Fast food my ***. The food takes 20 minutes MINIMUM. No matter what the time is you will wait 20 minutes at the least whether that be dining in or drive thru. They have an extra drive thru lane to expedite food faster yet they take 4 extra orders in the first lane before considering to take the second lanes order. Do not go the mcdonalds on niagara steeet, there are many restaurants on the same street that offer better, and faster service. Two words: Quality Control. This Mcdonalds needs to put this to practice.**EDIT**Few years later still super slow service. Check this picture out. Ordered a large fry in my combo. No sign of fries in the bag. I paid for a large and got a medium maybe even small size worth of fries. Pathetic. I’m so upset. This place is literally stealing money from their customers. I’m just one person, if they do this to everyone that’s terrible. Don’t go to this McDonald’s.

Sorry I got mixed this place with Niagara falls area MacDonald. This is good and toilet good too. I do not know how to recall what I posted.
I mean, a McDonalds is a McDonalds is a McDonalds, but the people who work here tend to me exceptionally nice so I’m hopping on here to rate it.

Playplace closed but no signs until you try to enter it. No toilet paper (people were bringing in napkins). Floors SO DIRTY. Like multiple puddles of pop to walk through. I’ve never seen a dirtier McDonald’s. There are some other McDonald’s nearby so I’d consider those.
Was there an hour before closing and the lady that took our order only put in half our order, even asked her if she put in everything, she looked over at something and said yeah and also gave me watered down flat Dr Pepper instead of ice tea.
Food was fresh, no real complaints.
Ive tried so many times with this location but each time the staff is rude, the food is cold, and I always have to walk back in because they forgot something on drive thru. Dining in is a joke! They force you to use the order checkout and ignore you if you need assistance for anything.
Everything was good. Only one thing that should be changed, which is less salt on the fries.
Got old and burnt nuggets so I politely asked for something else. When I got my new chicken burger they covered it with 3x the amount of lettuce
Another corporate owned burger joint. Lots of eats. Just ad a Mc to it and they ensure you a magical meal ride! I like it, when Im baked.
The staff is very immature. The manager did replace my order, which was botched, but you should get exactly what you order & pay for the 1st time

In Welland I don’t expect great things but this McDonald’s always has friendly staff and it’s our go to coffee spot when we are in town!

Their frappe machine and or ice cream machine is always down. Twice this week tried for a frappe and nope. Brutal

Always clean, friendly staff, love that the okay place is open again.
Evry day I went that location , I lost a lot time.Today was last day I went there , I think owner doesnt know he should hire more staff.
I got an ice cream sundae and the sundae itself was fine, but they handed me the container and the lid wasnt on properly and it got all over my hand immediately and it barely had any "hot fudge" and I paid for extra. Was disappointed as I usually get these once every year as a "yay its summer" but I dont think I will be continuing that tradition anymore :(

What can I say .. its McDonalds have to serve myself in the self serve kiosks no one at the counter till . And no employee discount for doing so. The prices are getting high . Rather go to a sit done restaurant for that price
Ordered an Egg McMuffin and it was burned.... Inedible. Contacted head office and never got a response. Typical.
Slow service in the past 6 months and getting orders wrong, i double check my bag before walking away now. I see all new people working there, perhaps they fired all the previous people who cared about doing their jobs properly? Even though i live very close i think i will try the Mc Donalds on Lincoln st and see if that is any better. I watched the 2 people trying to fill orders recently in a quiet time and it was straining their abilities to do so. People need to stop going here so that management gets the message and makes changes.
They have screwed up our order many times. This time we ordered fries and I pull one out to eat and I get a whiff of a horrible smell. It smelt like someone put their hands down their pants, wiped between their cheeks and then handed out food. Absolutely horrible.
Staff will not take your order and you are forced to use the kiosk only. Staff advised us that Owner told them not to take orders in person. Has the owner forgot they area service industry. Staff tried to show us to place our order for two coffee and muffins on the kiosk and staff was unable to place the order at the correct price. It kept overcharging for the order over $1. Staff member told us owner had scolded staff not to take customers orders if inside the building. We have gone to the other McDonalds in the area with no problems.TheNiagara St. Location will never get our business again and we will spread the word. Why should I have to use my debit card for just a coffee????? No wonder the place is empty and theLincoln street location is very busy!!!
I always order for curbside on Wednesday for my family. Same lady always brings it out. Very nice. Just always check my bag before I leave cause they usually forget something.
Simple instructions. No tomato and no mayo. Yet it shows up with both. Skip the dishes isnt at fault and they are closing soon. So the person who didnt get their right order doesnt get to eat. Simple order. And this isnt the first time. One job!!
Very poor customer service skills and the manager was a treat. Very rude!!! Tried asking her the same question several times and she kept interrupting raising her voice talking over me. I ended up leaving because of it
Went in last night with my wife. We were the only people who were inside it still some how too 10 minutes for 2 coffees .that had clearly been made but not severed. My wife who rarely gets coffee got a mocha something. It either didnt get the whip cream or it had sat so long that it all melted. It also tasted just awful.Super annoyed by the whole thing. Me as someone who pretty much lives on coffee will not go back
All we ordered was an iced coffee and a mocha from inside last night and we had to wait over 13 minutes to receive our order. All employees tried to stay hidden so they wouldnt have to deal with us trying to get their attention. An older lady working the cash finally walked in from outside and it took her 3 minutes to even realize we were waiting on something. By the time she gave our drinks to us (without saying a single word to us, just put them down and walked away), our drinks consisted of a cold and tasteless mocha (tasted like old coffee that was watered downand a now warm iced coffee.We were going to complain, but the cashier and all other employees were nowhere in sight and we didnt want to waste more time. Both drinks went into the garbage and we will not be returning to this location again!Customer Service is lacking here, not a single employee spoke to us or even noticed our existence. Perhaps management should train staff to put the same priority on those inside as in the drive-thru.
Zoey was extremely rude and took it upon herself to not serve us when she would not listen and kept talking over me when I was attempting to give her a code. She then agreed to serve us then changed her mind at the window. This person should not be in that position she is causing McDonald’s to lose business. I’ve never been treated so badly at this location. She needs to be replaced or learn how to treat loyal customers properly. She refused to give me her superiors info as well.
Attention to detail would be appreciated. When the drive through is busy, especially, a coordinated effort needs to be made. This is not the first time my order has had errors in it, as I have received the wrong sandwich. Having a car load of family I did not have the time to address this or varify said order before leaving. Verbally the order was correct but not the actual order.
Great food! Except one downside. Always low on staff! Not too bad but sometimes they also mess up on orders. Forgiveness is given but besides that place is great, want more info? Read every 3-5 star review.

