sandwich as well so they could chill a little bit on that. Hoping I get some better burgers next time.

I hadnt been to a McDonalds in over 5 years but I had a sudden craving for the fries.It happened to be around 1 pm and the line was very long...about 8 cars...but they had both sides of the drive thru open and the line moved very quickly and efficiently.The staff was friendly, quick, and got everything right.What more can you ask from fast food?

This is a standard McDonald’s, but since we were hungry, it was very good. There was also no lines, so we got everything we wanted very quickly.

Easy off, easy on from I-10. Two order lanes, a pay window and a pickup window so you get your fast food fast.

We ordered Apple fritters along with other items. First they missed the order. We corrected before paying. Instead of fritters they gave us cookies. My daughter really wanted fritters. But we realised the order mess up an our later on our way to Phoenix. Too late to go back. Check your order before leaving the window.

McDonalds food would have been good but after giving our order for some reason they could not get it straight after moving from one mic to another I decided to move forward to pay.to my surprise that drive through gent had to fix ...retake the order. Zzzznd even then we were missing parts of our order truly a magical experience fun for the whole family. Bring your patience and enjoy.

Been trying to go by here after work as they’re pretty much the only 24/7 fast food on the way home and I work nights. Whoever is running the night shift keeps claiming their “system is down” regardless of when I go in and say they only take cash, with no other explanation. Overnight staff needs to be either retrained or replaced because it’s complete nonsense driving there and being told they don’t want to do their jobs.

Sarah and Me bought Ice cream sundaes one with M&Ms with chocolate sauce on it & a plain with no toppings on it.

Good experiences. The food is always warm and tastes fresh. The drinks never tastes bad. They fizz and are refreshing. Im a fan of the frappuccinos and their cold and hot coffee. Flavorful. Service is quick.

I typically enjoy McDonalds but was very disappointed with this visit. Lobby is hot and stuffy . My quarter pound sandwich was not fresh during lunch rush. Fries were forgotten by employee then brought me old salty fries...

Great service, room temperature is comfortable it is a fairly clean location. A good stop for a sandwich breakfast ends 10:30 on the weekdays
