McDonald's in Al Bāḩah

Very big size mc donald branch...the only one in Albaha, it has 2 floors with kids play area.

Good location staff is ok but hygiene 😫😫😫😫😢😢😢😢, wash rooms need more attention

Unfortunately for the second week in a row, you wont get any coffee other than americano or spresso, machine is not working (mocha , hot chocolate, latte, etc)

This is very nice and clean also have drive way and own perking system and if you are saudi they will treat you good but for foreigner then they treat you very bed💔

Accessing the parking for dine in can be tricky due to long line for drive thru customers. The self service kiosk when I went were not accepting card payments. After repeated attempts with people behind getting irritated the system gave up and said pay cash at the counter.

The entrance of drive through is the same way of the entrance/exit of the parking lots.

Everyday wait 20 mins 10 mins no any cashier available when ask them the staff became rude 🤬

Macdonalds is our go to place for a quick burger. I love their rewards app where there is always an offer for you and your family. My daughter loves their fries and chicken nuggets. For me i prefer the big tasty burger. My wife loves the grand chicken burgers.

Nice and fresh food. Kids love it.

Need to improved the speed of service they need to add a manpower to meet the time demand. Other than that all is Good, Godbless.

Car parking: Not well designed, Drive through: Not well designed, Order taking: Ok, Quality of McArabia Sandwich: Albaha branch too low, Visitor should check the availability on Maps to save themselves from inconvenience. Crowd control method of the branch: Unprofessional.

A lot of people but thats because its the only mcdonalds there but the food is nice and hot never cold and they sell 20 piece nuggets! I liked that a lot i recommend it

No cleanliness, dining area is a mess... Washrooms are dirty... No tissues.... Broken handles... Non welcoming staff... Surprised to see Mc donalds this way

The Americano is so bad. It tastes like they didnt changed the coffee brewed the whole day. I just had a sip and threw it in the dumpster. Coffee gone wrong is really a traumatic experience for a caffeine addict like me.

Fast food, yet delicious, you will regret eating fast food after feeling full

The food is very delicious and amazing. The reason i wote 4 stars, is because the area of MAC is small in Albahah city, and the food is expensive though!

Breakfast at 6 morning with friends. Service is fast because there are no others. There is time to linger and talk over a hot choco drink.

Impressive family dine in area. It was over crowded so order took longer time. Nothing to say about food its same everywhere

The taste of McDonalds is the almost the same everywhere so I am not gonna comment on it, however, one thing I didnt like is the family section which is disorganized despite this is a relatively new place, you could notice the curtains are shattered apart and not taking care of by the management.

It was 4 am on 2nd of June I was asking one of the employees if the branch still open but he was unprofessional in the way he replied. he was trying to disrespect me by the way he was talking but Abdulaziz was coming out of the door and was asking if he could help me with anything. I would like to thank Abdulaziz bcz he was professional and respectful employee he took my order and made my day.

One of the best branches in Saudi Arabia, the only negative thing I have to say is that you will wait a while before someone shows up to take your order, and this happens only in the morning time.