Waited in the 2nd line while 2 other cars in the other lines orders were taken before my own. Waited for the person to come over the intercom but no reply. So when I drove up to give my order the young girl was shocked that nobody had taken my order. I ordered a med coffee with 2 cream and a carrot muffin. I was told they did not have a carrot muffin so I agreed to take a blueberry muffin. When I went to the next window to get my goods I should have looked in the bag and at the coffee. As I drove away I noticed that I had received a black coffee and a raisin muffin
Todays my graduation from Highschool, I just went on a 7 KM walk with my mother and I wanted a happy meal and soda to celebrate my graduation before the actual ceremony. My mother ordered me a happy meal and I was worried they would give me a girls toy because we never specified. Not only did they give me a boys toy, but it was the Joker plush. Lovely dining indeed.
Good location, but fix the drive through!!!! And good luck trying to get back on Oakwood so you can get back to MacLeod. This has been an issue for like 15 years, its not like McDonalds doesnt have the money to make this location easy to get in and out and the drive through placement is horrible.
They really take good of the outside so someone could walk with a walker or wheel chair. They have garbage that are easy access when walking dog and they clean and empty quit often by the looks of everything. It was also well marked for our safety. Thank you
I go to this location occasionally and the service is very quick. However the coffee is usually not hot. A few days ago I ordered the coffee and muffin pairing. Yesterday I ordered the Spiciest Ghost Pepper McChicken Sandwich meal. I did these order using the mobile app and it was very easy and convenient.
went through the dt at 7am this morning. me and 2 other cars. ordered 2 sausage McDuffie and hashbrowns. service was quick only 2 minutes but thats where it ends. the food was old hashbrown luke warm to say the least the muffins were hard around the edges and I had 2 tops on one muffin and 2 bottoms on the other. couldnt do a survey as there was no receipt in the bag so no store number.
Im not a huge fan of this McDonalds location their drive-thru is very slow compared to Wendys just down the street. However the interior is nice. It feels pretty cozy for a fast food restaurant its nicely decorated the bathrooms are clean the dining room is clean. its definitely one of the nicer McDonalds on the inside but the service is always slow whether in the Drive-Thru or dining room.
Caramel iced coffee should not include the grounds :/ they didnt bother answering my call to the store as I was not able to return to get my order fixed at the time not that I should have to return and wait AGAIN to get what I ordered the first time o.O
I go here all the time. Usually busy, not a big deal. But I paid to add bacon to my sandwich (3 stripsand I only got one.Apparently drive through times and shoving new employees on the line takes priority over proper training and quality service
Looking at some of these reviews, I dont see what people are saying. I have personally never had a bad experience here, service has always been speedy, on some occasions Iv been asked to wait aside for my order, but hey...it happens.They offer a medium size play area, iv recognized that different McDonald offer different sizes. The enclosed play area has a small seating area for parents/guardians within.They do mobile orders here as well!
Angus BBQ was so nice! You can choose the meal what ever you want. Buger with salad and vanilla shake is fantastic combo.
