McDonald's in Lee's Summit

Pretty much the cleanest McDonalds Ive ever been inside. Employees were friendly and efficient. It seems silly to leave a review for a McDonalds but I was just impressed with this location.

Always provide wrong order.We have to come back again for re order.Food is also not so good.Muffin mostly burnt.

Over all a great store, but has its moments when you wish you didnt stop.Ice cold nuggets after 9 for example.

Soda Machine was acting up. Food was fresh tho but was thrown together. Top half of burger was slid off 3/4 of the way of the bottom of the burger which made a mess

Brought the family by at 8pm for some ice cream and the lobby was closed. Doors locked.

This place is a joke. Ordered a #2 with no revisions. They were quick to take my money, not give me a receipt, hand me a drink and then was asked to pull forward and wait. 19 vehicles went thru before the ourdoor delivery guy apologized for my delay. I asked him to get the manager, who was closer to 15 years old than 30. With a real attitude, he asked what was wrong. He thought I just pulled up to the went window and wanted food. He asked if I had gone thru the line…… duh. I had my drink. Where did I get that? He then closed the window and the really nice delivery guy finally brought me my food. The manage didn’t have the guts to deliver it personally. He needs to spend more time managing this store and less time coloring his hair. Absolute joke!

I ordered a double Quarter pounder with extra onion and got a single with no onions.

It was nice coming here, I like their crispy chicken sandwich. But it is not as tidy when we visited coz the seat of the L-Shape table was dirty and I need to clean it with paper towel and there is a fly.Please do not get me wrong, I am just saying what observe that day we visited this place.The water in the faucet was really hot that is why I cant wash my hands to it.They have wheel chair access. Mask is not required but all their staff have face mask.One good thing is they have a real toy for their Happy meal and not just a paper pop up toy.

Sunday June 5th, 2022. I went in for breakfast, and two hash browns was apart of my order. I looked in my bag and they werent there. I went back up to the counter to politely let the employees know, and one of them had the nerve to say they put them in with attitude. I proceeded to show them my bag and receipt, and then got the hash browns. Customer service at that location is horrible and needs to be improved

At 4;38 my friends ask by call are they serving breakfast they just hung up in his face and he’s handicap he was asking so he wouldn’t have to get up for no reason

Called ahead to see if shake machine was working, lady stated it was but they are closed. That was at 1108 and google says it closes at 12am and was updated by phone 3 weeks ago

Intercom didnt work,repeated my order twice,pull up to next window grab said order,got it wrong.Cmon man!!!

Great McDonalds, usually very speedy and not super crowded.

Service is as terrible as the food. No pride taken in either. Why even have a business if you’re not willing to put forth a good product? Don’t waste your time going here.

Order the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich checked my sandwich before I drove off I asked how do you expect me to eat this. every thing was off to the side and all over the box she took it back I said please have them make it how they would like it served to them she brought the same sandwich with more of a mess on top and on the sides....

Shout to the guy in the drive thru working Sunday 1/16/22 at 9:50pm and the person who drop apple pies for the pregnant lady!! Those cravings aren’t a joke and you all made me and the baby very happy 😊 !

Employees like to regularly close 30-40min early and will ignore you at the drive thru until you leave when they decide to close early. Theyve even made a point to start hiding out of sight when they feel like not accepting anymore customers. Honestly, require your employees to stay open till the scheduled time or just change your open and close times, tired of wasting my money in the form of time and gas to come out here for these games. Literally soo disrespectful and inconsiderate

Seems like the staff lacks communication. Took over 10 minutes to get 2 cups for drinks. My son was standing near the cashier patiently waiting and they just dismissed him several times. Finally a Uber eats (or something like thatcame and yelled at them telling them "give this kid a cup". This was not even during lunch/rush hour. Find another McDonalds.

Food was good. Service was mediocre. Ordered breakfast with orange juice and they tried to give me orange soda. They fixed it though.

This location was very clean. The staff was very good. The fries were cooked perfectly. It was remodeled on the inside and had touch screen games for kids. Highly recommend this location.

Dont order the new slushy. It is syrup with some ice crystals floating at the top. I order a meal and pay extra for it!!! I also had to park from the drive thu and wait for my order. 5 minutes later I finally get my food and ask where my drink is. Young kid "oh you have a drink" I show him the receipt stapled to the bag and hes says hell go get it. I watch 5 orders come out and finally ask him if Im getting my drink. He tells me the machine is broke but theyre fixing it and walks away. Comes right back out with a cup 2/3 full of yuck. I call to complain and after two attempts (they dont answer their phoneIm reviewing here. He could tell I was unhappy when he handed it to me and just walked away again. Terrible customer service. Burger so salty it went in the trash as well. Fries were great. I wont be back.

Pretty messed up that they dont close until 11:00 pm and at 10:35 pm they just keep you waiting in the drive thru acting like theyre closed but they arent. Doesnt make much sense, all I wanted was some fries and a sprite Im so sorry to intrude your night while youre still open. Its sad cause Im pretty sure it was two managers working a caucasian male in a red shirt and a Latina female in a blue shirt. Sweet customer service skills Ill have to try to shut down 30 minutes early at my job. At least turn off your lights or something if youre going to play dead.

Had lunch there today before going to work. Not even 10 minutes go by before Im getting physically ill. And have been ill all day since. Had to leave work early due to being barely able to leave the restroom for more than 15 minutes. Never going to this location ever again.

5 customers and i were waiting for 20 minutes before a response was heard. Then was walked through the line to be handed the wrong order and that.y doordash doesnt exist. The manager then proceeded to tell me its "not their problem, and to have the customer deal with it". Thoroughly disappointed with the work ethic shown by the whole team. 0/100

Unfortunately I tend to put my standards lower when fast food places do like the big mac deal or any deal in general. I was surprised to find that both of my Big Macs were prepped well, not messy and actually resembled the advertising of them. Keep up the awesome service.

I went to the Mc Donald’s on 3rd St. to get breakfast this morning. I ordered 3 sausage biscuits, sub ham for sausage add cheese. I get home and find out looking at the reciept that they charged me completely incorrectly and my food was totally wrong. I go straight back up there and they refused to fix it saying they now have stopped serving breakfast. This place is a joke. DO NOT GO THERE.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the city. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. When ordering there’s a 20% chance nobody ever takes your order if you choose the wrong lane. After you pay it’s a total cluster and disaster to get even the simplest food order. Every. Single. Time. Every drive through in the country has this figured out except this McDonald’s.

I have only ever ordered through the drive through, never inside. I have never, not once, gotten a correct order. Sometimes its small stuff like leaving cheese off of cheeseburgers or getting a single cheeseburger when I ordered a double. Sometimes its leaving a quarter pounder completely out of my order and being rude when I return to get it. I have also never gotten napkins in my bag without asking. I will not be going back.

Second time i had lunch here and was not happy with the customer service. Things aren’t stocked in the lobby, i had to eat my salad with a spoon because i was told they ran out of forks. That really aggravated me! That should’ve been said before i placed my order. Employee didn’t look in the back for any either, just ugh. Drinking station is a mess, i would NOT be back at this location ✌🏽

They redeemed themselves a little this morning. I bought a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuit. It was very good. Original Post: Bought a chicken sandwich meal for $7.79. Look at this picture. The chicken sandwich is a joke! Its small and flat. If I hadnt purchased it from drive thru, I would have requested my money back.

This store is awful. I never get a receipt when I order on the kiosk. Kiosk across from that is broken still. Out if ice in the ice machine on the left ita always out of ice. If you run out of supplies you better hope someone behind the desk looks at you instead they know you are standing there and pretend they dont see you. When I only recieved HALF my order I was interrogated like I was lieing but the worse part is I could prove it but their machine wouldnt give me a receipt . Everything is dirty. I have been coming here and all this same stuff has been broken at least that long. Oh and my burger was NOT cooked all the way oh and if you push the help button on the kiosk no one comes.

Never go through the drive through here. After you pay, you are told to go down to one window, then another window, then finally to pull around the building. After 10 minutes teenagers come out and asks what you ordered. After you tell them, they disappear for another 5 minutes. Then they come back out with the wrong food. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me one was on duty. I finally get my food and leave. Nothing was done to try and make it right to the customer. NEVER AGAIN.

9 times out of 10 your experience here will be rough...we always have to wait for our food. When asked if we could add a McRib for a $1 (like their sign advertisedwe were told no because of “corporate.” Always have to pull into a spot and wait for food. Great location but they need a better team or more training for sure.

This McDonald’s has really gone downhill. On my last several trips through the drive-thru, I’ve had to pull around and wait for more than 10 minutes for my food, even though my order didn’t include anything out of the ordinary.On my most recent visit, the second lane of the drive-thru wasn’t being helped. So, I had to pull out of line and go into the restaurant. All the kiosks were busy and the staff seemed reluctant to take an order at the counter. Unfortunately, their frozen drink machine wasn’t working and they were out of barbecue sauce, which disappointed both of my kids as well as others in line.The only positive experiences I’ve had recently have been during breakfast hours. The breakfast staff are friendly and process drive-thru orders quickly and efficiently.Our family is really hoping that this McDonald’s can turn it around and doesn’t continue the downhill slide!

The good - Orders are fast and usually correct. Also they keep the dining area pretty clean.The bad - You do have to ask for everything to be cooked well done if you want it cooked thoroughly. Bacon is never fully cooked and burgers are pretty rare.In conclusion ask for your food well done and you will be good to go!

I happen to be the only one in the restaurant at the time. They cooked my order exactly like I wanted it to be cooked. The server was pleasant and made sure that I was satisfied with my order. I definitely will go back at some point in time.

Not busy. Only person waiting to be served. Someone finally took my order. Then waited 10 minutes to get my order. Saw 3 people pick up my sandwich, put on tray, take off tray and put back in bin...3 different times. They kept moving my sandwich back and forth because they were waiting on hash browns to cook. Just ridiculous. Again, not busy at all. I wont stop at this store anymore.

This McDonalds features the kiosks for processing orders and payments. Its a fairly new restaurant and its pretty clean. Like many of them, they were busy when I arrived. They could improve in the area of calling out the order when its ready.

I ordered 2 meatless egg mcmuffins. They were good, but took over 10 minutes to get them. I was told to go to pick up window 2. Then I just sat there with cars going around me and no one telling me anything. Glad I wasnt in any kind of hurry.

Breakfast crew is trash. Doesnt speak English. I order two items with egg whites and white cheddar. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I have to go back through to have it replaced because they mess something up. Today. Two different people spent 5 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with my order because they didnt understand a word I was saying. I literally had to pull my cheese off of my sandwich in front of them and say "THIS WRONG" before she got that yellow cheese is not white cheddar.

Visited this location yesterday at 4:30pm. There were four cars in the drive through lane so we decided to go ahead and eat inside. When we walked in there were zero customers inside and two employees talking together out where customers place their orders. They were laughing and appeared to be having a pleasant afternoon. We placed our order and went to fill our drinks. That area all around the soda machines was messy with ketchup spills, napkins, and straw wrappers. My wife and I looked around and couldnt find any straws so she walked back up to the counter and asked for straws. The employee handed her straws but my wife said it was weird because he never said a word back to her. We went to choose a table and counted 7 dirty tables. Some just needed a wipe down but others had trays, wrappers, and empty drinks. We honestly thought about just taking the food back out to our car because it felt so unclean but we found two clean tables next to each other so we sat. While eating we could hear employees talking and laughing and obviously not working so when we were finished I walked back up to the counter and asked for a manager. The gentleman said he was "one of the managers". I simply said we were dissapointed in the cleanliness of this McDonalds and hadnt experienced it this dirty before and mentioned how filthy the fountain drink area is and that no tables had been cleaned during our visit. He never uttered one single word back but simply walked around the corner, grabbed a rag and walked over to a table and started wiping it down.

Only got a chicken sandwich, a Coke and a mocha frappe. Didnt like the chicken sandwich but that was probably just my personal taste. It tasted a little like tobasco sauce. Coke and frappe were both good. Service was fine.

The only reason I come to this McDonalds is because its right beside my college. Ive stopped going through the drive through entirely because they always mess up the order. They miscount nuggets, give me wrong sandwiches, etc. As a former McDonalds worker, I know mistakes happen, but I also know they shouldnt happen so frequently. That being said, the customer service is usually friendly and the managers are always happy to get me the correct food when I come back.
